Abstract

Enhancing the capacity to monitor swift environmental shifts at finer scales requires satellite image that offers high spatial and temporal resolution. However, no individual satellite can offer images meeting both criteria simultaneously. To tackle this challenge, spatial temporal fusion algorithms have been developed to derive fine-scale and time-series images. Conversely, effective monitoring of water levels is crucial for preventing natural disaster, such as flood and tsunami mitigation. Yet, monitoring these natural changes regularly poses challenges for remote sensing satellites, given their limitations in either spatial or temporal resolution. For instance, the spatial resolution of 30 meters of Landsat 8 provides imagery with a but lacks the temporal resolution needed to capture dynamic events. On the contrary, the Himawari 8 has the capability to monitor the entire hemisphere every 10 minutes. However, its inadequate resolution affects the precision of sea water change mapping.  This research seeks to utilize Landsat OLI and Himawari-8 images jointly for tracking sea level variation patterns. Our approach involves calculating a water index from both Landsat and Himawari images, then using an image fusion algorithm to merge these indices. Next, we identify water coverage by applying a specific threshold on the water index. The comparison of water percentages with reference water height observations has delivered encouraging outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merancang sistem absensi berbasis Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) untuk menggantikan metode manual di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Aceh Barat Daya. Sistem ini mencatat kehadiran secara otomatis, menyimpan data real-time, dan menghasilkan laporan dalam format Excel. Dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall, sistem diuji dengan black-box testing, menunjukkan seluruh fitur berfungsi optimal. Pengguna memberikan respons positif dengan rata-rata kepuasan 94,1%. Sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi absensi dan dapat diadaptasi oleh instansi lain.

Abstract

High spatial and temporal resolution satellite imagery is essential for monitoring rapid environmental changes at finer scales. However, no single satellite currently provides images with both high spatial and temporal resolution. To overcome this limitation, spatiotemporal image fusion algorithms have been developed to generate images with improved spatial and temporal detail. Water level monitoring is also crucial for managing natural hazards like floods and tsunamis, but remote sensing satellites face challenges in continuous monitoring due to either low spatial or temporal resolution. For instance, while Landsat 8, with a spatial resolution of 30 meters, has been used for water level detection, it cannot capture fast-changing events because of its low temporal resolution. Conversely, the Advanced Himawari Imager (AHI) 8 offers observations every 10 minutes but has a coarse spatial resolution, limiting its ability to map sea level changes accurately. This study focuses on integrating Landsat and AHI imagery to monitor local and dynamic sea level changes. The process involves calibrating images from the study area to surface reflectance and co-registering them. The Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) is calculated from both Landsat and Himawari-8 images, serving as input for image fusion. In the previous study, the Spatial and Temporal Adaptive Reflectance Fusion Model (STARFM) is used for image fusion. In this study we use the application of Spatial Temporal Adaptive Algorithm for Mapping Reflectance Change (STAARCH) for the image fusion step. Since traditional methods are influenced by land cover changes, this study proposes a method called DEM-based Nearest Neighbor to select appropriate land cover maps for image fusion. Evaluation results demonstrate that this approach can produce accurate water coverage maps with both high spatial and temporal resolution.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat pengaruh Digital Marketing, Local Brand, dan Price Discount Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di The Executive Manado Town Square. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah member/pelanggan di the Executive Manado Town Square yang membeli baju. Besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu adalah 85 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen penelitian (uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji normalitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t, uji F dan koefisien determinasi). Dengan uji ini dapat dilihat bagaimana variabel-variabel independen berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Digital Marketing berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Local Brand berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Price Discount berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Digital Marketing, Local Brand, dan Price Discount berpengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian di The Executive Manado Town Square. Abstract

This paper discusses the design of hotspot networks with prepaid systems and to optimize the use of hotspot networks in Warnet Redz Gaming.Manajemen is done by limiting and dividing the network equally according to the price of the voucher purchased. With this paper can help the internet café in optimizing the use of its network. One method that can be used as described is the Queue Tree method. The Queue Tree method functions is to implement more complex functions within the bandwidth limit of the proxy where the use of packet mark has a better function. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat, khususnya dalam bidang kecerdasan buatan (AI), memberikan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di dunia pendidikan. AI memiliki potensi untuk mengubah proses belajar-mengajar dengan memberikan solusi inovatif, seperti personalisasi pembelajaran, analisis data akademik, dan pengembangan metode pengajaran yang lebih efektif. Namun, penerapan teknologi ini di institusi pendidikan, termasuk SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Putih, menghadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap AI, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan minimnya strategi pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengembangkan strategi implementasi teknologi AI dalam pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Putih. Diharapkan bahwa melalui pendekatan yang tepat, pemanfaatan AI dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran serta membantu siswa dalam memahami materi secara lebih mendalam dan mandiri. Program ini juga berfokus pada penelitian dan pengembangan strategi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui penggunaan teknologi AI di SMA Negeri 1 Tanah Putih, menjadikannya lebih relevan dengan tuntutan perkembangan teknologi dalam pendidikan.kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menghasilkan rekomendasi pentingnya pelatihan lanjutan yang berkelanjutan tentang AI untuk membekali peserta dengan keterampilan terkini dalam pengembangan dan penerapan teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

AbstractGoldfish (Cyprinus carpio) is a quite developed freshwater fish for consumption in Indonesia, and hence, demand for goldfish products is high enough. The significant increase in production is caused by the breeding activities. Bacteria attack is one of the factors affecting the amount of production from fish sales, which results in the amount of fish production decreasing drastically due to disruption of growth or mass deaths. Therefore, the aim of this research is to identify what type of bacteria infecting goldfish (Cyprinus carpio) in the Lambaro traditional market, Aceh Besar through biochemical tests. Carried out from December 18th 2023 to January 9th 2024, the samples were taken from 3 sellers, with 5 individuals per seller. Bacterial identification was executed at the Fish Quarantine Station Laboratory, Quality Control and Safety of Aceh Besar Fishery Products. The results of biochemical tests found 4 genera of bacteria that infect goldfish, namely Aeromonas sp., Escherichia coli., Salmonella sp, and Shigella sp. The most common type of bacteria found was Aeromonas sp, which was found in 41 goldfish samples. Key words: Goldfish, identification, biochemical test

Abstract

Background: During pregnancy, various physiological and psychological changes occur. These changes occur due to changes in estrogen and progesterone hormone levels during pregnancy. One of the physiological changes is lower abdominal pain. Lower abdominal pain generally occurs when approaching the time of delivery. This is usually a signal that most of the lower part of the fetus is already completely in the pelvic cavity. The benefits of meditation can also be a psychological therapy without using chemical drugs that can interfere with pregnancy. The use of drugs in pregnant women requires special vigilance, some drugs can pose a risk to maternal health, and can have a direct effect on the fetus. Objective: to determine the effects of meditation and positive affirmations on Mrs. Y in overcoming pain in West Aceh Regency. Method: This care design is in the form of a case study with a qualitative approach. The subject of this case study is Mrs. Y, 30 years old G4P2A1, at 37 weeks of pregnancy with lower abdominal pain in West Aceh Regency. The study was conducted on February 8-15, 2025. Results: the results of the application of meditation and positive affirmations on Mrs. Y can reduce lower abdominal pain. Conclusion: the application of meditation and positive affirmation methods can reduce pain in pregnancy.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has also affected the world of education, both in terms of facilities, infrastructure, and learning methods. Schools and universities now utilize technology to support the teaching and learning process, making it more efficient, interesting, and accessible. Technology acts as a means, media, and learning resources that help facilitate learning between educators and students. One form of technology application in education is the use of videos and E-Learning-based learning portals. At Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi, the E-Learning system continues to be developed in terms of features, security, and interface to support effective distance learning between students and lecturers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang jaringan Point to Multipoint (PTMP) dengan menggunakan metode PPDIOO (Prepare, Plan, Design, Implement, Operate, Optimize) di Laboratorium Jaringan Universitas Teuku Umar. Jaringan PTMP dipilih karena kemampuannya untuk menghubungkan banyak perangkat dari satu titik pusat, yang dinilai efektif untuk kebutuhan koneksi dalam lingkungan akademik. Pada penelitian ini, perangkat yang digunakan meliputi Router Mikrotik dan Access Point, serta software pendukung seperti Winbox, Cisco Packet Tracer, dan Wireshark untuk mengonfigurasi dan mengukur kualitas jaringan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengalokasikan bandwidth sebesar 9 Mbps ke tiga access point yang masing-masing mendapatkan 3 Mbps, guna memastikan performa dan stabilitas jaringan yang optimal. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan jaringan dapat diukur dengan parameter Quality of Service (QoS) seperti throughput, delay, jitter, dan packet loss. Berdasarkan analisis, konfigurasi jaringan berhasil memenuhi standar kualitas yang diharapkan, dengan penyesuaian dilakukan pada tahap optimasi untuk mencapai hasil maksimal. Metode PPDIOO terbukti efektif dalam membangun dan mengelola jaringan PTMP, terutama dalam mengatasi masalah terkait kestabilan koneksi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam pengembangan jaringan serupa di lingkungan institusi pendidikan dan mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan jaringan di berbagai sektor.
