Students who are not satisfied with their body shape will evaluate their body image, namely the perception of what they believe and feel about their body shape. Students who accept their appearance will always keep what they have. The purpose of this study was to determine The Relationship between Gratitude and Body Image of Management Study Students At The University of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population in this study were students of the management study program at the University of Muhamadiyah Sidoarjo, amounting to 873 female students. The sample in this study was 247 female students with stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used a gratitude scale (ɑ = 0.751) and a body image scale (ɑ = 0.870). The data analysis technique used Spearman's correlation with the help of SPSS 22.0. The results of the data analysis of this study indicate that the correlation coefficient (rxy) is -0.015 with a significance of 0.811 > 0.05, which means that there is no significant relationship between gratitude and body image in management study students at the University of Muhamadiyah Sidoarjo.

This study aims to see whether there is a relationship between the intensity of Instagram use and student motivation. The data collection method in this research uses correlational quantitative methods. The variables of this research are the intensity of the use of Instagram as an independent variable and learning motivation as the dependent variable. The population of this research is all even semester students of the 2019/2020 academic year at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, totaling 10,182 students. The sample used for the study amounted to 347 subjects using random sampling technique. Data collection techniques in this study used a psychological scale of learning motivation and an intensity scale with a Likert scale model. There is a negative relationship between the intensity of using Instagram and learning motivation for students at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The correlation coefficient value is 0.361 with a significance of 0.000 < from 0.05. Then based on the test results the coefficient of determination shows 0.183 which indicates that the intensity of the use of Instagram provides an effective contribution to learning motivation and the rest is influenced by other variables.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how workers' job stress and organizational commitment are related to each other in PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia AMO Surabaya. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia (AMO Surabaya) with a total of 85 subjects. The hypothesis in this study is that there is a negative relationship between organizational commitment and job stress on cigarette employees. This research uses saturated sampling method. This research data collection tool uses 2 psychological scales, namely the organizational commitment scale and the work stress scale. This data analysis uses product moment correlation. The results of this study show the results of the correlation coefficient showing the results of rxy 0.624 with a significant difference of 0.000 0.05. This means that the research hypothesis is accepted. Employees who work in the cigarette industry experience less stress at work when organizational commitment is strong, while the opposite is true when organizational commitment is low. This demonstrates how organizational commitment reduces workplace stress by 39%. Highlights: The study examines the relationship between job stress and organizational commitment among employees of PT. Korea Tomorrow & Global Indonesia (AMO Surabaya) in the cigarette industry. The research findings support the hypothesis of a negative relationship between organizational commitment and job stress in this context. The study highlights the significance of organizational commitment in reducing workplace stress for employees, with a demonstrated reduction of 39%. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the bystander effect and prosocial behavior in students of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo, totaling 2,145 students and the sample of this study was 337 students who were taken using incidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used a psychological scale with a Likert scale model. The data analysis technique used is the product moment correlation technique assisted by SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant positive relationship between the bystander effect and prosocial behavior in students of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo. Highlights: The study examines the relationship between bystander effect and prosocial behavior in students of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences. The population consists of 2,145 students, with a sample of 337 students selected using incidental sampling technique. Data analysis using the product moment correlation technique reveals a significant positive relationship between the bystander effect and prosocial behavior in the studied student population. A mother who has a child with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder) has a heavier responsibility in terms of parenting and will go through a certain process. Handle these conditions, conditions are needed to be able to accept the conditions is resilience. This study aims to determine the description of resilience and the factors that influence resilience in working mothers who have children with ASD. Using qualitative method with a phenomenological type, determining the subject using a purposive sampling technique using 3 subjects working mothers who have children with ASD. Data collection methods in the form of interviews and observations. The results of the third study show that there is a picture of resilience in the three subjects who are able to accept their child's condition and rise from their previous condition to be better. That not all subjects have the seven aspects of resilience, each subject has a different dominance. Highlights: Resilience in parenting: The study explores the resilience of working mothers raising children with ASD, emphasizing their ability to accept their child's condition and adapt to the challenges they face. Influential factors: The research aims to identify the factors that influence the resilience of these mothers, considering individual differences and unique experiences that shape their responses to the situation. Diverse resilience aspects: The findings reveal that while all subjects displayed resilience, the aspects of resilience varied among them, highlighting that resilience is a multidimensional construct with different dominant factors for each individual. This research is motivated by a decrease in achievement motivation in Al-Islam Krian High School students. The purpose of this study is to find out and provide an explanation of the relationship between parental social support and achievement motivation in Al-Islam Krian High School students. This research method is quantitative correlation with the subjects of SMA Al-Islam Krian, totaling 269 students. Determination of subjects using proportional sampling technique, namely the determination of samples to take representatives from each group in the population whose number is adjusted to the number of subject members in each group. The variables in this study were parental social support and achievement motivation. The data collection in this study used a psychological preparation scale, namely the Likert scale for the variables of parental social support and achievement motivation. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The results of data analysis showed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and achievement motivation with an rxy value of 0.517, a significance of 0.000. Highlights: Parental social support positively influences achievement motivation in Al-Islam Krian High School students. The research method employed is quantitative correlation, using a proportional sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 for Windows, revealing a significant positive relationship (rxy = 0.517, p = 0.000) between parental social support and achievement motivation. The Student Achievement Motivation is an encouragement of student to obtain the learning achievement. The low of this motivation can affect the low of learning achievement. In consequence, it required an effort to improve this achievement motivation. The Group Counseling represent counseling that utilizing group to teach the client about how to think, plan, and behave effectively which is hypothesized could improve the student achievement motivation. This research aims to know the effectiveness of group counseling with choice thery to improve the student achievement motivation. This research is conducted by experimental design to 18 students with low learning achievement. The subjects were divided into two groups, that is, control and experimental group. In control group, researcher doesn't give the treatment. In experimental group, the researcher give the treatment in the form of group counseling with choice theory. Data analyzed for the result of student achievement tha conducted in pretest and posttest with covarian analysis. The result shows that there is different between control and experimental group with F(2,15) = 5,545; p = 0,033; p < 0,05; n2 = 0,27, so hypothesis that there is different between the student achievement motivation with low learning achievement based on participation in group counseling with choice theory is accepted. Thereby, the group counseling with choice theory treatment is proven to improve the student achievement with low learning motivation in experimental group. This treatment contribution to improve the student achievement motivation with low learning achievement is about 27%. So that this treatment could be conducted to solve the low learning achievement student.

This study aims to provide an overview of social support her husband with postpartum depression in mothers postpartum first child and the impact of social support provided to the mother's husband. Social support is in the form of emotional support, the support award, instrumental support and informative support. The method used in this research is using qualitative exploratory study the two subjects who had a husband and wife with postpartum depression after giving birth first child with wife aged 21-28 years. Determination of the subjects in this study using purposive sampling technique and is located in several places according to the agreement of the subject and significant others. Data collection methods used were observation method using anecdotel record with the observation that social support indicators husband and interview methods are equipped with general guidance interview. The results showed that each subject provide social support her husband with different forms of support for marriage influenced by the subject. The effect of the second wife of the study subjects also differ on the subject of the first wife can get through 25 days postpartum depression after giving birth, while the second subject can get through 40 days postpartum depression after giving birth. Factors support from significant others and coping also affect maternal postpartum depression can get through the second wife of the research subjects.

The role of guidance and counseling teachers is very strategic in school programs. Guidance and counseling activities have many important functions for the development of students in schools which ultimately lead to an increase in academic achievement and a decrease in student behavior problems. The goal of IbM BK teachers for high school and equivalent in Sidoarjo District is to improve the quality of BK teacher services. The first specific target is to increase the capacity of BK teachers in conducting individual group counseling using choice theory. The second is the provision of student development books so that BK teachers have a source of information to communicate student problems with parents, principals, subject teachers, and other parties such as psychologists or psychiatrists for sustainable treatment. The third is an increase in the network of cooperation between schools and the Sidoarjo Health Office regarding referral services in severe cases that are difficult for BK teachers to handle alone. The results obtained are 1) BK teachers have started using individual and group counseling in handling students on the basis of choice theory; 2) They have also begun to be able to use the principle of choice theory in interacting with other students and teachers so that students seem less tense when dealing with BK teachers; 3) By applying the principles of choice theory, BK teachers feel that the counseling carried out can be more directed, structured, and the impact of change is more visible on the students they treat; 4) BK teachers can conduct classroom action research (CAR) using the instruments provided in the student development book; 5) With the SOP for Transfer of Hands, teachers can have an idea of the flow and parties who need to be invited to work together if they get students with severe psychological problems that are difficult to handle on their own, although currently they have not yet received such cases.

The problem in this study is low self-confidence among members of the theater community in East java with various categories such as nervousness, doubt, anxiety, lack of feeling in the process, lack of mastery of the stage when acting out a script, lack of knowledge about stage blocking, less able to build chemistry with the opponent playing the script. This study aims to find out the result of the relationship between self-actualization and self-confidence in theater communities in East Java. Confidence can lead to the belief that within a person has the ability. The research method uses correlational. Colleting data using a questionnaire with a population of 1700 members and respondents used as many as 289 members. Sampling used accidental sampling, wich was quted by Sugiyono (2019). The reliability test uses the Alpha Cronbach method with a standard > 0.9. the analysis technique uses simple linier regression with the help of JASP 0.16. the result of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship to self-actualization with self-confidence getting a score of 73 %.
