Individuals who start in universities will change their status from school students to college students in themselves. The demands and obstacles of college students during their studies must be resolved, if they are not resolved, they can trigger the emergence of stressors which are affect the appearance of psychological disorders such as symptoms of academic stress. One of the factor that influence academic stress is social support. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship between social support and academic stress in college students of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University. This research was a correlational quantitative research with simple random sampling as techniques for sample selection. Populations of this research was 2145 college students Psychology and Education faculty of Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University with 301 respondents as sample. The data collection technique used a psychological scale with a Likert scale model consisting of a social support scale and an academic stress scale arranged based on scale aspects. The data analysis technique used was a product-moment correlation technique assisted by spss 21.0 for windows. The results of the data analysis obtained rxy=-0,264** with a sig value 0,000, then the hypothesis proposed by the researcher was accepted. It means there is a negative relationship between social support and academic stress on Muhammadiyah Sidoarjo University college students. Keywords: Social Suport; Acedemic Stress; College Students

Often, a teacher experiences work stress caused by the presence of demands and heavy workloads, but environmental conditions are less supportive. This research was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of stress management using relaxation techniques in reducing the work stress experienced by teachers. In addition, this psychoeducational program gives teachers new skills, such as stress management techniques. This stress management can be done independently or in groups in everyday life. Previous research has always combined this relaxation therapy with other techniques. However, this time, the researchers wanted to know if relaxation therapy was effective if it was not combined with other techniques. The method used in this study is quantitative with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research also uses interviews and observations as a networking technique for early informant data. The sample in this study was a permanent teacher at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Pandaan of 35 people. Data analysis using the paired sampled t-test The results of the data analysis showed that p = 0.010 0.05, meaning there was a decrease in work stress before and after psychoeducation. These results show that stress management psychoeducation using relaxation techniques is considered effective in reducing work stress in teachers.

This study aims to determine the types of student motivation at the Aisyiyah Sidoarjo Orphanage, the factors that influence student learning motivation at the Aisyiyah Sidoarjo Orphanage, and the efforts made to increase student motivation. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 2 teachers, 3 students, and 1 caregiver at the Aisyiyah Sidoarjo Orphanage. The research results show that there is intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, the factors that influence student learning motivation are interest and lack of support facilities. Efforts are given to increase student motivation is to provide objective value, fulfillment of infrastructure facilities, and intensive assistance to students.

The study aims to determine whether counseling based on Al-Fatihah psychology can reduce student academic stress due to the covid-19 pandemic. This experimental pre-post design study comprises the experimental and control groups. The participants are 23 people selected using the purposive sampling method. The experimental group consisted of 11 people and was given treatment in counseling based on Al-Fatihah psychology for 4 weeks in 5 sessions. The academic stress scale was given to both groups as a pre-test before the treatment started in the experimental group. In contrast, the academic stress scale was given as a post-test after the last session. The data analysis's result using the Mann-Whitney U test on the gain score between the experimental and control groups showed a significant difference with p (0.022) <0.05. This indicates that counseling based on Al-Fatihah psychology effectively reduced students' academic stress levels during the pandemic.

This research was motivated by the phenomenon of the spread of the Covid-19 virus which resulted in all schools in Indonesia being closed during the pandemic and an online learning program was implemented. Online learning carried out at home makes most students feel bored and the demands obtained from schools such as assignments cause students to experience stress so that it will affect student learning outcomes. This study aims to determine the relationship between mental health and student achievement at SMPN 36 Surabaya during online learning during the pandemic. This research is a type of quantitative research with a correlational approach. The variables contained in this study were mental health as the independent variable and academic achievement as the dependent variable. This research was conducted at SMPN 36 Surabaya with a population of 594 students and the sample in this study was 225 students who were taken using the Stratified Random Sampling Technique. The data collection technique uses a mental health scale (reliability = 0.752) and for academic achievement by taking data that is already available, namely the UAS raport card score for even semesters. The analysis technique used Pearson's product-moment correlation with the help of the SPSS 16 program. The results of the data analysis of this study showed that the correlation coefficient (rxy) was 0.374 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a positive relationship between mental health and academic achievement in students. SMPN 36 Surabaya during online learning during the pandemic. The effect of mental health on student academic achievement in this study was 14%.

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and achievement motivation and how much influence self-efficacy on achievement motivation on eighth semester student students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Faculty of Engineering and Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Sciences at Muhammadiyah University Sidoarjo. This research was conducted with a quantitative correlational research method, using simple random sampling with a sample of 227 students. The measuring instrument uses two scales, self-efficacy scale and achievement motivation scale with Pearson product moment correlation technique with the help of IBM Statistics 20 Version for Windows. The results of the analysis show that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and achievement motivation. The implications of this study is to develop student achievement and provide interventions to improve the quality of education. Maximum improvement of education qualification can improve self-efficacy and achievement motivation in working students

The purpose of this study was to determine the stress coping of wives undergoing long-distance marriages. The research method uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. Subjects in this study were two wives whose husbands left to work for more than 8 months and had small children. Retrieval of data in this study using the interview method and field notes to each respondent. The results showed that there was coping stress in sailing wives who had long-distance marriages, namely the physical, psychological and social aspects which were stress factors for the wife. The subject's effort to cope with stress is a form of stress coping. The forms of stress coping used by the two subjects were problem focused coping and emotional focused coping in which the subject did problem solving and get closer to God.

This study explores the influence of religiosity and mindfulness on the occupational well-being of early childhood education teachers in Indonesia, with a focus on the mediating role of mindfulness. While previous research has examined religiosity and mindfulness in isolation, few have investigated their combined effect on occupational well-being, particularly within non-Western early childhood education contexts. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 118 kindergarten teachers at Aisyiyah institutions in Sidoarjo. Three adapted instruments were employed: a religiosity scale based on Glock and Stark's model, the Toronto Mindfulness Scale, and the Tripartite Occupational Well-being Scale. Results of Pearson correlation analysis showed significant positive relationships among religiosity, mindfulness, and occupational well-being. Structural equation modeling confirmed that mindfulness partially mediated the relationship between religiosity and occupational well-being. These findings suggest that both religiosity and mindfulness contribute meaningfully to teacher well-being and can serve as protective psychological resources in demanding professional environments. The study highlights the importance of culturally rooted psychological factors and supports efforts to promote teacher well-being in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 3. Future research is encouraged to examine other relevant variables, such as self-efficacy and emotional intelligence, to broaden understanding of what shapes occupational well-being in early childhood educators.

Studi fenomenologi kualitatif ini menyelidiki stres yang dialami oleh para pemain yang berpartisipasi dalam acara kontrak kontingensi Arknights. Dua pemain dipilih untuk wawancara mendalam dan observasi untuk mengeksplorasi reaksi kognitif, fisiologis, emosional, dan perilaku mereka terhadap tantangan yang dipilih sendiri dalam permainan. Temuan ini mengungkapkan manifestasi stres yang signifikan pada kedua subjek, yang mengindikasikan adanya interaksi yang kompleks antara tuntutan lingkungan dan pilihan permainan pribadi. Penelitian ini berkontribusi untuk memahami bagaimana game online, terutama acara yang menantang seperti kontrak kontingensi, dapat menyebabkan stres pada pemain, menyoroti implikasi untuk desain game dan kesejahteraan pemain di lingkungan digital.

Penelitian kuantitatif korelasional ini menyelidiki hubungan antara dukungan sosial dan stres akademik di kalangan siswa sekolah berasrama. Penelitian ini melibatkan 229 partisipan dari sebuah madrasah aliyah berasrama, dengan menggunakan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Dukungan sosial diukur sebagai variabel independen, dan stres akademik sebagai variabel dependen, yang dinilai melalui tanggapan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS menunjukkan korelasi negatif yang signifikan (r = -0.682, p <0.05) antara dukungan sosial dan stres akademik, yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat dukungan sosial yang lebih tinggi berhubungan dengan stres akademik yang lebih rendah di kalangan siswa. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya sistem dukungan sosial dalam mengurangi stres akademik di lingkungan sekolah berasrama, yang menekankan peran potensial dari intervensi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan dukungan sosial untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kinerja akademik siswa.
