This research was conducted with the aim of observing the influence of positive thinking and family support on the adjustment of overseas students participating in the batch 2 student exchange program. This study used a quantitative method with 140 students from all cities in Indonesia as subjects who were recorded in the Independent Campus Student Exchange Batch program. 2 which is determined by random sampling technique. Data was collected by giving three scales to the subject, namely the positive thinking scale, family support scale, and self-adjustment scale which are reliable and valid. The results of data analysis in this study used multiple regression which showed that there was a positive influence between positive thinking and family support together on self-adjustment in batch 2 exchange students.

Cheating behavior is a deviant maladaptive behavior and has a negative impact, thus reflecting an interest in learning and learning that is not effective. The problem at SMA "X" in Sidoarjo is cheating behavior that occurs in students which is difficult to stop and becomes a culture every year. This study aims to determine the effect before and after counseling services are carried out with the behavior contract technique. This research method uses a pure experiment, namely Randomized Control Trial (RCT) in a random way to determine the experimental group and the control group in one class. The sample used was class 10 with a total of 20 students, 10 students became the experimental group and 10 students became the control group, each of which was given a pre-test and post-test using a Likert scale of cheating behavior. Data analysis technique used independent sample t test and paired sample test using JASP 0.16. Student cheating behavior before being given counseling services was 94.4 then after being given counseling it decreased by 76.3 and was supported by the hypothesis Ha was accepted because t = 3.606 p = 0.002 <0.05 and H0 was rejected, indicating a significant influence on the counseling behavior contract in reducing cheating behavior on students of SMA "X" in Sidoarjo.

Cheating behavior is an act that someone does to get maximum results by ignoring applicable rules and can have a lasting impact on the order of life and this behavior is one of the causes of a person's lack of confidence in the abilities they have. So this study aims to determine the relationship between self-confidence and students' cheating behavior at SMP X. This study uses a quantitative method with the subject of students of SMP X. In this study, a sample of 217 students of SMP X was used which was obtained from the saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using a self-confidence scale and a cheating behavior scale with variable measurements using a Likert scale. Data were analyzed by testing the hypothesis using Pearson's Correlations with the help of Windows JASP 16.3. The results of the analysis obtained are r = 0.238 <0.05 and p = <0.001 so that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a significant relationship, meaning that there is a relationship between self-confidence and cheating behavior. This study also found a negative relationship and an adjusted R square value of 0.065 or 7%, which means that the effect of self-confidence and cheating behavior has a very low level of relationship.

Efikasi diri akademik merupakan suatu keyakinan yang ada pada diri seseorang terkait kemampuan yang dimilikinya dalam mengerjakan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan efikasi diri akademik ditinjau dari bimbingan belajar siswa kelas atas sekolah dasar di sidoarjo. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu komparasi kuantitatif. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah skala Efikasi diri Akademik dengan jumlah aitem sebanyak 27 aitem. Sedangkan, bimbingan belajar diperoleh dari pernyataan 185 siswa kelas atas IV, V SDN Larangan dan MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa sekolah dasar negeri Larangan dan MI Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng kelas IV, V dengan total subjek 185 siswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 27 aitem yang telah dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Analisis data menggunakan teknik two independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perbandingan tingkat efikasi diri akademik siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar dengan yang tidak mengikuti menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan (p > 0.5). Hasil uji Alpha Cronbach’s menggunakan SPSS 26,0 for windows skala efikasi diri akademik didapatkan sebesar 0,890, yang artinya skala efikasi diri akademik ini reliabel. Karena jika koefisien reliabilitas mendekati angka 1, maka skala tersebut dinyatakan reliabel. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan efikasi diri akademik siswa yang mengikuti bimbingan belajar dengan yang tidak mengikuti bimbingan belajar.

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan guna menguji hubungan antara self efficacy dengan stress akademik pada mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 762 dengan jumlah sampel 238 mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dalam pengmbilan sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala self efficacy dan stres akademik dengan menggunakan penyusunan skala psikologi yang menggunakan skala likert. Analisis data menggunakan kolerasi product moment dengan bantuan SPSS for windows. Hasil dari nilai R-Square pada penelitian ini adalah 0,102 atau 10,2% sehingga membuktikan bahwa self efficacy memiliki pengaruh terhadap stres akademik. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan hasil rxy = -319 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa variabel self-efficacy dan stress akademik pada mahasiswa Program Studi Psikologi Universitas Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo memiliki hubungan yang negatif. Hubungan negatif ini dapat diartikan jika self efficacy semaki ntinggi maka tingkat stres akademik akan semakin rendah, begitupun sebaliknya apabila self efficacy semakin rendah yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa maka tingkat stres akademik yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa akan semakin tinggi.

This research aims to 1) evaluate the relationship between self-efficacy and outsourced employee performance, 2) analyze the relationship between stress coping and outsourced employee performance, and 3) examine the joint relationship between self-efficacy and stress coping on outsourced employee performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational type of research. Data was collected through self-efficacy questionnaires (24 questions), stress coping (25 questions), and work performance (28 questions). The results of the research show that 1) there is a positive relationship between self-efficacy and outsourced employee performance, 2) there is no relationship between stress coping and outsourced employee performance, and 3) there is no significant relationship between self-efficacy and stress coping together on outsourced employee performance. Conclusions, demonstrate the complexity of factors influencing the performance of outsourced employees and provide a basis for further research. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh kontrol diri dan konformitas teman sebaya terhadap kepatuhan tata tertib siswa SMK Krian 2 Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan total sampel 306 siswa. Teknik yang dipakai untuk pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan tiga skala psikologi, yaitu skala kontrol diri, skala konformitas teman sebaya, dan skala kepatuhan tata tertib siswa. Selanjutnya data dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier beganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai sig. sebesar 0.000 yang menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri dan konformitas teman sebaya secara bersama-sama sebesar 24,5% memberikan pengaruh terhadap kepatuhan tata tertib. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kontrol diri dan konformitas teman sebaya terhadap kepatuhan tata tertib siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya fenomena santri yang tidak dapat mencapai psychological well-being secara optimal. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui hubungan antara resiliensi dan religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being santri di pondok pesantren Fadllillah Sidoarjo. Metode pendekatan penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif desain korelasi berganda dengan sampel sebanyak 291 santri menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel acak berstrata dari kelas VII sampai XII. 3 skala yang digunakan yakni : resiliensi, religiusitas dan psychological well-being. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan hipotesa penelitian diterima. Skor F=63,899 dan p=0,000 menunjukkan hubungan positif secara simultan antara resiliensi dan religiusitas terhadap psychological well-being dan memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Variabel resiliensi maupun religiusitas secara terpisah juga memiliki hubungan dengan psychological well-being. Variabel resiliensi dan religiusitas secara simultan memberikan sumbangsi sebesar 30,7%, serta kategorisasi psychological well-being pada santri didominasi skor sedang 40% dan tinggi 31%. Jadi, kesimpulannya resiliensi dan religiusitas secara simultan dapat mempengaruhi psychological well-being santri. Kata kunci: resiliensi, religiusitas dan psychological well-being, santri

This quantitative comparative study aims to examine the differences in academic self-efficacy among upper grade students in elementary schools in Sidoarjo, specifically in relation to tutoring. The research population consisted of fourth and fifth-grade students from Larangan State Elementary School and Muhammadiyah 2 Kedungbanteng Elementary School, with a total of 185 subjects. The Academic Self-Efficacy Scale, comprising 27 items, was used to measure self-perceived abilities. Data analysis involved the two independent sample t-test technique. The results indicated no significant difference (p > 0.5) in academic self-efficacy between students who received tutoring and those who did not. The Cronbach's Alpha test demonstrated high reliability (0.890) for the academic self-efficacy scale. This study highlights that tutoring did not have a significant impact on the academic self-efficacy of upper grade students. These findings provide implications for educators and parents in considering alternative strategies to enhance students' academic self-efficacy beyond traditional tutoring approaches. Highlight: No significant difference: The study reveals that there is no significant difference in academic self-efficacy between students who receive tutoring and those who do not. Reliable scale: The academic self-efficacy scale used in the study demonstrates high reliability, with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of 0.890. Implications for practice: The findings suggest that tutoring may not be the sole determinant of academic self-efficacy in upper grade students, prompting educators and parents to consider alternative strategies to enhance students' belief in their abilities. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengadaptasi dan menguji kemungkinan bahwa Pure Procrastination Scale (PPS) dapat digunakan sebagai alat ukur prokrastinasi terhadap siswa di SMA Jati Agung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa SMA Jati Agung dengan jumlah partisipan sebanyak 250 individu. Alat ukur yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah PPS (Pure Procrastination Scale) yang dirancang oleh Piers Steel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrument Skala Prokrastinasi Akademik mampu memberikan keajegan (reliable) jika digunakan untuk melakukan pengukuran. Instrumen Skala Prokrastinasi Akademik yang dikembangkan memiliki validitas kuat (≥ 0,5) dengan reliabilitas (CR 0,864 0,923 0,891).
