Abstract

Cabai merah (Capsicum annuum L) adalah bumbu pokok yangada di hampir setiap masakan Indonesia dan memiliki nilai jualtinggi dibandingkan tanaman lain. Namun, banyak faktorserangan yang terjadi baik biotik maupun abiotik, sehinggadapat menyebabkan gagalnya panen. identifikasi yang cepatdapat mengurangi risiko kegagalan panen ini. Salah satusolusinya adalah menggunakan teknologi computer visionuntuk mengklasifikasikan citra penyakit tanaman cabai merah.Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan metode Convolutional NeuralJaringan (CNN) dan K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) untukmembuat model klasifikasi yang dapat memprediksi penyakitpada tanaman cabai merah. Arsitektur VGG16 digunakandalam model CNN dan KNN untuk dapat membantu dalamekstraksi fitur dan pengenalan pola pada citra. Hasilnya, modelCNN memberikan akurasi sebesar 85.46% (dibulatkanmenjadi 86%), sementara model KNN menghasilkan akurasisebesar 81%. Model evaluasi dilakukan dengan menggunakanmetode kerumitan matriks. Metode kekacauan matriks ini akanmenghitung nilai akurasi, presisi, recall dan F1-score darimodel masing-masing. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telahdilakukan, diperoleh nilai akurasi tertinggi berada pada modelCNN.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh Dosen Program Studi Sistem Informasi dan Program Studi Teknologi Informasi Institut Teknologi Rokan Hilir ini bertujuan untuk untuk menciptakan lingkungan digital yang lebih sehat dan bertanggung jawab khususnya di kalangan siswa SMK. Seperti yang kita ketahui penggunaan media sosial memiliki dampak positif dan dampak negatif yang perlu diwaspadai. Pengaruh luas media sosial ini khusunya dalam kehidupan siswa telah mendorong para pendidik, administrator, dan peneliti untuk mengeksplorasi strategi manajemen digital melalui sistem informasi yang efektif. Dengan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, sekolah dapat mengawasi aktivitas digital siswa, memberikan edukasi tentang etika bermedia sosial, serta membangun lingkungan digital yang positif. Kegiatan ini dikemas dalam bentuk sosialisasi dengan metode ceramah interaktif dengan materi etika bermedia sosial, dampak jejak digital, serta strategi penggunaan media sosial secara bijak bagi siswa SMK. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan sosialisasi dan sesi tanya jawab dengan peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung, PkM ini menghasilkan beberapa capaian yaitu Peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman Siswa tentang pentingnya etika bermedia sosial, dampak dari jejak digital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, cara menghindari penyebaran informasi palsu, serta cara menggunakan teknologi dan sistem informasi untuk mengelola aktivitas digital secara bijak dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

As daily activities become more hectic, the need for efficient laundry services is increasing. Currently, Starla Laundry relies on a manual system for operations, leading to challenges such as storing customer data in logbooks, creating complex reports, and slow transaction processes due to manual calculations. These issues make it difficult for the owner and admin to manage the business effectively amidst growing competition. To address this, a new application is proposed using PHP programming, a MySQL database, and Microsoft Visual Studio Code for data processing. The application aims to improve operational efficiency, simplify data management, and support business growth. It is expected to enhance customer satisfaction and open opportunities to optimize the business in the digital era. This study focuses on designing a laundry service information system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which includes planning, analysis, design, and implementation. The system was tested using Black Box Testing to ensure the software meets its requirements. The results confirm that all application functions work as intended, making it ready to streamline Starla Laundry’s operations efficiently and professionally.

Abstract

Pembelajaran Sarana Prasarana merupakan salah satu pembelajaran yang wajib ditempuh dalam jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) sebagai bekal untuk berkerja nanti, sehingga perlu adanya inovasi dan kreativitas guru dalam proses pembelajaran agar materi yang diajarkan dapat tersampaian dengan baik terhadap siswa. Dalam hal ini penggunaan media pembelajaran dapat membantu guru dan siswa dalam memahami materi pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, peneliti mengembangkan media pembelajaran aplikasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan desain pengembangan media pembelajaran aplikasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar Sarana dan Prasarana materi mesin-mesin kantor, untuk mengetahui kelayakan, kepraktisan dan efektivitas pengembangan media pembelajaran aplikasi dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar pada pelajaran Sarana dan Prasarana materi mesin-mesin kantor. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian R&D dengan model 4D. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 126 siswa kelas XI MPLB SMKN 8 Jakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan angket. Data yang telah dikumpulkan akan dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis validitas. Hasil dari penelitian ini: Desain dari media yang dikembangkan mengacu pada kebutuhan peserta didik, karakteristik peserta didik, karakteristik materi dan telah mendapatkan validasi dari ahli media,ahli materi, dan ahli bahasa dengan kategori sangat layak

Abstract

Enhancing the capacity to monitor swift environmental shifts at finer scales requires satellite image that offers high spatial and temporal resolution. However, no individual satellite can offer images meeting both criteria simultaneously. To tackle this challenge, spatial temporal fusion algorithms have been developed to derive fine-scale and time-series images. Conversely, effective monitoring of water levels is crucial for preventing natural disaster, such as flood and tsunami mitigation. Yet, monitoring these natural changes regularly poses challenges for remote sensing satellites, given their limitations in either spatial or temporal resolution. For instance, the spatial resolution of 30 meters of Landsat 8 provides imagery with a but lacks the temporal resolution needed to capture dynamic events. On the contrary, the Himawari 8 has the capability to monitor the entire hemisphere every 10 minutes. However, its inadequate resolution affects the precision of sea water change mapping.  This research seeks to utilize Landsat OLI and Himawari-8 images jointly for tracking sea level variation patterns. Our approach involves calculating a water index from both Landsat and Himawari images, then using an image fusion algorithm to merge these indices. Next, we identify water coverage by applying a specific threshold on the water index. The comparison of water percentages with reference water height observations has delivered encouraging outcomes.

Abstract

High spatial and temporal resolution satellite imagery is essential for monitoring rapid environmental changes at finer scales. However, no single satellite currently provides images with both high spatial and temporal resolution. To overcome this limitation, spatiotemporal image fusion algorithms have been developed to generate images with improved spatial and temporal detail. Water level monitoring is also crucial for managing natural hazards like floods and tsunamis, but remote sensing satellites face challenges in continuous monitoring due to either low spatial or temporal resolution. For instance, while Landsat 8, with a spatial resolution of 30 meters, has been used for water level detection, it cannot capture fast-changing events because of its low temporal resolution. Conversely, the Advanced Himawari Imager (AHI) 8 offers observations every 10 minutes but has a coarse spatial resolution, limiting its ability to map sea level changes accurately. This study focuses on integrating Landsat and AHI imagery to monitor local and dynamic sea level changes. The process involves calibrating images from the study area to surface reflectance and co-registering them. The Normalized Difference Water Index (NDWI) is calculated from both Landsat and Himawari-8 images, serving as input for image fusion. In the previous study, the Spatial and Temporal Adaptive Reflectance Fusion Model (STARFM) is used for image fusion. In this study we use the application of Spatial Temporal Adaptive Algorithm for Mapping Reflectance Change (STAARCH) for the image fusion step. Since traditional methods are influenced by land cover changes, this study proposes a method called DEM-based Nearest Neighbor to select appropriate land cover maps for image fusion. Evaluation results demonstrate that this approach can produce accurate water coverage maps with both high spatial and temporal resolution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the development process of a project module for Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) that integrates Aceh's local wisdom. The development focuses on three main aspects: 1) the tradition of storytelling; 2) a curated collection of engaging stories; and 3) the preservation and use of oral traditions. This research adopts a research and development approach, employing the 4-D model, which consists of four stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The study involved students and teachers from Sekolah Penggerak at phase B. In terms of data collection, the primary data consists of validation results of the project module by experts, while the secondary data was obtained from the trial phase. The data were analyzed using instruments measuring validity, practicality, and effectiveness to ensure the module met educational standards and addressed the intended competencies. Findings indicate that the developed module demonstrates a high level of practicality, enabling teachers to apply it easily in classroom and project-based learning contexts. Furthermore, the module proved effective in guiding teachers to facilitate activities that embody the values of Pancasila while promoting cultural appreciation among students.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the optimal concentration of Moringa oleifera leaf extract as an antibacterial agent on Litopenaeus vannamei larvae that are infected by Vibrio sp.. It was conducted in 15 March - 15 April 2019 at PT. Global Gain Superior Seeds, Pantai Cermin, North Sumatera. The research used a completely randomized design (CRD) method with five treatments and four replications. The shrimps infected by Vibrio sp. were immersed into M. oleifera leaf extract in various concentration of (A) 0 ppm, (B) 400 ppm, (C) 600 ppm, (D) 800 ppm, and (E) 1000 ppm for 15 minutes. The size of shrimp used was post-larvae 8 (length of 3.5-5 mm/ind). The best performance results of vannamei shrimps were obtained in treatment E (1000 ppm), namely length growth of 16.75 1.16 cm, weight growth of 0.92 0.89 g and survival rate of 917.87%.Keywords:Moringa oleiferaVibrio sp.Immersion

Abstract

Monitoring water coverage in intertidal zones is challenging due to the lack of satellite sensors that simultaneously provide both high spatial and high temporal resolution. Landsat offers detailed spatial information but is limited by its 16-day revisit cycle, whereas Himawari-8 provides frequent observations but at coarse spatial scales. Existing multi-sensor fusion approaches, such as STARFM and ESTARFM, attempt to bridge this gap but rely on the assumption of linear or abrupt land cover changes, which is inadequate for capturing the gradual and non-linear dynamics of tidal environments. This study proposes a simulation-driven method to enhance water coverage monitoring by generating reference images that represent varying water height conditions. The approach integrates normalized Landsat OLI and Himawari-8 AHI imagery with digital elevation and tidal models to interpolate Modified Normalized Difference Water Index (mNDWI) values. Through linear interpolation, synthetic reference images are produced for low, medium, and high-water height scenarios, filling temporal gaps and providing additional input for fusion-based monitoring. Results from the Hsiang-Shan Wetland demonstrate that simulated reference images contribute more significantly to accurate water mapping than Himawari-8 data alone. The method improves temporal continuity, enhances the representation of tidal dynamics, and reduces discrepancies in fused outputs. Although the accuracy depends on DEM and tidal model quality, the findings highlight the potential of simulation-driven approaches to strengthen water monitoring frameworks. This method can be extended to support applications in flood mapping, wetland management, and coastal conservation.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan oleh Dosen Program Studi Sistem Informasi dan Program Studi Teknologi Informasi Institut Teknologi Rokan Hilir ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahanaman siswa menganai konsep Smart School Network, pentingnya keamanan WI-FI sekolah, perlindungan privasi data pribadi dan akademik, serta pengenalan dan pencegahan phising. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) ini melibatkan 25 peserta, terdiri dari 25 siswa kelas sepuluh, 2 guru di SMA Negeri 3 Tanah Putih. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong pemanfaatan internet dan jaringan sekolah sebagai komponen penting dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran dan pengelolaan administrasi di SMA Negeri 3 Tanah Putih. Penerapan konsep Smart School Network menjadi langkah strategis dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang modern dan berbasis digital. Namun, meningkatnya penggunaan jaringan internet juga menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, terutama terkait keamanan Wi-Fi, perlindungan privasi data warga sekolah, serta ancaman kejahatan siber seperti phishing. Kurangnya pengelolaan jaringan dan literasi digital berpotensi menyebabkan gangguan stabilitas jaringan, kebocoran data, dan penyalahgunaan informasi. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan sosialisasi dan sesi tanya jawab dengan peserta selama kegiatan berlangsung, PkM ini menghasilkan beberapa capaian yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa sekolah terhadap penggunaan internet yang sehat, aman, dan bertanggung jawab, sehingga diharapkan dapat mendukung terciptanya lingkungan digital sekolah yang aman serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan literasi digital.
