The purpose of this study was to find out whether the CTL model was effective in improving the narrative essay writing skills of grade 6 elementary school students. The research design used was a Quasi experimental study. Based on the results of research conducted, it is known that the pretest data of the experimental and control classes are normally distributed and homogeneous. The pretest t-value is smaller than the t-table price (-0.081 <1.647) and the significance (0.935> 0.05), meaning that HO is accepted. This shows that there is no difference in the average score of narrative essay writing skills between the control class and the experimental class at the time of the pretest. Posttest t-count value is greater than t-table price (2.153> 2,000) and significance (0.036 <0.05). Ha was accepted and HO was rejected. Ha accepted means that there is a difference in the average score of narrative essay writing skills between the control class and the experimental class, ie the average experimental class is higher with a mean difference of 0.1552. Large increase in the experimental class can be seen in the average normalized gain of 0.357 or included in the medium category, while the control class 0.209 included in the low category. The effectiveness of the CTL model is expected to be a consideration for grade 6 teachers to apply the CTL model to Indonesian language learning with other aspects or material. The application of the CTL model is expected to be one of the innovative models for effective Indonesian language learning

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the SIKSAKLak card and its use on the writing ability of the Class X Pioneers of Bandar Lampung High School students, describing the influence of the use of SIKSAKLak cards on writing skills. The method used is a quasi-experimental method. The sample of this study was 60 students with details of 30 students in class X1 (experimental group) and 30 students in class X2 (control class). The technique used in collecting data is a test technique, while the data analysis technique uses the t test with the help of the SPSS 20 computer program. The results showed that there were differences in test results between the experimental group and the control group. The average initial test score for the experimental group was 62.81 and the control group was 58.61. The final test average score of the experimental group was 75.00 and the control group was 65.23. This shows that there is an influence of the use of SIKSAKLak cards on writing skills in class X of Bandar Lampung Pioneer High School. Thus Ha which reads "There is a difference in the ability to write students who are taught using SIKSAKLak cards with students who are taught without using SIKSAKLak cards" accepted.

This study also aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of word series techniques in improving the ability to write creative poetry. In the experimental group there were 2 students who got low scores, 18 students got medium scores, and 15 students got high scores. This study aims to develop a product of teaching materials in the form of LKPD, namely the Development of LKPD Writing Poetry with a Stylistic Approach. This study uses research and development methods by adapting the Jolly and Bolitho development model. For the feasibility of teaching materials, expert validation and limited field tests were carried out. Validation was carried out on the feasibility of presentation, material, and linguistics of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program STKIP PGRI Bandar Lampung. The data in the limited field test were obtained through a written test, namely a multiple choice test and a poetry writing test. Subjects in this field test consisted of 30 students of class X SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung. The test results to identify elements of the form of poetry showed an increase from the average value of 55.00 to 81.50 (difference 26.50). The results of the poetry writing test also showed an increase from the average score of 64.60 to 80.90 (difference 16.30). Thus, the LKPD developed by researchers is suitable for use for class X SMA Negeri 16 Bandar Lampung students.

The lack of use of e-LKPD in learning procedural texts at the junior high school level is a problem in this study. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the need for developing e-LKPD to write procedural texts based on discovery learning. The method used is descriptive and qualitative with the subject of research being teachers at Al-Kausar Junior High School, Bandar Lampung. The data collection tools used are interview guidelines and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles & Huberman data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and data validation. The results of the study require schools to use e-LKPD that are in accordance with the curriculum and learning objectives. This study is expected to be a reference in making or developing e-LKPD as a learning medium for writing procedural texts based on discovery learning at the junior high school level.

The aim of this study is to determine how the use of language in the village Ogan makarti Tama SP 5 in the current situation or the current state as well as to describe Ogan How is retention language in the village of Tama makarti SP 5 Block C District A review. The method used in this research is descriptive method, namely the attempt to describe and interpret the complete retention of the language with dialect or patois see speech and language attitudes, speech community in the village of Tama makarti Ogan which includes the use of language in formal and informal situations. Based on the results of data analysis has been done to the component author sociolinguistics in language use Ogan in the village of Makarti Tama can be concluded that the language used in speaking Ogan village of Tama is makarti Ogan and Indonesian languages. Ogan language used in informal and formal situations, while Indonesian is used in formal situations.

This study aims to describe the didactic values of the novel "9 Summers 10 Autumns" and to describe aspects of the novel "9 Summers 10 Autumns". The authors use the analytical method – description to achieve the research objectives above, which is to decompose the meaning of the data in words instead of numbers. This method describes the facts that exist then, followed by analytical ways. In the description method, the novel is used as the object of research analyzed and defined by the research objectives. Based on research in the novel "9 Summers 10 Autumns" by Iwan Setyawan, there are didactic values , including; religious education, moral education, and social education.
