Abstract

Orang-orang di seluruh dunia umumnya memiliki gangguan sakit kepala primer dan sakit kepala tipe tegang adalah salah satu sakit kepala primer yang paling umum. Penelitian dari tahun sebelumnya orang dewasa berumur 18-65 tahun di dunia menderita nyeri kepala dan di antaranya lebih dari 70% populasi melaporkan menderita TTH. Hampir 80% pada semua orang semasa hidupnya pernah mengalami TTH episodik dan 3% mengalami TTH kronik. Pada tahun 2021 angka mobilitas TTH di Kota Kendari jumlah kasus lama 498 kasus (0,12%) dan kasus baru TTH sebanyak 997 kasus (0,25%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan stres, kecemasan, dan kualitas tidur dengan kejadian nyeri kepala primer tension type headache pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Halu Oleo tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 93 mahasiswa dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa yang mengalami tension type headache sebanyak 54 orang (58,1%). Hasil uji chi-square menunjukan adanya hubungan signifikan stres dengan diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,015 dan kecemasan yang diperoleh nilai p-value = 0,016 dengan kejadian nyeri kepala primer tension type headache. Namun, tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan yang diperoleh dari kualitas tidur (p-value = 0,282) dengan kejadian nyeri kepala primer tension type headache. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan stres dan kecemasan dengan kejadian nyeri kepala primer tension type headache, sedangkan tidak tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan kejadian nyeri kepala primer tension type headache. Abstract

Basic sanitation is an effort to improve public health by ensuring clean and healthy environmental conditions. Coastal areas are known to face unique challenges, problems and opportunities in the health sector, especially environmental sanitation, compared to other regions. The study aims to determine the basic sanitation conditions in the coastal area of ​​North Moramo, South Konawe District in 2024. The type of this study is descriptive observational which was carried out in the coastal area of ​​North Moramo, especially Wawatu Village in July 2024. The sample was 100 respondents determined using techniques accidental sampling. Data collection by filling out questionnaires and observation sheets then analyzed univariately using a computer program. The results showed that majority of respondents used refilled water as the main source of drinking water without processing it. In addition, they used private septic tank latrines. Garbage is disposed of in landfills in open containers and processed by burning it. Disposal of waste water, the majority of respondents have disposed of their waste in the waste water disposal channel. Thus, it is hoped that the coastal communities of North Moramo need to treat their water first before drinking, use closed and watertight trash containers and not burn rubbish.

Abstract

Abstract : Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease that poses a significant threat to human health due to insufficient insulin production in the pancreas or when the body fails to effectively utilize the insulin. Diabetes mellitus is diagnosed based on blood glucose levels and the type 2 diabetes is the most prevalent types of diabetes. This research was conducted to identify the risk factors associated with the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus among outpatients at Buton District General Hospital in 2023. This case-control research involved all 402 outpatients diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus at Buton District General Hospital from January to October 2023 as research population, from which 120 patients were purposively selected as samples. Based on the findings of this research, several risk factors were identified: age (OR=4.677 and p=0.000), obesity (OR=3.000 and p=0.006), physical activity (OR=4.677 and p=0.000), and stress (OR=2.286 and p=0.043). In addition, several variables such as gender (OR=0.606 and p=0.258) and dietary pattern (OR=0.360 and p=0.011) appeared as factors that lower the prevalence of the disease. In conclusion, age, obesity, stress, and physical activity are risk factors for the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus among outpatients at Buton District General Hospital in 2023, while gender and dietary pattern serve as protective factors.
