Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance at Direktorat Pemasaran dan Pelayanan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kemayoran. The research method used quantitative research with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study was employees of Direktorat Pemasaran dan Pelayanan PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) Kemayoran and the sample was saturated with a total of 36 samples. The results show that Organizational Culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance has a strong influence. From the coefficient determination, the contribution value of the Organizational Culture variable and Work Environment variable on Employee Performance is 51.7%, while the remaining 48.3% is another variable which is not examined in this study.

Abstract

PT. Indonesia Port Company (IPC) Tanjung Priok Container Terminal (TPK) is a company serving loading and unloading services of goods to and from ships. It is located at Ocean Going Pier which is a terminal with the main activity to serve loading and unloading container. The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at the Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018. This research used quantitative methods with primary and secondary data sources. The expected output with the correlation of productivity of Loading and Unloading Equipment (Crane) toward Berthing Time at Ocean Going Pier at PT. Tanjung Priok TPC IPC Year 2016-2018 is that the company could make decisions and policy. The results show that there is a partially significant positive correlation between Crane variables (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), where t-count 4.839> t-table 2.03224 and significant 0.000 <0.05, then Hₒ is rejected and Ha is accepted. Judging from the correlation coefficient between Productivity Crane (X₁) and Berthing Time (Y), 0.639, it is indicated as a strong correlation because it is in the interval of 0,600-0,799.

Abstract

An interchange station or transfer station is a train station for more than one route that allows passengers to move from one route to another without leaving the station by paying a one-way fare. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of internal service capability in the organization in the field of internal customer service at the crossing station between front-line staff and support staff during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used was a quantitative method with an analysis of internal quality measurements using the Intservqual model and measurements based on there is a gap between the service expected by internal customers (employees of other departments) and the service they actually receive. The sample used is accidental sampling of 105 support staff and 23 front line staff. The results of the study show that there is a gap that is still in a negative position, meaning that based on each dimension of the two gaps, it is still necessary to improve internal services between front-line staff and support staff.

Abstract

Cafe you & me adalah usaha yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal, untuk mngetahui strategi yang digunakan, serta untuk mengetahui strategi yang tepat untuk digunakan cafe you & me selama masa pandemi corona. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dengan melakukan observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan analisis SWOT. Hasil pada penelitian dari faktor internal kekuatan yaitu 2,33 dan faktor kelemahan yaitu 0,63 sehingga selisih yang didapatkan dari kekuatan dan kelemahan yaitu 1,7. Selanjutnya faktor eksternal peluang yaitu 2,00 dan faktor ekternal ancaman yaitu 1,08 sehingga selisih yang didapatkan dari peluang dan ancaman yaitu 1,33. Menurut hasil matriks SWOT 4K berada pada posisi kuadran I yang artinya cafe you & me dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan menggunakan kekuatan. Menurut matriks IE hasil faktor internal yaitu 2,97 dan hasil faktor ekternal 3,08 maka posisinya berada pada sel no.2. strategi bauran pemasaran yang digunakan cafe you & me dapat meningkatkan penjual produk serta keuntungan. Strategi alternatif yang disarankan kepada cafe you & me yaitu penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, pengembangan barang dan jasa.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the cause of traffic jam in Bekasi high and urban transportation (angkot) not orderly passing, sharp decrease to income of Angkot in Bekasi. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with data analysis technique using interview, observation, documentation and triangulation of source. The result of the research, the very high traffic jam in Bekasi is caused by the number of city transportation exceeds the ideal amount, the increase of private vehicles especially motorcycle and road construction such as tolls and housing, flood. The angkot drivers are not orderly in Bekasi because of the chase of the deposit and the lack of angkot passengers and the replacement of the main public transportation drivers, the absence of officers in crowded places such as stations, shopping areas and the lack of strict officers. Revenue angkot very less because of the many rivals such as online-based vehicles, employee buses, school buses and motorcycles.

Abstract

PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) is a state-owned company specialized on crossing and port sector that is responsible for organizing ferry transportation and ports effectiveness and efficiency. To be able to give an excellent service, the company has to maintain its’ loading and unloading of Ro-Ro ship productivity in a high-quality level. The objective of this research is to find out the improvement of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity, target and achievement of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity during 2012-2014.  The result of the research shows that during the period of 2012 to 2014 the Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading productivity result starting in the first semester of 2012 to the second semester of 2014 shows that not all of the targets determined by the company are accomplished. The trend analysis shows that the productivity of Ro-Ro ship loading and unloading was fluctuating during the period.

Abstract

The competition in the manufacturing industry is currently moving very fast. Competitive advantage, increased production effectiveness in operational activities, continuous performance improvement and business strategy Good quality is something that manufacturing companies must pay attention to to be able to compete globally. PT.X is a manufacturing company that specializes in repairing Automated Teller Machine (ATM) machine spare parts. In the process of repairing this spare part, there are problems with the use of the application system, the number of parts that cannot be repaired as before and the performance of employees is lacking, causing waste. This waste has an impact on performance and operational activities being not optimal and hampering the process of repairing spare parts. The lean manufacturing approach aims to identify and eliminate waste that occurs during operational activities in order to be more efficient and effective with the method Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for mapping the flow of spare part repairs and information flow, identifying waste which is divided into 7 categories and conducting analysis. The root cause of waste with fishbone diagrams, the result of which is the cause of waste by humans, is the lack of insight or knowledge of employees, machines that are damaged due to continuous use and the methods used by the company are not appropriate. The results of the identification of waste are waste waiting, transportation, processing, inventory and defective products. Abstract

The background of the socialization was because there was no Safe School Zone, the large number of school children, there were always accidents in front of the school, and the behavior of road users who did not obey the rules. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide socialization on the importance of ZoSS to students and educators at SMP Negeri 55 with an emphasis on traffic safety for students and road users. The method of implementation is through face-to-face with the school without any students due to the covid epidemic. The explanation was through a lap top and a video that was shared with the homeroom teacher via social media to students with parental assistance. The material socialized contains: important ZoSS and signs, correct procedures when crossing the road, safe and dangerous places to cross, helmets, cycling and health protocols. The result of this socialization activity is the growth of awareness and understanding that can change student behavior in traffic safely and safely so that it becomes a habit or daily behavior. The conclusion is the hope that a ZoSS will be made in front of SMP Negeri 55 by related parties and students will become pioneers and role models in traffic in the environment: schools, homes and communities.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to provide understanding and understanding for students in grades 1-3 at SDN Jakasampurna III-Bekasi, with the hope that students will be more orderly in traffic. Early knowledge will foster awareness of safe and secure traffic, and become a good habit in orderly traffic. The problem faced by the school is that the awareness of elementary school students in traffic towards safety and security is very low, every year there are always accidents involving students and road users, the school environment is crowded and various vehicles pass, so that it makes traffic jams during school time. This socialization activity was held on Saturday, April 19, 2022 at SD Negeri Jakasampurna III Bekasi City with 50 participants. The implementation method is Face-to-face Learning (PTM) using animated videos, songs and Power Point. The implementation stages consist of: 1) Reviewing the location of the school; 2) Visiting the school and interviewing the Principal of SD Negeri Jakasampurna III Bekasi City; 3) Determine the problems faced by the school and identify the existing equipment in the school; 4) Implementation of Socialization.
