Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the influence of contract value on the performance of security guards at PT Multi Daya Utama, a Security Services Business Entity (BUJP). The study employs a quantitative associative approach using simple linear regression analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 63 security personnel respondents. The analysis indicates that contract value has a positive and significant influence on security guard performance, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) shows that the contract value variable contributes 71.41% to the fluctuations in personnel performance, while the remaining 28.59% is influenced by other factors. Implications: Fulfilling financial components and facilities within cooperation contracts is a determinant factor in enhancing the professionalism and discipline of members in the field, as well as a vital instrument in realizing the professional development of security guards in accordance with the mandate of Perpol No. 4 of 2020.

Abstract

This study aims to redesign the layout of the delivery warehouse for four-wheeled vehicle carpet products at PT Kotobukiya Indo Classic Industries (KICI) using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) approach. The main problems identified include the accumulation of goods in the over part area, inefficient material flow, and limited warehouse capacity, which impact delivery delays. The research method was conducted through direct observation, collection of inflow–outflow data of parts, and analysis of activity relationships using relationship diagrams. The results indicate that the existing warehouse capacity is unable to accommodate the production volume of major customers such as (TMMIN), with inflow reaching 4,171 units per month for certain parts. The SLP-based layout redesign resulted in a new warehouse configuration with shorter forklift movement paths, more systematic space arrangement, and more consistent implementation of the FIFO system. The findings conclude that the application of SLP can improve material flow efficiency, reduce handling time, and increase the effective warehouse capacity.

Abstract

The Smoke-Free Area (KTR) policy not only functions as a regulatory instrument, but also as a means of health education aimed at fostering awareness and healthy living behavior in the community. However, the implementation of the KTR policy in Situraja District, Sumedang Regency, has not been optimal, despite being regulated in Sumedang Regency Regulation Number 17 of 2014. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the KTR policy from a public health education perspective and identify supporting and inhibiting factors as a social learning process. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Research informants included sub-district officials, village officials, public facility managers, health educators, and the community. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model that includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the KTR policy as a health education medium is not optimal, which is characterized by weak educational socialization, limited learning support resources, low commitment of implementers in the educational function, and the lack of development of education-based operational procedures. This condition results in low understanding and internalization of healthy living values ​​in the community. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen health education strategies, increase human resource capacity, and integrate participatory learning approaches in the implementation of KTR policies to increase the effectiveness of education and the sustainability of healthy community behavior.

Abstract

An inventory Information System is an Information System that provides information from several processes including procurement of goods, warehousing, and reporting. Therefore it is necessary to create an Inventory Information System application to improve the company's performance process which originally became computerized which will result in more detailed reports. The creation of this application is done using data collection, system planning, system analysis, system design, and database. Application program creation was developed with PHP and Waterfall model as well as tested using black-box testing. And it is expected that the manufacture of this application can facilitate the company in processing the inventory of goods, then in this research was made Designing Inventory Information System At PT. Arsen Kusuma Indonesia Jakarta.
