Abstract

Pengoperasian kediaman Rumah Pangkat Simpel menyewa( Rusunawa) Kyai Mojo di Kota Jepara mutu huniannya terus menjadi menyusut bagus dari bagian raga lingkungannya ataupun warga penghuninya. Situasi aman mendiami belum dialami oleh penghuninya, terlebih buat menaikkan mutu hidupnya. Mestinya dari dini, tujuan pembangunan rusunawa tidak cuma lumayan memindahkan ataupun merelokasi warga dari kawasan tinggal cemar serta padat ke perumahan massal atau pangkat, namun lebih dari itu butuh dilanjutkan dengan sokongan kepada warga yang bermukim di rusunawa buat senantiasa populer, puas, aman serta bertumbuh bagus situasi kehidupan sosialnya ataupun situasi ekonominya, alhasil terjalin kenaikan mutu hidupnya. Pendekatan yang dicoba buat menggapai tujuan itu merupakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tata cara riset deskriptif serta penyebaran Quesioner. Data yang dibutuhkan dalam menganalisa kepada target yang terdapat ialah lewat cara tanya jawab mendalam kepada para penunggu rusunawa Kyai Mojo Kota Jepara, paling utama penunggu yang lebih berkompeten dalam mengantarkan data yang dibutuhkan. Tidak hanya tanya jawab data bisa didapat dengan metode pemantauan lingkungan berbentuk pemilihan sketsa. Hasil atau penemuan riset ini membuktikan kalau aplikasi patokan kebahagiaan bermukim yang sudah tercipta mempengaruhi kepada kenaikan mutu hidup penunggu Rusunawa Kyai Mojo.

Abstract

Many students are lazy to read HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skills) type questions which are too complicated so that they increasingly do not understand the meaning of the question and this causes the quality of education, especially in learning mathematics in Indonesia to decline. This study aims to analyze students' errors in solving HOTS type problems in mathematics on combined geometry, especially cubes and blocks. The research method that the author uses is a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique used in this research is a HOTS type of math problem test for combined cube and cuboid building materials, interviews and documentation. The results obtained are a comparison of values with an average of 40.61 from SDN 5 Karanggondang and 51.9 from MI Darul Huda 2 Karanggondang. At the C2 level question, namely solving, class 5 MI Darul Huda 2 students seem superior with 88% of students answering correctly. At the C4 level, namely analyzing there is no significant difference, namely 44% of the abilities of the fifth grade students of SDN 5 and 45% of the fifth grade students' abilities of MI Darul Huda. At the C5 level, namely concluding, comparing and assessing, it shows that the percentage of MI Darul Huda 2 students in correctly answering HOTS type math problems is greater than that of SDN 5 students.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan bagi Komunitas Ibu Belajar Matematika (KIBM) desa Kerso. KIBM ini merupakan kelompok ibu-ibu yang memiliki anak yang sedang menempuh pendidikan dasar atau sederajat. Tujuan KIBM adalah memberikan pembelajaran dan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan matematika di sekolah dasar guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan matematika Indonesia sehingga peserta didik memiliki kualitas internasional. Metoda yang digunakan yaitu melalui program penyegaran materi pelajaran matematika di sekolah dasar, disertai dengan pendampingan dan dipandu oleh dosen-dosen dan mahasiswa UNISNU Jepara. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi kepada ibu-ibu dalam meningkatkan kemampuan matematika untuk membantu putra-putri mereka ketika belajar matematika di rumah. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah (1) meningkatnya penguasaan kemampuan matematika para ibu; (2) Ibu-ibu menjadi lebih percaya diri dalam mendampingi anak mereka belajar matematika di rumah; (3) Meningkatnya intensitas ibu-ibu dalam kegiatan belajar putera-puterinya di rumah.

Abstract

An Occupational Safety and Health (K3) program for workers is very necessary for workers. Especially in the work environment which has a high risk of work accidents and work-related diseases, because work accidents in the construction sector are not only caused by the system that has been implemented by the company but also the awareness of each individual to avoid work accidents. The socialization and implementation of occupational health and safety (K3) as well as work accident prevention programs on the Ash Phond and Aro Wwtp development projects have not yet been implemented optimally, because there are still many workers who are not aware of the importance of the K3 program. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the implementation of socialization and implementation of K3 and prevention of work accidents for the successful construction of the Ash pond & Aro Wwtp project at the company PT. Murinda Iron Steel (PLTU) Tanjung Jati B Jepara.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan telah menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang dinamis dan interaktif. Salah satu pendekatan inovatif adalah pemanfaatan teknologi game sebagai media pembelajaran, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran yang sering dianggap sulit, seperti matematika. Program pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SD Al-Islam Pengkol Jepara dengan tujuan meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan penggunaan game edukasi berbasis mobile, yaitu Game Aritmatika Dungeon. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 16 guru kelas dan berlangsung selama dua hari, mencakup sosialisasi konsep, manfaat, serta pelatihan teknis penggunaan game dalam pembelajaran. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan bahwa para guru merasa lebih percaya diri dan terampil dalam mengintegrasikan game sebagai media pembelajaran, yang berdampak positif terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, teknologi game memiliki potensi besar untuk diterapkan lebih luas dalam pendidikan dasar, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran matematika.The use of technology in education has become an important need in creating a dynamic and interactive learning environment. One innovative approach is the use of game technology as a learning medium, especially in subjects that are often considered difficult, such as mathematics. This community service program was implemented at SD Al-Islam Pengkol Jepara with the aim of improving the quality of learning through socialization and training in the use of mobile-based educational games, namely the Arithmetic Dungeon Game. This activity involved 16 class teachers and lasted for two days, including socialization of concepts, benefits, and technical training in the use of games in learning. The results of this program showed that teachers felt more confident and skilled in integrating games as a learning medium, which had a positive impact on student motivation and learning outcomes. Thus, game technology has great potential to be applied more widely in elementary education, especially in mathematics subjects.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah rumput laut melalui diversifikasi produk olahan yang dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat pesisir. Rumput laut merupakan komoditas unggulan yang memiliki potensi besar, namun pemanfaatannya masih terbatas pada produk olahan sederhana seperti agar-agar atau bahan mentah untuk ekspor. Melalui program pengabdian ini, masyarakat dilatih berbagai teknik pengolahan rumput laut menjadi produk bernilai ekonomis lebih tinggi, seperti makanan ringan dan kosmetik berbahan dasar alami. dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani rumput laut..Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi pelatihan teknis pengolahan rumput laut, pendampingan dalam proses produksi, serta penyuluhan terkait pemasaran produk. Peserta pengabdian, yang merupakan pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) di wilayah pesisir dengan nalma Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) Latoh Jaya di Desa Bulu Kecamatan/Kabupaten Jepara, diberi pemahaman mengenai pentingnya inovasi produk untuk meningkatkan daya saing di pasar lokal maupun nasional. Selain itu, program ini juga memberikan edukasi terkait manajemen usaha dan akses ke jaringan pemasaran yang lebih luas. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengolah rumput laut menjadi produk diversifikasi yang bernilai ekonomis lebih tinggi. Selain itu, terdapat peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap peluang usaha dari produk olahan rumput laut. Diharapkan, program ini dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir serta mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal melalui sektor kelautan

Abstract

The Mathematics Subject Teacher Meeting (MGMP) at KKMA 02 Jepara is routinely held at least 3 times in a semester, namely at the beginning before learning begins, in the middle, and at the end of the semester. The routine activities carried out are discussing textbooks and worksheets, setting up learning traps, and preparing for the preparation of Mid-Semester Examination questions and Final Semester Examination questions. However, in the last few semesters, the Mathematics MGMP is rarely held, even in this semester there is only 1 meeting and there is no more meeting agenda. This is due to several factors such as the level of saturation because the activities carried out are the same, never innovative activities that are in nature to improve the abilities and skills of teachers such as training, this encourages community service programs to be held with the theme "Utilization of Geogebra software in learning mathematics". This activity is a training for teachers who are members of the Mathematics MGMP regarding the importance of Geogebra software in learning mathematics. The method used is lectures and discussions from presenters from UNISNU Jepara and continued with simulations. The results of this activity are increased teacher knowledge and skills in designing learning media and implementing Geogebra software-based mathematics learning. It is hoped that by increasing teacher skills in developing innovative learning media, the learning atmosphere in the classroom will be enjoyable and student interest and motivation in learning will increase.

Abstract

This community service program is in the form of training and mentoring for the Mathematics Learning Mothers Community (KIBM) of Kerso Village. This community service was carried out in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. KIBM is a group of mothers who have children who are undergoing elementary education or equivalent. The purpose of KIBM is to improve the basic mathematics skills of KIBM, the level of parental confidence in accompanying children in learning, increase parental involvement in accompanying children and improve numeracy literacy skills. The implementation methods used include preparation, socialization, training, and evaluation. The results achieved from this activity are the basic mathematics skills of the mathematics learning mothers group increased, the mothers' confidence in guiding their sons and daughters' learning increased, the involvement of mothers in accompanying children in learning increased, and the implementation of training can improve numeracy literacy skills.

Abstract

The studied aims to determined the characteristics of the development of learned devices with the problem-based learned model with a scientific approached which container the character in math subject. The research method used is a development research. Development is carried out with the preparation of valid, practical and effective tools. The learned tools developed were syllabus, (RPP) Learning Implementation Plans, (LKS) Student Worksheets, Student Books, and TKPM (Problem Solving Ability Tests). After the learned device valid then tested, the experiment was carried out by observed the learned process, process skills, students' character, at the end of the learned process did by TKPM and filled in the student response questionnaire. Data were analyzed to determined the practicality and effectiveness of the used of learned devices. The results showed: (1) the average score of the learned device validation results was 4.37 in the very good category so the devices developed were valid; (2) the application of practical learned tools because the average score of the teacher's ability to manage to learned is 3.98 in the good category and the average score of 4.36 student respons is in the very good category; (3) the application of effective learned devices because TKPM has achieved classical completed, the average TKPM experimental class better than the control class, the proportion of completed TKPM students experiment better than control class students, there is a positive influence was students' process and attitude skills towards TKPM, there is an increase in mathematical problem-solved abilities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media tangga pintar terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanan di SDN 4 Krapyak Jepara dengan 30 siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitan kuantitaif dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Test skor motivasi diberikan sebelum dan sesudah siswa diberi perlakuan. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi angket, observasi, wawancaara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi uji normalitas dan homogenitas sebagai uji prasyarat dan uji T berpasangan sebagai uji hipotesis. pengujian menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig pada tabel Paired Samples T-Test = 0.00 < 0.05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada  pengaruh penggunaaan media tangga pintar pada pembelajaran matematika terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Dilihat dari skor motivasi siswa sebelum diberi perlakuan sebesar 61 dan setelah diberi perlakuan naik menjadi 72, sehingga bisa diketahui ada kenaikan 11 poin dari 61, ini artinya ada kenaikan motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 18%.
