Abstract

Lareh Sago Halaban Regency, precisely in Nagari Halaban, is one of the areas with the highest pineapple production in Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra Province. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of knowledge, experience and motivation on the productivity of Pineapple Farmers in Nagari Halaban simultaneously and partially. The data collection method in this research was to use saturated sampling or census where the entire population, namely 30 pineapple farmers, were sampled using interviews and questionnaires. Data was obtained through a questionnaire and analyzed using the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression. Statistical analysis shows that the relationship between the independent and dependent variables is quite strong (R = 76.9%). Adjusted R Square is 54.5% of the variation in the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable, while the remaining 45.5% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research. Based on the F test, the independent variables (knowledge, experience and motivation) have a significant effect on the dependent variable (farmer productivity). The F test shows that overall the independent variables have a significant effect on farmer productivity. The results of the t test state that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on farmer productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of creativity, social media, and e-commerce on the success of the Mahkota Ayam business in Payakumbuh. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, it involves Mahkota Ayam customer respondents. Data collected were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test each variable’s influence on business success. The results show that creativity has a positive and significant effect on Mahkota Ayam's success, as seen in increased product and service innovation that boosts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Although Mahkota Ayam uses social media as a promotional tool, this variable does not significantly affect success due to inconsistent content, low interaction, and lack of an effective digital communication strategy. Meanwhile, the e-commerce variable, especially via GoFood, has a positive and significant impact by enhancing accessibility, service speed, and convenience leading to customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, creativity, social media, and e-commerce contribute significantly to business success, with creativity and e-commerce as dominant factors. Based on these findings, Mahkota Ayam should strengthen social media management through consistent, attractive content strategies. It is also expected to keep innovating in products and services to maintain business uniqueness and optimize e-commerce use as the main transaction and market expansion channel, ensuring sustainability in increasingly competitive digital markets. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan konsumen dalam membeli produk Kopi Keliling Ajoe di Kecamatan Harau, Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling, melibatkan 100 responden yang memenuhi kriteria. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan keunikan produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan harga dan kemudahan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun, secara simultan, keempat variabel tersebut memengaruhi keputusan pembelian dengan kontribusi sebesar 56,6%. Penelitian ini menyarankan peningkatan kualitas produk dan inovasi dalam keunikan produk untuk menarik lebih banyak konsumen. Strategi harga yang kompetitif dan kemudahan akses juga perlu dipertimbangkan meskipun pengaruhnya tidak signifikan secara parsial. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami perilaku konsumen di pasar kopi keliling sebagai fenomena gaya hidup modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian di Imagro Freshmart Kota Payakumbuh. Variabel independen yang diteliti meliputi kualitas produk, harga, lokasi, dan pelayanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sementara lokasi dan pelayanan tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa keempat variabel independen secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan harga merupakan faktor utama dalam menarik pelanggan di Imagro Freshmart, sehingga strategi pemasaran harus lebih fokus pada peningkatan kedua aspek tersebut.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is one of Indonesia's third largest economic sources after the industrial and trading sectors. In 2022, it is recorded that 34.6% of the workforce will be absorbed by the agricultural sector. agricultural labor is still dominated by mature and old age workers. This is due to the lack of desire of the younger generation to continue farming family. The research objective is to analyze the factors that influence the interest of the younger generation in continuing family farming. The research was carried out in Akabiluru District, Lima Puluh Kota District with sampling using the roscoe theory formula in the Koto Tangah Nagari, Batu Ampa and Batuhampar. data analysis used binary logistic regression with independent variables including gender, motivation, age, land area, education, agricultural image, and community environment. The results showed that the variable age and land area had a positive effect, while the motivational variable had a negative effect.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are (1) to identify the trend of beef production in West Sumatera, (2) to identify beef consumption in West Sumatera, and (3) to estimating of beef production and consumption in West Sumatera. This study uses secondary data from Badan Pusat Statistik of West Sumatera and Dinas Peternakan dan Kesehatan Hewan of West Sumatera. Secondary data were processed with qualitative analysis techniques in a narrative manner to determine the trend of beef production and consumption from 2004 to 2023 and quantitatively to determine the estimated production and consumption of beef in West Sumatera in 2024-2028. The result of the study is the trend of beef production in West Sumatera in the last 20 years is 928,798 kg/ year or grows by 5,1%. The trend of beef consumption in West Sumatera in the last 20 years was 329,874/ year or grew by 4,2%. Estimated beef production in West Sumatera experienced a growth of 2,2% or 547,648 kg/ year, the estimated production can meet the estimated consumption which grew by 1,9% or 329,874 kg/ year.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Bukittinggi City. This study aims to analyze product quality, price location and service simultaneously and partially on purchasing decisions. The number of respondents in the study were 100 respondents. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data is processed quantitatively with the data analysis used in the study is the Classical Assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (multiple correlation analysis, coefficient of determination, F test and t test). The results of the study based on gender are mostly female with a percentage of 79%. Based on age, the majority of respondents are aged 26-35 (39%). Based on the latest education, the majority have a bachelor's degree (61%). Based on the occupation of the majority of workers who are not written on the questionnaire statement or with other choices with a percentage of 32%. The results of statistical tests based on multiple correlation analysis (R) simultaneously the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is stated to be strong at 80,2%, the coefficient of determination (R2) shows the influence of the variables used by 64,3% while the remaining 35,7% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Abstract

The Sawah Bangsa farmer group is located in the Kenagarian Kamang Tangah Anam Suku, Kamang Magek District, Agam Regency. The Sawah Bangsa farmer group is engaged in the production and marketing of organic rice and has become an exemplary farmer group in Agam Regency. This research aims to analyze the organic rice business development strategy. The research was carried out from March to June 2024 by conducting interviews with heads of farmer groups and experts to support the research. The data analysis used is Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE) Matrix analysis. Based on financial strength, competitive advantage, environmental stability and industrial strength, the Sawah Bangsa farmer group obtained an average rating sequentially, namely 2.5, -2, -1.75 and 4.5, so that the vertical axis value was 0.75 and the horizontal axis was 2.5. The results of the SPACE analysis strategy for the Sawah Bangsa farmer group's organic rice business are in the aggressive quadrant with strategy recommendations: integration (forward integration, backward integration, lateral integration), market penetration, market development, product development and diversification (related or unrelated).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of capital, ability, business location, marketing strategy and partnership system. The data formulation in this study uses quantitative descriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the factors of ability, business location, marketing strategy and partnership system influence the success of the business at Rendang UMKM in Payakumbuh City and the capital variable does not significantly influence the success of the business. Variable capital, ability, business location, marketing strategy and partnership system simultaneously (together) affect the success of the business as a dependent variable. This is evidenced by the results of the f test, obtained f arithmetic> f table that is 19,371> 2,621 or a probability of 0,000 <0.05. Then it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. statistical calculation of the coefficient of determination with the adjusted R Square value of 0.763 or 76.3%. This shows that the percentage contribution of the influence of independent variables namely capital, ability, business location, marketing strategy and partnership system to business success is 76.3% or the variation of the independent variables used is able to explain at 76.3% the dependent variation. While the remaining 23.7% is influenced by other variables not included in this research model.

Abstract

Abstract. The company Tahu Urang Crew is one of the experienced tofu companies in Payakumbuh which has been established since 1998 and is still surviving amidst the intense competition in the Payakumbuh tofu industry to date. This study aims to determine the ideal attributes according to consumers. The research method used is descriptive analytical method. Based on the results of the research, the product attributes of urang crew fried tofu as a whole are close to the consumer's ideal, which is nutritional content sequentially. While the packaging attributes do not meet the ideal consumer characteristics. Based on the analysis of the importance level of the attributes of the urang crew fried tofu product, it is known that the attribute that is prioritized by consumers in consuming sequentially is taste. The results of the study showed that the overall attitude of consumers towards fried tofu urang crew was very good. Abstrak. Perusahaan tahu urang awak merupakan salah satu perusahaan tahu yang berpengalaman di Payakumbuh yang telah berdiri sejak tahun 1998 dan masih tetap bertahan di tengah persaingan yang ketat di industri tahu kota payakumbuh sampai saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui atribut yang ideal menurut konsumen dan sikap konsumen terhadap tahu goreng urang awak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif analitis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian atribut-atribut produk tahu goreng urang awak secara keseluruhan sudah mendekati ideal konsumen, yang secara berurutan yaitu kandungan gizi. Sedangkan atribut kemasan belum memenuhi sifat ideal konsumen. Berdasarkan analisis tingkat kepentingan atribut produk tahu goreng urang awak, diketahui bahwa atribut yang diprioritaskan oleh konsumen dalam mengkonsumsi secara berurutan adalah rasa. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan sikap konsumen terhadap produk tahu goreng urang awak sangat baik.
