Abstract

Oil palm is one of the plants that has its own charm in the community. Currently, oil palm plantations in Indonesia are growing very rapidly, especially in the province of Riau. Oil palm is grown and cultivated almost all over the archipelago, whether it is privately owned or owned by a company. This plant contains many properties that make the demand for oil palm continue to increase. An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that uses specialized knowledge to solve problems at the expert level. One application of the expert system is in the field of plantations to diagnose diseases in plants. In this study, the design and manufacture of an expert system used to help diagnose a disease in oil palm plants and determine suggestions or treatment solutions for oil palm plants. The final result of this paper is an expert system for diagnosing oil palm plant diseases along with the diagnostic value of the diagnosed disease which shows the level of system confidence in the disease and suggestions or treatment solutions for the oil palm plant. Abstract

Program subsidi rumah dari pemerintah merupakan gerakan bersama antara Pemerintah Pusat, daerah, dunia usaha dan masyarakat untuk mewujudkan kebutuhan akan hunian, khususnya bagi Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk merancang dan membangun Aplikasi penentuan penerima program subsidi rumah dari pemerintah dengan menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Basic research kualitatif serta pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan menggunakan penalaran induktif. Sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan dokumentasi. Pendekatan analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan top down. Pengujian sistem yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan pengujian unit testing dengan metode black box testing. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini, bahwa metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assesment (WASPAS) sebagai pencari alternatif dari sejumlah alternatif dengan kriteria-kriteria yag telah ditentukan dapat membantu dalam menentukan penerima program subsidi rumah dari pemerintah

Abstract

The problem of data or information security is an important problem in the current era of information technology. Confidentiality of data is very important to note, especially if the data contains sensitive and highly confidential information and can only be known by the parties concerned. Image is one form of information that is widely misused by irresponsible parties so that it can harm individuals, organizations, and large companies. Cryptographic technique is a method that can be used to maintain the security of the data or information. The route cipher algorithm is one of the classical cryptographic techniques that uses transposition in encryption. The strength of this algorithm is more and more complicated keys. The test results are in the form of encrypted and decrypted images, comparison of the size of the original image data with the encrypted and decrypted images, and the encryption and decryption process time. Abstract

One of the declining levels of corn production is caused by the presence of disease. In addition, the delay in handling due to the lack of experts in the Kutacane area itself, so that it can affect the decline in plant production levels. Therefore, an application is needed to diagnose diseases in corn plants using expert system rules in decision making. In making this web-based expert system application using the KNN (K-Nearest Neighbor) algorithm, where the K-Nearest Neighbor algorithm is an approach to finding cases by calculating between new cases and old cases, which is based on the leakage of weights from a number of existing features. which can provide convenience in conducting consultations like an expert. This application serves as a tool to identify types of diseases in corn plants and how to overcome them. Users can only input the symptoms experienced by the system, then the system will provide output in the form of types of corn plant diseases and provide solutions based on similarities in previous cases. From this task, the final result can be known the results of the diagnosis of diseases in corn plants through a consultation process quickly and efficiently.
