Abstract

Anemia is a global health problem commonly experienced by adolescent girls, with serious implications for reproductive health and future pregnancies. This study aims to describe adolescent girls' knowledge about Iron Supplement Tablets (TTD) in preventing anemia and reproductive health. This descriptive-analytic study was conducted at SMAN 15 Bekasi City with a sample of 50 female students selected by purposive random sampling. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed descriptively. Results showed that all respondents (100%) knew the definition of anemia, 94% knew that the main cause of anemia is lack of iron intake, and 100% knew anemia symptoms such as difficulty concentrating and frequent drowsiness. 100% knew iron-rich foods, and 96% agreed to consume iron supplements during menstruation. However, only 46% knew all the long-term impacts of anemia. Conclusion: Adolescent girls' knowledge about anemia and TTD is good, but understanding of long-term impacts still needs to be improved through more intensive education.

Abstract

Decentralization creates a need to discuss education inequality on a smaller scale to formulate a better development policy. This study aims to give insights on how education inequality can vary across districts depending on the characteristics attributed to the said region. By calculating education Gini indices, we found that regencies and agricultural districts tend to experience worse education inequality than municipalities and non-agricultural districts. Adding to that, using panel data regressions, we also found that the data shows the opposite of education Kuznets curves, contradicting some of the previous studies. This study contributes to the literature by highlighting the importance of measuring education inequality in a smaller scale to improve the accuracy of development policies.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Apotek rawat jalan merupakan titik akhir pelayanan bagi pasien rawat jalan sehingga efisiensi waktu tunggu dan kenyamanan menjadi faktor kritis yang memengaruhi kepuasan dan loyalitas pasien. Di RSUD Panglima Sebaya, rata-rata waktu tunggu tahun 2023 mencapai 76,36 menit, jauh melampaui standar Kemenkes kurang dari 30 menit, sedangkan kepuasan pasien rata-rata hanya 73,13%. Tujuan: Menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung efisiensi waktu tunggu dan kenyamanan pasien terhadap kepuasan serta loyalitas pasien di Apotek Rawat Jalan RSUD Panglima Sebaya, Kabupaten Paser, Kalimantan Timur. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain survei pada 327 pasien dewasa menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dianalisis dengan Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) melalui SmartPLS 4.1.1.5. Hasil: Seluruh hipotesis terbukti. Efisiensi waktu tunggu berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan (β sama dengan 0,339 atau p kurang dari 0,001) dan loyalitas (β sama dengan 0,239 atau p kurang dari 0,001). Kenyamanan memiliki pengaruh terbesar terhadap kepuasan (β sama dengan 0,653 atau p kurang dari 0,001) dan juga signifikan terhadap loyalitas (β kurang dari 0,261 atau p sama dengan 0,001). Kepuasan terbukti sebagai mediator signifikan pada kedua jalur (waktu tunggu→loyalitas: β sama dengan 0,166 atau kenyamanan→loyalitas: β sama dengan 0,321 atau keduanya p<0,001). Kesesuaian model sangat baik (SRMR sama dengan 0,014 atau GoF atau 0,946). Kesimpulan: Peningkatan efisiensi pelayanan farmasi dan kenyamanan ruang tunggu dapat secara langsung maupun tidak langsung memperkuat loyalitas pasien melalui kepuasan. Manajemen rumah sakit perlu memprioritaskan sistem antrian digital, peningkatan fasilitas, dan pelatihan komunikasi petugas. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the relationship between transformational leadership and the work environment on organizational commitment at RSIA Bunda Fathia Purwakarta. The research is grounded in the importance of effective leadership and a supportive work environment in enhancing organizational commitment, which in turn affects employee performance and retention. A quantitative approach was employed through a survey of 275 employees. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.8. The results indicate that transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.299; T = 4.753) and organizational commitment (β = 0.216; T = 3.387). The work environment also shows a significant positive effect on job satisfaction (β = 0.209; T = 3.442) and organizational commitment (β = 0.197; T = 3.199). Furthermore, job satisfaction significantly influences organizational commitment (β = 0.251; T = 3.786) and mediates the relationship between transformational leadership (β = 0.075; T = 3.064) and the work environment (β = 0.052; T = 2.611) with organizational commitment. The model explains 20.8% of the variance in organizational commitment. The findings highlight that strengthening organizational commitment requires the implementation of transformational leadership and the creation of a conducive work environment, with job satisfaction serving as a crucial mediating factor.

Abstract

Employee engagement memiliki peran penting untuk karyawan di suatu organisasi khususnya perawat di rumah sakit, namun masih terdapat permasalahan employee engagement perawat di Indonesia termasuk terjadi RS. Dedy Jaya Brebes. Dugaan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi permasalahan employee engagement perawat di RS. Dedy Jaya Brebes yaitu internal corporate social responsibility (ICSR) dan quality of work life (QWL). Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ICSR dan QWL terhadap employee engagement perawat Rumah Sakit Dedy Jaya Brebes. Metode penelitian ini yaitu kuantitatif, Strategi yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif inferensial. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling sebanyak 58 responden. Hasil penelitian didapatkan berdasarkan uji t parasial internal corporate social responsibility berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement dan quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. Hasil uji F simultan didapatkan internal corporate social responsibility dan quality of work life secara bersamaan berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Hal tersebut artinya internal corporate social responsibility dan quality of work life memiliki pengaruh terhadap employee engagement perawat RS. Dedy Jaya Brebes
