Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Planning, Implementation and Evaluation variables on the quality of learning at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. To find out what variables have the most significant influence on the quality of learning quality at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This research uses qualitative and quantitative research methods. The results of the research show that the three independent variables, namely learning design, learning implementation and learning evaluation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar. Factors (variables) in the implementation of learning are those that dominantly influence the quality of learning at the Batu Tambung State Elementary School in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province

Abstract

This study was made to determine whether the influence of the work environment and career path on employee loyalty KFC Pettarani Makassar. This study has 3 variables, namely, work environment (X1), career path (X2), employee loyalty (Y). The study used data collection techniques through questionnaires from all respondents, namely 38 people, because respondents were less than 100 then the entire population was a sample. The data analysis conducted in this study is multiple linear analysis to see whether the work environment and career path have a partial or simultaneous effect on employee loyalty at KFC Pettarani Makassar. From the results of multiple linear analysis, it can be explained by the equation Y = 1.114 + 0.342X1 + 0.449X2 with a constant value of 1.114, meaning that if the work environment (X1) and career path (X2) are zero, then the work environment and career path are 1114. The regression coefficient of the work environment and career path of 0.342 and 0.449 means that the work environment and career paths have increased, so employee loyalty has also increased. And the value of Fcount > Ftable which is 31,814 > 1,739 also a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that the work environment and career path simultaneously (together) have an influence on employee loyalty.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the significance of the influence of human resource quality on customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. And to find out the variables that most influence customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This research uses quantitative research methods. The independent variables are the variables of expertise, skills, experience and discipline which together have a significant influence on the company's customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. Of all the influencing factors (variables), it turns out that the skill variable is the most influential on the company's customer service at PT. Katingan Timber Celebes (KTC) in Makassar, South Sulawesi Province. This can be seen where the regression coefficient value is 0.375 which is greater than the regression coefficient value of the other independent variables.

Abstract

Pencemaran laut merupakan ancaman besar yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif terhadap kegiatan sosial, ekonomi dan budaya manusia. Pencemaran laut disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia yang tidak memperhatikan kesehatan lingkungannya. Pencemaran laut tersebut dapat dicegah dan diminimalisir dengan cara konservasi. Pembentukan karakter anak berbasis konservasi adalah hal yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan konservasi. Karakter anak dapat dibentuk melalui pendidikan di lingkungan keluarga, rumah dan lingkungan masyarakat. Lingkungan yang paling pertama dan utama dalam membentuk pondasi karakter anak yaitu keluarga. Keluarga memberikan andil yang sangat besar terhadap kekuatan pondasi watak konservasi anak. Dengan begitu perlu kajian terkait manajemen pendidikan karakter anak pada masyarakat pesisir yang juga sebagai pemanfaat langsung sumber daya laut. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan karakter anak berbasis konservasi pada masyarakat pesisir dan mengetahui keefektivan pendidikan karakter anak berbasis konservasi di lingkungan masyarakat pesisir. Mengetahui manajemen dan keefektifan manajemen pendidikan karakter anak di lingkungan keluarga. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis data SPSS 25. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu pendidikan karakter anak sangat mempengaruhi sikap konservasi anak di Pulau Barrang Lompo. Semakin baik manajemen pendidikan karakter konservasi yang dilakukan oleh keluarga, maka semakin kuat pula sikap konservasi yang dimiliki anak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Discipline, Competence and Motivation on Employee Performance in Three District Offices in Maros Regency. The population in this study were employees at three district offices in Maros who were random, where the sample was 51 employees. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously all independent variables consisting of discipline, competence, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in three sub-district offices in Pangkep Regency. Partially the independent variables of discipline and motivation have a positive and significant effect, while the independent variable of competence has no positive and significant effect.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to analyze the feasibility of PT. Tri Daya Jaya Makassar company engaged in heavy equipment rentalsto add investment in the form of adding vehicles.The analytical methods usedNet Present value, Internal Rate Of Return, Profitability Index, and Payback Period.The result of Investment Feasibility with the Net Present Value (NPV) shows that the total Cash Flow PV is Rp. 44,790,364,139 while the total investment proposed by the company is Rp. 35,534,195,000and the result of Net Present ValueisRp. 9.256.169.139. Whereascalculation of Internal Rate Of Return (IRR), it appears that the IRR value is 21.27%. So the DF value is 12%. Then the value of Probability Index (PI) 1.26 indicating PI> 1. It can be concluded that investment is feasible

Abstract

This study aims to determine work flexibility and employee commitment to employee turnover of PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The research method used is a statistical analysis method using SPSS 21 (Statistical Program For Social Science). The data used is in the form of quantitative data, the data obtained is in the form of a questionnaire method, namely by distributing questions (questionnaires) that have been compiled and refer to the variables studied in PT. Tri Jaya Tunggal Makassar. The results showed that the independent variables, namely work flexibility (X1) and employee commitment (X2) had no influence on the dependent variable, namely employee turnover. From the results of the work flexibility reliability test (X1) with a value of 0.621 > 0.60 and for the employee commitment variable (X2) with a value of 0.788 > 0.60 while for the employee turnover variable (Y) 0.891 > 0.60, the three variables are reliable or consistent if measured repeatedly.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of product differentiation on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Branch, Makassar City. The research method used is quantitative research methods. 1. Results of simple linear regression analysis in the form of the equation Y = 14.612 + 0.672 sales services will increase. The correlation coefficient r = 0.747 or r = 74.7% shows a positive relationship between variable X (Product Differentiation) and Variable Y (Consumer Satisfaction). The results of hypothesis testing with a significance level of 5% (0.05), obtained tcount = 30.55 > ttable = 2.048. This illustrates that the hypothesis put forward regarding product differentiation has an effect on consumer satisfaction at the Alfamart Mini Market, Rappocini Makassar Branch, is accepted.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence either together or partially between CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) to corporate image in PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alaudin, Makassar area, that being measured from CSR variables which is Profit, People, and Planet. Expectedly the information obtained from this research can be used by companies to increase CSR activities and quality of CSR programs so that more can enhance the company image in the future. This study uses quantitative methods with explanatory research type with primary and secondary data. Population in this study is the customer PT. Hadji Kalla Cabang Sultan Alauddin, in Makassar and from the population the researcher take 100 adult people as research sample. As for the data analysis technique the researcher uses linear multiple regression and partial with SPSS 17 software. The result of this study found that variables within CSR concept which is Profit (Xi), People (X2), Planet (X3) simultaneously have a significant influence to the corporate image (Y). People (X2) became the most dominant variables that influence the corporate image with regression coefficient values 0,342.

Abstract

Research Objectives To determine the influence of discipline, motivation and compensation variables on employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. To find out what variables are most dominant in employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. The research method used is a quantitative research method. Simultaneously shows that discipline, motivation and compensation factors have a significant effect on employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. Partially, discipline, motivation and compensation factors significantly influence employee work performance at PT. Wesitan Development Consultation in Makassar. Partially, compensation factors have a dominant influence on employee work performance, followed by discipline and motivation factors in community service.
