Through the ability of technology, facilities, infrastructures, and sufficient operational activities, business competition in air transport service is becoming tighter. All airlines are competing to be the best. As one of the most experienced companies, in fact, PT Garuda Indonesia has experienced hard times. By using qualitative and quantitative methods with Altman Z Score method, it is found that in the period of 2003-2007 PT Garuda Indonesia faced a very critical situation. Only in 2007, this company started to recover and improve. Keywords: financial statement analysis and potential for bankcruptcy

PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT. KAI) a State Owned Enterprises which currently is one of the major players in the ground transportation services industry has long been actively involved in the business of land transportation services. This study is limited in the scope of the analysis of the ratio-financial analysis, and then formulated using Alman z-score method. Ratio analysis is done based on financial data obtained from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Indonesia ranging from 2012 to 2013. Then the figures obtained will be correlated with theories relevant financial, in order to obtain valid results that can be scientifically defensible. Furthermore, a comparison test as a reference in determining the potential failure of the items in the financial statements, and determine which of the posts have a strong and significant correlation. Media that can be used to examine the health condition of the company was a financial report consists of the Balance Sheet or Statement of Profit / loss, or results of operations, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Financial Position. The financial reports produced by the management of a company is the end result of the process of business activities undertaken by the existing components in the company. The financial statements are made to account for the activities of the company to the owner and provide information about the financial position of the company has been achieved against the parties concerned. Panjang port is one of the ports under the management of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II with the main activity of serving port services and national logistics. With the reduction of loading and unloading equipment for rubber tyred gantry cranes, port productivity has decreased. This study aims to determine the effect of loading and unloading equipment rubber tyred gantry crane on loading and unloading productivity using quantitative research methods using primary data sources. The results of data processing prove that there is an effect of the number of loading and unloading equipment of rubber tyred gantry crane on loading and unloading productivity.

This study aims to determine the effect of product packaging quality and delivery time on the consumer satisfaction of PT. J&T Express agent DKI Jakarta in the East Jakarta area. The population in this study is 300,000 consumers of J&T agent DKI Jakarta in the East Jakarta area, with a sample of 100 consumers based on the Slovin formula and use the random sampling. This study uses primary data with data collection methods through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis and using the SPSS version 26.0 program. The results show that the quality of packaging has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction, with a regression coefficient 0.405 and a significant value of 0.000. Ontime delivery has a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction with a regression coefficient value of 0.437 and a significant 0.000.

The research aims to know and analyze the impact of business risk and capital structure on the growth of sea transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Some of the problems encountered in this study, among others, namely, high business risk can reduce company growth, high capital structure can reduce company growth and also high debt to shipping companies can lead to difficulties in determining the composition of capital structure. Path analysis is used to test the hypothesis proposed in this study by using the Partial Least Square application. The total sample of 45 consisted of nine companies with a five-year observation period taken by purposive sampling technique. The results showed: business risk has no impact on firm growth, capital structure has no direct impact on company growth, business risk has a positive and significant direct impact on capital structure, and business risk does not directly impact company growth through capital structure mediation. The study concludes that business risk positively impacts capital structure, so the declining capital structure decreases business risk.

The low discipline of some individuals in implementing health protocols during the pandemic has become a challenging task for the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP). The indifferent and unconcerned attitude in heeding health protocols makes the enforcement process not conducive and has implications for officers' low level of patience. This community service activity aims to provide education on friendly service as a solution to changing the behavior of some Satpol PP officers who are unfriendly into a friendly unit in the eyes of the public. The activity was implemented at the DKI Pemda office, located in Petogogan, Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta, involving twenty members, all male. The educational method was implemented in two ways: material presentation and direct field practice. The results of this education can change the mindset of regional apparatuses who are considered arrogant to officers who have a spirit of service to the community. This activity can be a reference to continue from friendly service to excellent service.
