Abstract

Retribution information system is very important and indispensable in a terminal. At the Sabilambo Kolaka Terminal, especially in recapitulating retribution income data, they still use recording in the ledger, this makes it difficult for terminal officers to make a report so that the process for reporting terminal retribution income data to the Transportation Office in its implementation is still not optimal and over time there are losses and losses. data collection in the form of sheets of paper. Based on these problems, the researchers conducted a study with the title "Case Study Terminal Retribution Information System: Sabilambo Terminal". The information system is made using HTML, CSS, Javascript and the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database and data management process. The results of this study can be concluded that the system created works well and meets the requirements of the Sabilambo terminal. This can be seen from the survey results obtained from the questionnaire (93.53), indicating a value. A (very good).

Abstract

Attractive learning media has become a necessity for teachers at all levels of education. For this reason, educators need to improve their competence in making good learning media. However, there are still many teachers who are not familiar with using technology to support their teaching and learning activities. As felt by MI and MTs AL-Mu'minin Kendari teachers who still find it difficult to make interesting and creative learning media. This service activity aims to improve the ability of teachers to create interesting media using the Canva application. The stages carried out in this activity are (1) coordinating with the school and identifying the needs of the target audience; (2) carry out community service activities with lecture, question and answer methods, and guided practice; and (3) evaluate and assign independent assignments. The results of this program showed an increase in teacher skills in making interesting learning media as seen from the independent assignments that were collected.

Abstract

Jumlah perokok anak usia 10-18 tahun dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir semakin meningkat. Berdasarkan Riskesdas telah terjadi peningkatan prevalensi perokok anak dari 7,2% di tahun 2013 menjadi 9,1% di tahun 2018. Angka tersebut diperkirakan akan semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Berbagai cara telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam menekan peningkatan prevalensi perokok anak. Salah satunya adalah pengembangan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok yang telah di sahkan melalui Undang-Undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009. Namun hingga saat ini, sektor-sektor yang bertanggungjawab mengenai Kawasan Tanpa Rokok menyatakan belum ada indikator yang optimal dalam mengidentifikasi penurunan prevalensi perokok anak. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan teknologi yang nantinya bisa digunakan sebagai indikator awal dalam mengetahui perkembangan prevalensi perokok anak terutama di dalam sekolah. Teknologi ini menggunakan konsep Internet of Things yang dikaitkan dengan Kawasan Tanpa Rokok. Sehingga teknologi ini akan digunakan sebagai pemantau serta pelaporan jika ditemukan anak yang sedang merokok di dalam sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini, teknologi yang dibuat masih terbatas pada purwarupa. Teknologi Internet of Things yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari NodeMCU ESP8266 dan Sensor MQ-2 sebagai hardware serta platform Thinger.io sebagai platform yang akan menyimpan berbagai data atau informasi yang diperoleh dari hardware. Purwarupa Sistem Smart Kawasan Tanpa Rokok dalam pelaksanaannya menggunakan dua skenario yaitu (1) melakukan monitoring kondisi lingkungan sekolah dan (2) mengontrol alat penunjang berupa buzzer jika di temukan adanya anak yang merokok di sekolah.

Abstract

Background: Kendari City has set regional regulation No. 16 of 2014 about smoke-free zones (SFZs), however, it has been no tool that is optimal in law enforcement on the application of SFZs regulation in this region.Objectives: This study aims to measure the factors of community intentions in the development of the whistle-blowing systems (WBS) in law enforcement of the SFZs regulation in Kendari City.Methods: The action research approach was carried out with the development of the WBS application which was followed by an observational survey of the community at eight SFZs that had been set in Kendari City.Results: The WBS application for SFZs regulation enforcement in Kendari City was developed through two interfaces: the website on the law enforcement team (Pamong Praja official police and the Health Office) and an Android-based application that can be downloaded for free on the reporting side. Most people of Kendari City have good intentions (90.2 %) in using WBS for SFZs regulation enforcement. This intention indirectly tends to get support from the community (ORadj = 5.1). The age of teenagers or students has the highest proportion in intending to use the WBS for SFZs regulation law enforcement other than employees of private (ORadj = 3.2).Conclusion: Almost the entire community of Kendari intends to use the WBS to SFZs regulation law enforcement also seen indirectly through social supports. This intention related to the age group of adolescents and the type of work of private employees. Further studies are needed to make one of the SFZs as a pilot project in the implementation of the WBS, e.g. educational institutions as a place for teenagers/students.

Abstract

Algoritma K-NN merupakan salah satu metode yang sering digunakan dalam mengklasifikasi status gizi pada balita. Namun, keefektifan algoritma ini sangat tergantung pada metode mengukur jarak antara data dengan data terdekatnya atau biasa disebut data metrik. Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan kinerja Euclidean distance dengan Manhattan distance dalam mengklasifikasi status gizi dengan menggunakan teknik evaluasi Confussion matrix didapatkan bahwa Manhattan distance mendapatkan nilai accuracy lebih baik yaitu 87,5% dibandingkan Euclidean distance yaitu 82,5%. Disisi lain nilai Precision, Recall, dan F1-Score dari Manhattan distance masih memberikan nilai yang lebih unggul/ besar. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti merekomendasikan penelitian selanjutnya berupa pengaruh banyaknya dataset, variasi nilai K, menggunakan metode metrik yang lain, dan menerapkan teknik tertentu selain K-NN dalam untuk menentukan status gizi. Abstract

Student attendance monitoring during industrial internship programs (Prakerin) is still commonly carried out manually, leading to potential data inaccuracy, reporting delays, and inefficiency in school administration. The issue becomes more complex when a large number of students are placed in different locations, making it difficult for supervising teachers to monitor attendance in real time. This study aims to design and develop the PRAKERIN Monitoring Web-Based Information System with QR Code Implementation at SMK Negeri 3 Kolaka. The system was developed using the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Black-box testing confirmed that all system functions operated validly as intended. External evaluation using a Likert-scale questionnaire with 15 respondents indicated an average satisfaction rate of 82%, with 78% agreeing that the interface facilitated attendance access, 80% stating that the system improved real-time tracking, and 86% confirming that automated reporting supported evaluation. The findings demonstrate that the system is feasible, effective, and capable of enhancing transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in Prakerin monitoring.

Abstract

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, the Bogor City Government regulated to cover the health financing claim during the Indonesian National Health Insurance (NHI) integration period due to the lower amount of health care claim per episode in regional hospitals compared to ones that NHI paid. This study aimed to address post-COVID-19 health financing at two hospitals in Bogor City, West Java Province, Indonesia. Descriptive analysis using the aggregate statistical summaries was taken to explore the medical care episodes of the data series at two hospitals for the last two years. Of the 890 checked medical records data, the deficit occurred in 197 (22.1%) medical care episodes, while five (0.6%) exceeded the hospitals' tariffs. The remaining 688 (77.3%) medical care episodes had suits with the Indonesian-Case Based Groups. Almost a quarter of medical care episodes in aggregate experienced a deficit in the two years before the pandemic. This study is the first to provide new insight into the discussion on medical care financing in a developing country's post-pandemic era in a newly implemented NHI system.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini secara umum adalah mengembangkan kurikulum operasional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dan potensi masyarakat pesisir. Secara khusus pengabdian ini bertujuan : (1) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun dan mengembangkan kurikulum operasional satuan pendidikan (KOSP) sesuai prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka; (2) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru  dalam optimalisasi Platform Merdeka Mengajar (PMM); (3) Meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru  dalam optimalisasi aplikasi Trello dalam menyusun KOSP; dan (4) menghasilkan dokumen KOSP berbasis kearifan lokal wilayah pesisir yang valid sebagai pedoman bagi guru dalam percepatan IKM di SMK Negeri 12 Kolaka. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM ini adalah metode pendampingan dan pelatihan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam PKM ini yakni : (1) 81% guru sudah memahami KOSP setelah pelaksanaan pendampingan; (2) sebesar 95,2% guru atau sebanyak 24 guru sudah paham dalam memanfaatkan akun belajar.id untuk mengakses dan optimalisasi PMM; (3) sebanyak 18 guru atau 71,4% memahami penggunaan  aplikasi Trello untuk menyusun KOSP; dan (4) Dokumen KOSP berbasis Kearifan Lokal yang disusun valid dengan indeks Gregory sebesar 0,61 atau pada kategori validitas tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance disaster preparedness knowledge and skills among high school teachers and students in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, through a gamified educational approach called "Mission: Resilience." With the recognition of Kendari as a high-risk area for earthquakes, floods, and landslides, the project leverages gamification to improve engagement and learning outcomes in disaster readiness. The research involves a Participatory Rural Appraisal method, employing quizzes, flashcards, and simulations to deliver training on hazard mitigation, emergency response, and evacuation processes. Results from the pre and post-tests indicate a significant increase in disaster preparedness awareness and skills among participants. Additionally, the study confirms the effectiveness of integrating practical disaster simulations within the school curriculum. Ultimately, "Mission: Resilience" serves as a model for sustainable educational practices in disaster-prone regions, emphasizing continuous training and infrastructure enhancement to ensure long-term community resilience.
