Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitia ini adalah apakah product quality dan word of mouth berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) pahat batu Medan Maimun?. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pahat batu Medan Maimun konsumen dari bulan Desember sampai dengan Maret dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik yang penelitian gunakan dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis asusmsi klasik, analisis regresi lineir berganda, uji Statistik t dan koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh variabel product quality (X1) diperoleh nilai t hitung > ttabel (7,672 > 2,012) dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 berarti H1 diterima. Artinya product quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) pahat batu Medan Maimun. Variabel word of mouth (X2) diperoleh nilai t hitung > ttabel (3.643 > 2,012) dengan signifikan 0,001 < 0,05 maka H2 di diterima. Artinya word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) pahat batu Medan Maimun. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh Fhitung > Ftabel (67,174 > 3,20) dengan tingkat sig 0,000 > 0,05 maka H3 diterima. Artinya product quality dan word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli pada Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) pahat batu Medan Maimun. Berdasarkan nilai R Square diperoleh = 0,741 artinya product quality dan word of mouth mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen atau minat beli sebesar 74,1% sedangkan 25,9% persen dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Keunikan Pesan Iklan Dan Brand Image Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pasta Gigi Pepsodent Di Desa Patumbak Kampung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini masyarakat Desa Patumbak Kampung berjumlah 300 orang, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 75 sampel. Nilai koefisien untuk variabel Keunikan Pesan Iklan (X1) sebesar 0,685 dimana nilai t-hitung 9,974 > t-tabel 1,993 dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel Keunikan Pesan Iklan (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pasta gigi pepsodent. Nilai koefisien untuk variabel Brand Image (X2) sebesar 0,286 dimana nilai t-hitung 4,165 > t-tabel 1,993 dan signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dinyatakan bahwa variabel Brand Image (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen. Nilai F hitung sebesar 155,670 > F tabel 3,12 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05, yang artinya hasil uji F membuktikan Keunikan Pesan Iklan (X1) dan Brand image (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (Y). Selanjutnya Nilai Adjusted R Square 0,807 yang berarti hubungan variabel Keunikan Pesan Iklan dan Brand Image terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 80,7%

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat di UPT SD Negeri 067250 Mabar Medan Deli. Permasalahan yang terdapat disini adalah terjadinya minimnya pengetahuan para guru dalam hal penggunaan e-commerce dan banyaknya persaingan produk yang sama dari UMKM menjadi permasalahan khusus pada mitra. Salah satu solusi permasalah tersebut adalah dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce diera digital ini untuk mengembangkan produk UMKM mereka. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Metode ceramah untuk tahap pengenalan kewirausahaan dan penggunaan e-commerce (2) Metode diskusi untuk tahap pemahaman kewirausahaan dan penggunaan e-commerce. Efektivitas kegiatan diukur dengan memberikan kuisoner kepada peserta. Hasil yang diperoleh persentase peningkatan pengetahuan dari proses edukasi ini terlihat dari data pengisian kuisioner 90% menunjukkan sangat setuju dan 10% menunjuk setuju terhadap materi edukasi yang diberikan, hal ini menunjukkan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat. Melalui kegiatan ini para guru SD Negeri 067250 diharapkan dapat lebih mandiri dalam mengelolah UMKM mereka sendiri maupun UMKM yang dimiliki oleh sekolah itu sendiri supaya nantinya dapat lebih berkembang dan meningkatnya laba dari UMKM tersebut.

Abstract

Telah dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat di UPT SD Negeri 067250 Mabar Medan Deli. Permasalahan yang terdapat disini adalah terjadinya minimnya pengetahuan para guru dalam hal pencatatan akuntansi dan penggunaan aplikasi accurate dan banyak faktor-faktor lain yang menyebabkan pencatatan keuangan menggunakan aplikasi accurate tidak lah penting bagi mereka. Pencatatan akuntansi keuangan menggunakan aplikasi accurate untuk sekarang ini merupakan suatu hal yang penting Dimana dokumen-dokumen transaksi disimpan secara otomatis di aplikasi accurate jadi Ketika ingin membuka dokumen transaksi tinggal buka filenya saja tidak perlu menimbun berkas-berkas yang ujung-ujung terbuang dan dimakan rayap. Salah satu solusi permasalah tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan pencatatan akuntansi menggunakan aplikasi accurate agar lebih memudahkan owner dalam mengakses data berserta menghitung transaksi-transaksi yang terjadi disekolah tersebut. Metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pada kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Metode ceramah untuk tahap sosialisasi pencatatan akuntansi dan penggunaan aplikasi accurate (2) Metode diskusi untuk tahap pemahaman pencatatan akuntansi dan penggunaan accurate. Efektivitas kegiatan diukur dengan memberikan kuisoner kepada peserta. Hasil yang diperoleh persentase peningkatan pengetahuan dari proses edukasi ini terlihat dari data pengisian kuisioner 90% menunjukkan sangat setuju dan 10% menunjuk setuju terhadap materi edukasi yang diberikan, hal ini menunjukkan kegiatan ini sangat bermanfaat. Melalui kegiatan ini para guru SD Negeri 067250 diharapkan dapat menggunakan aplikasi accurate untuk saat ini dan kedepannya.

Abstract

In today's tight business world competition, all businesses must pay attention to online marketing. One of the problems that emerged during this Community Service activity was that the people of Kelahan Harjosari II, Medan Amplas District did not have the knowledge of how to market their goods digitally, which would enable them to make more of their goods for their family's needs. The aim of this counseling is to help them understand better about digital marketing. MSMEs in Harjosari II Village, Medan Amplas District, are the targets of this community service program. The method of implementing this activity is through presentations and lectures. The result of community service activities is increased knowledge and understanding about online marketing, as shown by the social media selection strategy used for online marketing activities because social media is very popular in Indonesia. Participants can also create marketing content that suits their target market and product type.

Abstract

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses that are run by individuals, households, or small business entities. One of the obstacles to the advancement of MSMEs is not only in product quality, but how a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) is able to do good marketing. The period of the Covid-19 pandemic has provided a change in perspective on the perspective of product marketing and promotion. Activities that used to be carried out face-to-face, as long as it is recommended to stay at home, cannot be carried out anymore. Likewise with marketing and promotional activities carried out through exhibitions and bazaars. This has a big impact on the resilience of the "fake" cake culinary business in Suka Maju Village, Medan Johor Village. Through this assistance, the group becomes more able to have other media options for marketing and product promotion, without having to meet face to face. The results of this activity have been the implementation of the management function in the activity plan, improving marketing skills and good management so that there is an increase in turnover in micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of self-efficacy and locus of control on employee performance at PT Guardian Pharmatama Medan Branch. This type of research is Quantitative. This study involved employees at Pt. Guardian Pharmatama Medan Branch as many as 41 people. This study used a saturated sample, so the sample in this study used all 41 people. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, documentation and questionnaires with a Likert Scale data measurement scale. Data analysis techniques use validity, reliability and classical assumption tests. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study prove that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Locus Of Control has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously the results of Self Efficacy and Locus Of Control have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Guardian Pharmatama Medan Branch.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational support, leadership and motivation on the performance of the Tanjung Morawa sub-district office employee, Deli Serdang Regency. The population in this study were 32 employees who worked at the Tanjung Morawa sub-district office. Samples were processed using saturated sampling, namely taking the entire population to be sampled, namely 32 samples. Data collection techniques using the method of documentation, interviews and questionnaires. The classical assumption test used is the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational support, leadership and motivation have an effect on employee performance. The results of this study also show that the variables of organizational support, leadership and motivation simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and identify the influence of work capability, innovative work behavior, and internal work environment on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. This study involved 125 respondents, consisting of all employees of PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. The sample was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in 95 participants in the survey. Data were collected through observation, documentation, interviews, and the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The methods used to analyze the data include classical assumption tests, validity and reliability tests. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression through the SPSS program. The results of this study partially (t-test) prove that work capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. Innovative work behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. The internal work environment also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur. Additionally, work capability, innovative work behavior, and internal work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PTPN IV Regional II Kebun Limau Mungkur, with an Fcount value (14.283) > Ftable (2.70), and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand equity, brand loyalty, work productivity, and organizational commitment on consumer satisfaction at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The research method used is a survey with data collection through questionnaires distributed to consumers who interact with the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The results of this study are compiled based on data analysis conducted to test the influence of brand equity, brand loyalty, work productivity, and organizational commitment on consumer satisfaction at the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. This study involved 177 respondents who were consumers of products from the Medan Palm Oil Research Center. The results of the validity test shown in the table above obtained the results of the correlation coefficient with the highest validity of 0.9123 and the lowest correlation coefficient of 0.0520. The results of the validity test show that the correlation coefficient between the score of each instrument item and the total score of all statement items is greater than 0.3. This means that it can be concluded that all indicators in this study are declared valid. The results of the reliability test shown in Table 3 can be concluded that all of the instruments are reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha of each instrument is greater than 0.60 so that it can be used to conduct research.
