Abstract

Abstrak Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan strategi ekspor produk obi belt ecoprint Belaco di pasar internasional melalui program MBKM Sekolah Ekspor Lacorre. Latar belakang kegiatan adalah penerurunan nilai ekspor Indonesia dan rendahnya partisipasi UMKM dalam kegiatan ekspor akibat keterbatasan pemahaman pasar internasional. Mitra sasaran adalah UMKM Belaco dengan total 8 peserta yang telibat, terdiri dari 1 pemilik UMKM dan 7 mahasiswa pendamping. Metode pelaksanaan melipuyi pelatihan dan pendampingan, fokus pada pengembangan strategi ekspor dan branding produk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan selama dua bulan di Desa Cangkol, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan transformasi dalam kesiapan UMKM memasuki pasar internasional, meliputi pengembangan identitas merek dengan logo yang mencerminkan nilai keberlanjutan, perancangan kemasan ramah lingkungan (sliding box dan zipper lock), implementasi strategi digital branding melalui Instagram dan Tiktok, serta pemasaran produk melalui media sosial dan e-commerce. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kesiapan UMKM dalam memasarkan produk obi belt ecoprint ke pasar internasional dengan pendekatan pemasaran terintegrasi yang menggabungkan strategi online dan offline. Kata kunci: ekspor; obi belt; branding; pemasaran. Abstract This community service aims to develop an export strategy for Belaco ecoprint obi belt product in the international market through the Lacorre Export School MBKM program. The background to the activity is the decline in the value of Indonesian export and the low participantion of MSMEs in export activities due to limited understanding of International markets. The target partner is Belaco MSMEs with a total of 8 participants involved, consisting of 1 MSME owner and 7 accompanying students. Implementation methods include training and mentoring, focusing on developing export strategies and product branding. Activities were carried out for two months in Cangkol Village, Mojolaban, Sukoharjo. The results of the activities show a transformation in the readiness of MSMEs to enter the international market, including developing a brand identify with logo the reflects suistainable values, designing environmentally friendly packaging (sliding box and zipper locks), implementing digital branding strategies via Instagram and TikTok, as well as product marketing via social media and e-commerce. This program has succeeded in increasing the readiness of MSMEs in marketing ecoprint obi belt products to international markets with an integrated marketing approach that combines online and offline strategies. Keywords: export; obi belt; branding; marketing

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of gamification of learning in improving the cognitive abilities of students on the material of the Law of Reality of Buddhist Religious Education Class XI SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for 10 weeks with a class action research model (PTK). The use of gamification of learning can improve students' cognitive abilities in Buddhist Education subjects. The learning model used in this study is learning gamification using the genially application. The results showed an increase in students' cognitive abilities after the implementation of learning gamification. Thus, the use of learning gamification can be an effective alternative in improving students' cognitive abilities and interest in learning in Buddhist Education subjects. Abstract

The increasing demand for after-sales services for smart lock products in the hospitality sector has shown significant growth, reflecting the rising importance of smart lock technology in enhancing hotel image, safety, comfort, and guest privacy. PT. XYZ, a smart lock provider, recorded an increase in product and after-sales service issues during 2021–2023. This research aims to measure service quality using the SERVQUAL method to identify gaps between customer expectations and perceptions and to propose improvement strategies using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). A survey involving 60 respondents from various managerial positions in the hospitality industry was conducted, utilizing 15 SERVQUAL-classified attributes. The findings revealed five attributes with significant negative gaps, indicating weaknesses in the after-sales service provided. Importance-Performance Analysis identified RV3 and RL3 attributes as top priorities due to their high importance and low perceived performance. The QFD analysis revealed that proactive and routine inquiries into customer complaints and issues are the most critical improvements required, with the highest priority weight of 7,029. Active and responsive customer communication is essential for enhancing the quality of after-sales services for smart lock products in the hotel industry.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to improve social media ethics by using classical guidance on brainstorming techniques for class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel. This research is classroom action research. The subjects of this research were class XI MIPA 3 students with a total of 36 students. This research consists of three cycles with data collection techniques in this research using observation techniques. The data analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that there has been an increase in social media ethics through classical guidance services using brainstorming techniques. In cycle I, there was an increase from pre-cycle 45.7% to 50% in cycle I and experienced another increase in cycle II of 60% and in cycle III to 81.25%. So, with classical guidance services, brainstorming techniques can improve social media ethics in class XI MIPA 3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel Semester 2 for the 2021/2022 academic year.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the increase in students' Mathematics learning activities and outcomes by implementing the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model in class XI IPA.1 of SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research was carried out in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year for 2 months, namely from April to May 2022. The data collection method in this research used the test method and observation method. Data collection tools include test items, observation guidelines, and test results sheets. The research results are presented as follows: (1) Implementation of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can increase the mathematics learning activities of class XI IPA.1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The student activity score in cycle I was 6.86 (fair), cycle II was 7.43 (good) and cycle III was 8.29. (2) Implementation of the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class XI IPA.1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Ampel for the 2021/2022 academic year. The number of students who achieved the KKM score in cycle I to cycle III was 18 people or 95%. Apart from that, the average class score in cycle I was 73.46; in cycle II was 74.62; and in cycle III it was 77.31.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi kreatif, peningkatan citra merek, dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk thrifting di Ponorogo. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 150 responden yang merupakan konsumen produk thrifting di wilayah tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara online dan offline. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi kreatif, peningkatan citra merek, dan penggunaan media sosial secara signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk thrifting. Promosi kreatif memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan minat beli konsumen, di mana ide-ide promosi yang unik dan menarik dapat menarik perhatian konsumen. Peningkatan citra merek juga terbukti berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan loyalitas konsumen terhadap produk thrifting. Selain itu, penggunaan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi dan komunikasi juga memiliki pengaruh yang kuat terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, mengingat media sosial mampu menjangkau lebih banyak konsumen dan memberikan informasi yang lebih cepat dan interaktif. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa strategi promosi kreatif, citra merek yang baik, dan pemanfaatan media sosial yang optimal dapat meningkatkan keputusan konsumen untuk membeli produk thrifting di Ponorogo. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi pelaku bisnis thrifting dalam merancang strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk menarik lebih banyak konsumen.

Abstract

Chili is one of the most widely consumed and highly price-volatile horticultural vegetables in Indonesia. In terms of consumption, it is a staple ingredient in the daily diet of most Indonesians. When chili prices surge, it not only affects the purchasing power of the population but also disrupts economic stability. Daily chili price data from the Department of Trade for the period of January 2010 to December 2015 demonstrates significant price fluctuations, primarily influenced by seasonal variations driven by weather conditions. Policy recommendations include promoting off-season chili cultivation, regulating production, and fostering farmer-industry partnerships. In pursuit of these objectives, mapping chili production regions in Indonesia using big data and data mining techniques, particularly hierarchical clustering, emerges as a valuable approach. This methodology allows the creation of models identifying optimal areas for chili cultivation, taking into account soil conditions conducive to optimal growth.The hierarchical clustering process employs average linkage and cosine distance to group regions based on climatic and environmental characteristics. The analysis reveals that Cluster C4, encompassing various provinces across Indonesia, exhibits the most favorable conditions for chili cultivation. This conclusion offers valuable guidance to farmers and researchers in determining the optimal locations for chili cultivation. Furthermore, the approach holds potential for application to other agricultural commodities, contributing to increased domestic production and price stability in the market.

Abstract

Lack of student learning attention affects the expected learning achievement. By implementing Anapanasati meditation, it is expected to improve student attention during learning. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Keling Dk. Cungkuk, Ds. Tunahan, Kec. Keling, Kab. Jepara. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Anapanasati meditation on the attention of grade IX students on the Brahma Wihara material at SMP Negeri 2 Keling. This study applies the Pre-experimental method with a one group pretest-posttest Design. The study was conducted on grade IX students who are Buddhist. The pre-test and posttest data of participants were obtained using a research instrument in the form of a Likert scale. Analysis of research data using the Successive Interval Method (MSI). The results of the study showed a difference in the mean before and after being given treatment. The Pre-test mean was 41.56 and the Posttest mean was 51.06, there was a difference of 9.5. The Tcount was 12.621 and Ttable 2.119 (Tcount> Ttable) and sig.sig. (2-tailed) shows 0.000 < 0.05 indicating that there is an influence of Anapanasati meditation on student attention.
