Abstract

Ganoderma merupakan salah satu jenis jamur makroskopis yang menjadi  kekayaan hutan Indonesia, sementara laju pengrusakan hutan yang tinggi dapat mengancam kelestarian biota ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis Ganodermataceae dari berbagai kawasan hutan Pulau Lombok. Pengambilan sample jamur  dilakukan di enam kawasan hutan yaitu hutan Kerandangan, Pusuk, Nuraksa Sesaot, Lemor, Pergasingan Sembalun dan Gunung Tunak. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode jelajah, yaitu membagi daerah penjelajahan menjadi 2-3 jalur penjelajahan dan dilakukan dengan teknik visual sensus. Identifikasi Ganoderma didasarkan pada karakteristik makroskopik, lalu dicocokkan dengan buku-buku identifikasi(profile matching). Hasil penelitian diperoleh 9 spesies Ganoderma, yaitu G. applanatum, G. lucidum, G. adspersum, dan 6 isolat Ganoderma belum teridentifikasi.  Ganoderma applanatum ditemukan tersebar dihampir semua kawasan hutan dipulau Lombok, terkecuali TWR Nuraksa Sesaot dan Bukit Pergasingan Sembalun.Kata kunci: makrofungi, Ganoderma, Pulau Lombok

Abstract

Teluk Gerupuk merupakan salah satu kawasan sentra pengembangan minapolitan di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi  kelayakan bioekologi teluk Gerupuk untuk pengembangan budidaya perikanan berbasis multi tropic sea farming. Parameter bioekologi yang diamati meliputi kondisi dasar substrat, kualitas fisika, kimia dan biologi perairan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kualitas fisika, kimia dan biologi perairan teluk Gerupuk masih layak untuk budidaya beragam jenis kekerangan dan  ikan.  Berdasarkan kondisi topografi pantai, substrat dasar perairan dan  tutupannya maka hanya  bagian timur-utara teluk Gerupuk yang layak sebagai lokasi pengembangan  budidaya system MTSF.Keyword: teluk Gerupuk, multi tropic sea farming, bioekologi

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Green Product (X1), Green Price (X2), Green Place (X3), Green Promotion (X4) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tupperware di Samarinda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh persamaan regresi linier berganda yaitu Y = 5,994 + 0,264X1 + 0,395X2 + 0,383X3+ 0,334X4. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa nilai Fhitung (5,748>Ftabel 2,479) yang artinya variabel Green Product (X1), Green Price (X2), Green Place (X3), Green Promotion (X4) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Tupperware di Samarinda. Hasil uji t menujukkan bahwa nilai korelasi parsial variabel Green Product (X1) sebesar 0,922 dengan nilai thitung (2,440) > ttabel 1,985 ) dan signifikan 0.000. Artinya dilihat dari nilai korelasi parsial sebesar 0.922 atau 92,0 % bahwa variabel Green Product (X1), menjadi faktor yang dominan mempengaruhi variabel Keputusan Pembelian (Y).Kata Kunci: Green Product, Green Price, Green Place, Green Promotion dan Keputusan Pembelian

Abstract

ABSTRACTMung beans and kidney beans are some food ingredients that have the potential for high iron (Fe) content. The potential of these nutrients can be utilized as substitutable flour in making cubit cakes as an alternative healthy food to overcome the problem of iron (Fe) anemia in adolescents. This study aimed to analyze the effect of substituting mung bean and kidney bean flours on the nutritional content of the cubit cake. This was an experimental study using a completely randomized design method (CRD) with four treatments and three replications. The research results were processed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) techniques followed by Duncan's advanced test. The results show that there was no significant difference or significant effect on the nutritional content (carbohydrate, protein, fat, moisture, ash, iron, calories) of the cubit cakes that had been substituted but there was a significant effect on the fat content. The cubit cake K1 formulation (50% Wheat flour, 35% mung bean flour, 15% kidney bean flour) was the best formulation of the cubit cake because it met the nutritional requirement (RDA). K1 cubit cake formulation in 100 g serving (3 cubit cakes) contains 126.892 kcal calories, 42.1 g carbohydrates, 7.23 g protein, 13.32 g fat, and 0.001 mg/100 g iron. The substitution of mung bean and kidney bean flours tended to increase the nutrient content of the cubit cake but it was not statistically significant except for the fat content. The use of mung beans and kidney beans as alternative basic ingredients for healthy snacks should be applied to other local snacks.Keywords: Mung Beans, Kidney Beans, Cubit Cakes, Substitution, FormulationABSTRAKKacang hijau dan kacang merah merupakan beberapa bahan makanan yang memiliki potensi kandungan zat besi (Fe) yang cukup tinggi. Potensi zat gizi ini dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi tepung yang dapat disubstitusikan dalam pembuatan kue cubit sebagai alternatif panganan sehat untuk mengatasi permasalahan anemia gizi besi (Fe) pada remaja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh terhadap kandungan gizi kue cubit yang telah disubtitusikan tepung kacang hijau dan kacang merah. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen murni dan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan serta 3 ulangan. Hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan teknik analisis sidik ragam (Anova) dengan dilanjutkan uji lanjut Duncan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya perbedaan signifikan atau pengaruh nyata terhadap kandungan gizi (karbohidrat, protein, lemak, kadar air, kadar abu, zat besi, kalori) kue cubit yang telah disubstitusikan kecuali pada parameter kadar lemak, dimana kue cubit formulasi K1 (50% tepung terigu, 35% tepung kacang hijau, 15% tepung kacang merah) menjadi kue cubit formulasi terbaik karena memenuhi syarat makanan selingan untuk memenuhi angka kebutuhan gizi (AKG). Kue cubit formulasi K1 dalam 100 g takaran saji (3 buah kue cubit), mengandung kalori sebesar 126,892 kkal, karbohidrat sebesar 42,1 g, protein sebesar 7,23 g, lemak sebesar 13,32 g, dan zat besi sebesar 0,001 mg/100 g. Subtitusi tepung kacang hijau dan kacang merah dapat memperlihatkan kecenderungan peningkatan kandungan zat gizi terhadap kue cubit, namun tidak berbeda nyata atau signifikan secara statistik kecuali pada parameter lemak. Abstract

A hybrid solar-wind power plant is a combination of two renewable energy sources, namely solar and wind power, used to generate electricity. This research aims to analyze the performance and efficiency of the hybrid solar-wind power generation system as a practical learning tool. The research methodology involves collecting performance data from solar panels and wind turbines, as well as analyzing the integration of these two energy sources. The results show that this hybrid system can improve the stability and continuity of the electricity supply compared to using a single energy source. This is evidenced by the increase in hybrid plant efficiency to 33.78%, compared to the solar panel efficiency of only 15.589%, resulting in an efficiency increase of 18.191%. Additionally, the carbon emission reduction in the hybrid system is 94.42%. The implementation of the hybrid solar-wind power plant as a learning tool provides students with a deeper understanding of renewable energy technology applications and encourages innovation in the field of sustainable energy.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the use of the project-based learning model on the reading learning outcomes of Class IX students at SMPN 40 Makassar. This research is a type of quantitative research with an experimental research design. The sample in this study amounted to 32 students. The data collection technique in this study was a multiple choice test. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of data analysis showed that: (1) the reading ability before using the Project Based Learning model was categorised as poor with an average score of 50.93, (2) the reading ability after using the Project Based Learning model of class IX students of SMPI 40 Makassar was categorised as sufficient with an average score of 63.43 by obtaining an increase of 12.5, and (3) the results of hypothesis testing from the results of the analysis of students' pretest and posttest data showed that the results of t count ≥ t table, namely 9.153 > 2.042, it can be concluded that H1 is accepted, namely the Project Based Learning model is effectively applied in reading learning to students of class IX SMPI 40 Makassar.

Abstract

The Bajakah tampala tree (Spatholobus littoral hassk) is a native plant from the interior of the forests in Kalimantan, especially Central Kalimantan. This plant is a plant that stretches or grows and grows abundantly in the interior of the forest. The Bajakah plant is known to the people of Kalimantan as a medicinal plant and can cure various diseases, including diarrhea, rheumatism, and cancer. The aim of this research was to determine the alkaloid content of bajakah root extract in various concentrations. The research method was carried out experimentally, with the independent variable being an ethanol extract of bajakah roots with concentrations of 50, 70, and 96%. Meanwhile, the dependent variables are the characteristics of simplicia, the secondary metabolite content of Bajakah root ethanol extract, and the determination of the total alkaloid content of Bajakah root extract. Bajakah root simplicia extract is made with 96, 70, and 50% ethanol solvents. The parameters used in this study include water content, total ash content, acid insoluble ash content, water soluble extract content, ethanol soluble extract content, and secondary metabolite content, including alkaloids, tannins, flavonoids, saponins, steroids, and terpenoids, by conducting phytochemical screening. , making a standard caffeine solution, determining the maximum wavelength of caffeine, measuring the caffeine calibration curve, and determining the total alkaloid content of Bajakah root extract. The results of the phytochemical screening showed that Bajakah root was positive for containing alkaloid compounds, saponins, tannins, flavonoids, steroids, and terpenoids. And the results obtained from Bajakah root plants obtained from Central Kalimantan were a 96% ethanol concentration of 1.66797 ± 0.7088 mg/gram, a 70% ethanol concentration of 1.6679 ± 0.1124 mg/gram, and a 50% ethanol concentration of 0.46981 ± 1.0656 mg/gram

Abstract

Faktor yang menyebabkan rendahnya produktivitas cabai di Indonesia antara lain penggunaan benih yang kurang bermutu, teknik budidaya yang belum efisien dan penanaman kultivar cabai yang tidak tahan terhadap hama serta penyakit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara, Kelurahan Gedung Johor, Kecamatan Medan Johor, Kota Medan, Provinsi Sumatera Utara dengan ketinggian tempat ± 25 mdpl dan topografi datar. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui respon pemberian ekstrak bawang putih dan pupuk organik guano terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai (Capsicum annum L). Rancangan yang digunakan adalah RAK faktorial dengan dua faktor perlakuan yaitu ekstrak bawang putih dan pupuk organik guano. Faktor ekstrak bawang putih terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu : E0 (kontrol), E1 (45 cc/liter air/plot), dan E2 (90 cc/liter air/plot). Faktor pupuk organik guano terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : G0 (kontrol), G1 (1,5 kg/plot) G2 (3 kg/plot) dan G3 (4,5 kg/plot). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemberian ekstrak bawang putih berpengaruh tidak mempengaruhi seluruh parameter yang diamati. Sedangkan pemberian pupuk organik guano mempengaruhi terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang produktif, produksi per tanaman sampel, dan produksi per plot, tetapi tidak mempengaruhi parameter umur berbunga. Sedangkan interaksi dari kedua perlakuan tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh parameter yang diamati.

Abstract

The present study strives to figure out whether or not Using Memes Increases the Students' Vocabulary Mastery. The research design used during this research was quantitative with a pre-experimental research type. The population of this research was the entire seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 18 Barru. The sample was taken by using the cluster random sampling technique, which consists of 25 students of class VIII-1. This experiment was conducted in four meetings. The outcome of the data analysis shows that using memes increases the students' vocabulary mastery. The results of the data analysis exhibited that there was a difference of significant among pre-test results and students' post-test results. That is, the mean score of the students' post-test (83.24) was higher than the students' pre-test means score (30.84). This is also evidenced by the t-test value (26.31), which was higher than the t-table value (2.063899). Based on the findings and discussion of the study, the researcher concludes that using memes increases the students’ vocabulary mastery in class VIII SMPN 18 Barru.

Abstract

Cancer is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, including in Indonesia. This review explores the potential of various plants as sources of anticancer compounds through secondary metabolite analysis. Plants such as Rosa damascena, Wild Onion (Scorodocarpus borneensis Becc), and Acalypha Indica have been studied for anticancer activity using in vitro methods. The results showed that extracts from Rosa damascena had varying IC50 values ​​against various types of cancer cells, including 16.28 μg/mL in liver cancer cells (HepG-2) and 18.09 μg/mL in breast cancer cells (MCF-7). In addition, Wild Onion showed very strong anticancer activity with an IC50 value of 1.1061 μg/mL in L1210 leukemia cells. Secondary metabolites such as flavonoids, alkaloids, and tannins were identified as key components contributing to the anticancer effects. These findings highlight the importance of further research to develop more effective and safe plant-based cancer therapies. Keyword: Anticancer, Cancer, Secondary Metabolites, Plants
