Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of trust in mediating the influence of reverse logistics on customer satisfaction at Shopee Indonesia. The analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive research of quantitative analysis with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires through google forms to 100 respondents. Data testing includes validity tests, reliability tests and path analysis. The results showed that reverse logistics analysis has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. However, trust has not mediated significantly between the effect of reverse logistics on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The train is a mode of mass transportation that is very popular with the public because it is economical, comfortable, has a large transportation capacity, and travels without obstacles. Gambir Station is an executive and mixed-class train station. During the Covid-19 endemic, health protocols are still implemented. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the influence of the costs of implementing health protocols, reliability, and facilities on customer satisfaction as an intervening variable with customer loyalty at Gambir Station during the endemic. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method which is quantitative with path analysis. The population of this study was all train passengers at Gambir Station, while the sample was taken from train passengers using accidental sampling. The research results show that in the path analysis, namely the variable costs of implementing health protocols, reliability, and facilities directly have a significant effect on the variable customer satisfaction. The variables of reliability, facilities, and customer satisfaction directly have a significant effect on the variable of customer loyalty except for the variable cost of implementing health protocols which is not significant. Meanwhile, the influence of the costs of implementing health protocols, reliability, and facilities on customer loyalty and satisfaction is a positive intervening variable.

Abstract

The high demand for certain products such as organic coffee and vegan food, in business ventures such as Unic Coffee & Eat, of course, in addition to being a challenge, it will also be an obstacle if it cannot meet the demand, then this condition will be the main problem in this study. Bekasi City is currently a balancing area for DKI Jakarta as the Capital City of the Republic of Indonesia which is located to the East of Jakarta. The Baristas were much needed to process the coffee beans to become a special cafe drink, enabling them to serve classic to recent coffee drinks. The purposes of this research were to determine the internal and external factors at Unic Coffee & Eats, the strategies used to run its business for survival in the competition, and the efforts made by Unic Coffee & Eats to increase the number of consumers. The methods used are the Internal External matrix, 4K Strength Weakness Opportunity Threat Matrix, and one informant interviewed as the coffee shop owner. This research showed that the sub-total score of the internal factors of strengths was 2.44, weaknesses were 0.50, the sub-total score of the external factors of opportunities was 1.73, and threats were 0.73. The marketing strategy at Unic Coffee & Eats can be evidence that explains the internal and external factors at the coffee shop, as well as the efforts to increase its sales volume. The internal factors of Unic Coffee & Eats can serve well and have good product quality even with the price offered. On the other hand, affordable prices, quality, and service are the values for external factors that increase the number of customers in the coffee shop. It was hoped to become a reference for further research.

Abstract

Determinasi loyalitas pelanggan: analisis keandalan, fasilitas dan kepuasan pelanggan kereta api adalah artikel ilmiah literature review. Tujuan artikel ini membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada penelitian selanjutnya. Objek penelitian pada perpustakaan online, Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan library risearch yang bersumber dari e-book dan open access e-journal. Hasil artikel ini: 1) Keandalan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan; 2) Fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan; dan 3) Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan.

Abstract

In Indonesia, one of the busiest international airports is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, and it often faces a significant increase in passenger numbers, which in turn causes long queues at manual check-in counters. This research aims to examine the impact of using self check-in machines on the effectiveness and satisfaction of passengers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport. In this study, the population that is the focus is passengers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, with a sample of one hundred (100) people taken using nonprobability sampling techniques via accidental sampling, especially those who have used self check-in machines. This research method is quantitative with SEM-PLS data analysis techniques which are used to predict and develop research. The results of this research reveal that Self Check-in Machines can reduce waiting time, increase passenger satisfaction, and increase the efficiency of the check-in process.

Abstract

 Introduction & Objective: Traffic congestion and the high rate of vehicular accidents remain major challenges in developing cities such as Manado, Indonesia. The rapid increase in the number of vehicles, unmatched by adequate infrastructure, has resulted in longer waiting times at intersections, higher levels of air pollution, and an elevated risk of accidents. With technological advancements, smart traffic light systems have emerged as innovative solutions in many cities. However, their effectiveness in the context of developing cities like Manado still requires further investigation. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of smart traffic light systems in improving traffic flow, reducing emissions, and decreasing the number of accidents in Manado City. Methodology: A mixed methods approach was employed, combining retrospective traffic accident data from hospitals and police records with simulation models embedded with IoT and AI technologies. The evaluation focused on key performance indicators, including waiting time, travel time, emissions, and accident probability. Key Results & Discussion: Simulation outcomes revealed reductions of up to 40% in waiting times, 25% in travel times, and 20% in emissions. Retrospective data confirmed accident clusters in high-risk intersections, particularly along Jalan A. A. Maramis. Comparative analysis with international benchmarks further demonstrated that the projected benefits in Manado are consistent with results achieved in cities that have adopted similar technologies. Nevertheless, successful implementation depends on supportive infrastructure, stakeholder collaboration, and adaptive policymaking. Conclusion & Implications: Smart traffic light systems hold significant potential as a strategic intervention to enhance road safety and traffic efficiency in Manado. The integration of localized accident data with predictive simulation models represents the main scientific contribution of this study, offering a replicable framework for other secondary cities in Indonesia. The findings also provide actionable insights for local governments to design smart mobility policies aligned with global smart city agendas.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to raise awareness among students who use bicycles or walk to be more vigilant on their way to and from school. The participants of the activity are students of SMPN 10 Central Jakarta. The school is at SMPN 10, Jalan Sumur Batu Raya Number 1, RT/RW 03/01, Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta Special Capital Region 10640. The main impact of this activity is that participants are expected to understand how pedestrians and cyclists should behave on the road for their safety and the safety of other road users. The target achievement of this educational activity is for more students to understand the standard crossing procedures 4T and the support of the School Safety Zone (ZoSS), so that students will behave correctly when walking on the road and at crossing points, and there will be encouragement to change their lifestyle from using other forms of transportation to becoming bicycle users.
