Abstract

Pemograman karyawan yang bagus serta aplikasi strategi kelompok yang dibantu dengan kemampuan karyawan sehingga industri hendak menggapai efektifitas kelompok dalam menggapai efektifitas kelompok dalam menggapai Kesuksesan Keamanan serta Kesehatan (K3) kegiatan buat berhasil tujuan dalam merancang serta melakukan sesuatu profesi, oleh sebab itu karyawan ialah asset industri yang bernilai yang wajib diatur dengan bagus. Penerapan program kesehatan serta keamanan kegiatan di tempat kegiatan membenarkan kalau seluruh pekerja berkuasa atas agunan kesehatan serta keamanan kegiatan. Tujuan riset mengenali serta menganalisa akibat keamanan kegiatan serta Kesehatan kegiatan dengan cara simultan kepada kemampuan pekerja kontruksi di pembangunan Ashpond yang dikerjakan oleh PT SSP PLTU Tanjung Jati B Jepara. Pengamat mengadaptasi serta menganalisa informasi itu memakai analisa kuantitatif. Arti dari analisa kuantitatif ialah analisa yang menginterprestasikan informasi dalam wujud angka- angka yang dipakai selaku perlengkapan dalam statistik alhasil mempermudah dalam menaksirkan informasi anom yang didapat. Hasil riset membuktikan keamanan kegiatan serta kesehatan kegiatan dengan cara berbarengan memiliki akibat penting kepada kemampuan pegawai cetak biru arsitektur pembangunan ash phond di PLTU Tanjung Jati b unit 5&6 di Jepara.

Abstract

Dalam lingkup pendidikan, penilaian siswa tidak hanya berdasarkan nilai akademik maupun non-akademik tetapi juga penilaian dalam karakter siswa itu sendiri, dengan adanya catatan kejadian siswa semua aktivitas siswa akan tercatat. Namun dalam penerapannya perlu metode dalam penentuan siswa bermasalah agar cepat serta akurat dalam penentuannya. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data Anecdotal Record, berjumlah 47 kategori untuk semua siswa di SMK Walisongo Pecangaa Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 533 siswa. Dalam pengambilan data menggunakan data kejadian siswa meliputi Aspek Sikap perilaku, Aspek Kerajinan dan Aspek Kerapian. Data diolah dengan melakukan clustering siswa dalam bermasalah, atau tidak bermasalah. Metode clustering yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode K-Means dengan matriks jarak Euclidean.Centroid data untuk siswa tidak bermasalah2.165 dan siswa bermasalah 7.372. Sehingga diperoleh siswa bermasalah sejumlah 87 siswa dan siswa tidak bermasalah sejumlah 446 siswa Dengan nilai Davies bouldin index mendapatkan score 0,397 dengan kategori akurat dalam clusterisasinya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui analisis kesulitan siswa dalam memahami materi perkalian dalam matematika. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan data akan dianalisis secara deskriptif secara detail dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa dikarenakan proses pembelajaran yang membosankan karena didominasi oleh soal-soal latihan dan kurangnya penjelasan dari guru, selain itu penggunaan media dan metode yang kurang variatif, hanya dengan ceramah yang membuat siswa tidak antusias sehingga sulit menangkap inti materi yang dijelaskan. Selain itu, minimnya peran orang tua dalam mendampingi anak atau siswa belajar di rumah sangat minim dengan membantu anak dengan mereview materi pelajaran yang telah dipelajari di sekolah. Setelah mengidentifikasi ciri atau gejala kemudian menganalisis kesulitannya, maka upaya yang dilakukan dalam mengatasi permasalahan pembelajaran tersebut adalah dengan memilih model pembelajaran yang lengkap dengan media dan metode yang bervariasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan minat dan motivasi siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa titik kesulitan siswa kelas IV SD memahami materi matematika pada konsep dasar perkalian dengan rumus perkalian, siswa mengalami kesulitan pada saat proses perkalian. Sehingga hasil akhirnya juga salah. Oleh karena itu, guru hendaknya memilih metode pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa agar pembelajaran dapat menyenangkan.

Abstract

LEMURIA Kudus Vocational School is a vocational high school that has the potential to be developed because it is aligned with the field of science, namely civil engineering or more specifically related to building construction. So far, students of Building Information and Modeling Design have only studied images, with a coaching program that leads them to be able to apply them in the world of work. The guidance referred to in this proposed program is "Development of Competence for Building Implementers and Preparation of Building Construction Plans in the Department of Building Design Modeling and Information at SMK LEMURIA KUDUS". Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of online learning on offline learning in the new normal era in mathematics courses and to find out the perceptions of parents and students about online learning. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were fifth-grade students at SDN 04 Krapyak Jepara. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, tests, and documentation. The stages of data analysis used in the research include data collection, data reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that online learning has both positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts are (1) parents have a lot of time accompanying children, (2) students are used to studying at home. The negative impacts of online learning on mathematics learning in the new normal era include; (1) students becoming less focused, (2) students having difficulty understanding math material because they do not understand the basics of multiplication and division, (3) students having difficulty remembering formulas, (4) some students have difficulty communicating with teachers, (5) tendency to play cellphones at home increase. It can be seen that the impact of online learning on mathematics learning in the new normal era is that students still do not understand the concept of multiplication and division so students have difficulty understanding mathematics material which causes low student learning outcomes. Abstract

Pursue the history of carving art in general and specifically in Jepara requires the expression of philosophy translation or transcendental approach of relationship between man and the Creator (magical inclination). The form of disclosure of the image of the most beautiful Creator becomes the intuition that is translated in the manifestations of the beauty of the works of nature. Art Carving as part of artwork in three dimensions that contain noble value from the expression of the glorification language of the beautiful image of the Creator. The salvation or preservation of the noble values of a work of carving, especially on the value of history and development in the modern era, requires a container that expresses functionally the Carving Art Gallery. Locations in Jepara as interactions of historical relationships and the development of art and educational image sustainability, as well as commercial carving furniture industry. The micro and macro demands of a Gallery complement the spectrum of manifestations in the art language of architecture and interpretation of environmental identity missions precedently. So that the design of Carving Art Gallery in Jepara embodies the functional demands of educative and commercial with more value than the art of environmental identity architecture.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19 was felt from various sectors including MSMEs. One of them is Kripik Singkong Lancar Mandiri MSMEs in Dongos Village. The problem faced by partners is the monotony of production and management systems for selling goods. The purpose of this community service is to increase understanding and application of science and technology in society (mechanization, IT, and management) and to increase competitiveness (increasing the quality, quantity, and value of resources). The method of implementing community service includes (1) the preparation stage, the activities carried out are problem identification and data collection; (2) the implementation stage, the activities carried out are the process of training and mentoring; (3) the evaluation stage; and (4) preparation of reports stage. The results of this community service show that there is an increase in understanding and application of science and technology in society (mechanization, IT, and management) and there is an increase in competitiveness (increasing the quality, quantity, and value of resources).

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of implementing the problem based learning (PBM) learning model using diagram board media (PADI) on the learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 3 Menganti Jepara. This type of research is experimental research with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population in this study was all class V students at SDN 03 Menganti Jepara with a sample of 21 students. The data collection techniques used are tests, observation and documentation. Data analysis used includes (1) prerequisite tests, namely normality tests and homogeneity tests, (2) effectiveness tests. The results of this research show that learning with PBL assisted by PADI media on mathematics learning outcomes is effective because it fulfills three things, namely (1) the use of the PBL model with PADI media by teachers reaches the good category with a score of 3.62, (2) student activity in participating in learning using PBL with PADI media is in the good category with a score of 3.19, and (3) there is an increase in mathematics learning outcomes.

Abstract

Hambatan juga merupakan sesuatu yang dapat menghalangi kemajuan atau pencapaian suatu hal. Pelaksanaan proyek dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan pembangunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan diskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 77 responden. Dan hasil penelitian menunjukkan Faktor utama hambatan proyek sanitasi Lembaga Pendidikan Keagamaan dengan sistem swakelola di Kabupaten Pati adalah dari kendala Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) khususnya di Pelaksanaan pengadaan swakelola terkadang tidak sesuai perencanaan serta kendala Keadaan Alam atau Lingkungan khususnya di Pengaruh musim hujan dan cuaca buruk. Sedangkan solusi yang tepat diantaranya (1) Sebelum memulai pelaksanaan proyek swakelola, pengguna barang/jasa harus mempersiapkan perencanaan swakelola secara matang dan menyeluruh agar pelaksanaan proyek swakelola dapat sesuai dengan tujuan yang diinginkan (2) Pengaturan risiko hujan dalam kontrak dapat diterapkan pada jenis proyek yang memiliki dampak risiko hujan yang besar untuk menghindari perselisihan kontraktor dengan pemilik proyek, hal ini dapat memperkecil terjadinya perselisihan kontraktor dan pemilik proyek kemudian hari (3) Perencanaan dan penjadwalan yang lengkap dan tepat meminimalisir hambatan dalam perencaan, dan perlu menambah jumlah pekerja atau jam kerja sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja jasa pelaksanaan kontruksi

Abstract

Crocheting is one of the hand skills with the method of making clothes or clothing using a single thread as a knitting material and hook. The knitting process must be careful, patient, and concentrated to make creative products. This training was carried out due to the problems faced by participants during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely the loss of creative activities, especially for PKK members, and the loss of confidence in creating new business opportunities. Making crocheting mask connectors is a solution for community service participants. The community service participants consisted of 20 people of PKK members at Tubanan Village, Kembang District, Jepara Regency, Central Java. This training activity is useful for participants to improve and develop crocheting skills as well as an effort to generate business opportunities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Then, the methods used are 1) making a model of work stages, 2) social approach, 3) maximizing partner function, and 4) evaluation of targets. The result of this community service is participants have insight and skills in making crochet mask connectors and in having knowledge of online marketing strategies, either through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and Facebook. When all promotional media can be carried out properly, there will be positive activities in the form of increasing sales and income, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic.
