Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan Modal Kerja Koperasi dapat meningkatkan Sisa Hasil Usaha pada Guru Sekolah Dasar KPRI Kecamatan Kubung Kabupaten Solok. Kegiatan usaha KPRI adalah simpan pinjam dan pertokoan. Dalam memenuhi kebutuhan modal kerja, koperasi dihadapkan pada beberapa kemungkinan alternatif sumber pembiayaan modal kerja yang harus dipilih, pilihan tersebut harus benar-benar menguntungkan koperasi. Apakah sumber pembiayaan menggunakan modal dari dalam koperasi itu sendiri atau harus menggunakan modal pinjaman. Dengan menggunakan modal kerja dalam kegiatan usahanya diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi kepada koperasi yaitu berupa pendapatan atau sisa pendapatan (SHU) yang akan digunakan sebagai dasar pelaksanaan kegiatan selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penggunaan modal kerja secara efektif dan efisien dapat meningkatkan sisa hasil usaha (SHU). Diharapkan koperasi dalam memberikan pinjaman kepada anggota harus lebih selektif agar dana dapat dikembalikan sesuai kesepakatan. dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan dapat menggunakan karakter variabel dan kondisi ekonomi.

Abstract

Pengujian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kemajuan pembelajaran siswa pada mata pelajaran kewirausahaan khususnya pada materi peluang usaha bernilai bisnis dengan melaksanakan model pembelajaran pembelajaran rotating trio exchange di SMKS Merah Putih Bekasi. Teknik dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subyek pengujian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMKS Merah Putih yang berjumlah 33 siswa. Sumber informasi berasal dari mahasiswa. Prosedur pengumpulan informasi yang digunakan adalah a) persepsi, b) wawancara, c) dokumentasi, d) tes. Keabsahan informasi yang digunakan adalah triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Teknik ujiannya meliputi empat tahap, yaitu a) penyusunan, b) kegiatan, c) persepsi, d) refleksi. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar persepsi pengalaman berkembang, catatan lapangan, pertemuan, dokumentasi, dan soal tes. Hasil pengujian di SMKS Merah Putih menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan pembelajaran rotating trio exchange telah berhasil dalam mengembangkan lebih lanjut hasil belajar bisnis siswa kelas X di SMKS Merah Putih Bekasi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan perolehan nilai normal siswa dari 76,6 pada siklus I menjadi 88,93 pada siklus II. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar giat dapat ditingkatkan melalui model pembelajaran turning triplet trade (RTE).

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning discipline of students at SMP Negeri 1 This research aims to determine the influence of parenting patterns on student learning discipline at SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Above Solok Regency. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all students at SMP Negeri 1 Using the proportional stratified random sampling technique, the sample consisted of 115 students. The analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this research show that parenting patterns with a significance level of 0.05 show that the influence of parenting patterns on student learning discipline at SMP Negeri 1 students at SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Above Solok Regency and the tcount value is 3.690 while the ttable is 1.658, so the hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion of this research is that there is a positive and significant influence between parental parenting patterns on student learning discipline. The suggestion in this research is to create rigid and compelling rules to regulate children at home, such as children having to complete school assignments before going out to play, children having to ask their parents for permission before going out, and limiting children's activities at home so that children do not get caught up in promiscuity. Abstract

This research analyzes the level of satisfaction of Mitra schools towards educational field practice students using a qualitative descriptive research method with a percentage formula. The focus of the research is the results of the analysis carried out at the training school for PLK students for the Odd Semester 2022/2023, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University. This research framework relies on the foundation of thoughts, ideas and policies in the 2022 PLK guidebook. There are 22 training schools for PLK, consisting of 10 middle schools and 12 high schools in public and private schools in Solok City and Regency. Comprehensive analysis of the data shows that the results of the Training School Satisfaction Survey for Educational Field Practice students can be concluded that the results of training school satisfaction with PLK on student Ethics were found to be in the highest percentage of very satisfied (88%), communication was obtained in a satisfied percentage (81%), the ability to use technology is also very satisfied (88%), self-development presentation is satisfied (83%) in the sense that PLK FKIP UMMY students are liked by many respondents and they feel very satisfied. This research explains in detail the essence of implementing PLK which can provide advantages and benefits for schools and tutors and provide an in-depth understanding of their roles.

Abstract

This research analyzes the level of satisfaction of partner schools towards Educational Field Practice (PLK) students by using a qualitative descriptive research method with a percentage formula. The focus of the research is the results of the analysis carried out at partner schools on PLK students for the Odd Semester 2023/2024, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin. The research framework relies on the foundation of thoughts, ideas and policies in the 2022 PLK guidebook. There are 21 partner schools for PLK, consist of 11 SMP/MTSN, 9 SMA/SMK/MAN and 1 Islamic boarding school in Solok City and Regency. Comprehensive analysis of the data shows that the results of the partner schools satisfaction survey for Educational Field Practice students on the student ethics was found at very satisfied percentage (89%), on the communication skills was obtained at satisfied percentage (86%), on the ability to use technology was also at satisfied percentage (86%), on the cooperation ability was obtained at very satisfied percentage (89%), om self-development was fpund at satisfied percentage (85%), and on teaching competence was obtained at satisfied percentage (81%). Thus, based on the indicators, in can be concluded that PLK students are favored by many respondents. This will have an impact on the progress of schools, tutors and PLK students through organizing PLK activities.

Abstract

Using a qualitative descriptive research approach and percentage calculations, this research examines the level of satisfaction of partner schools with Educational Field Practice (PLK) students. The research focuses on the findings of a satisfaction level analysis conducted at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin University for PLK Mitra School students in the Odd Semester 2024–2025. The concepts, principles and policies of the 2022 PLK guidebook form the basis of this study approach. PLK has eight partner schools, including seven SMPN and one SMAN in public schools in Solok City and Regency. The results of the Partner School's level of satisfaction with educational field practice students, based on comprehensive data analysis, show that the Partner School's satisfaction with PLK on student ethics was found to be very satisfied (87.5%), communication skills were found to be less satisfied (75%), use of technology was satisfied (84.35%), collaboration was satisfied (81.25%), self-development was less satisfied (75%), and teaching competence was satisfied (81.25%). Therefore, it can be said that in general respondents prefer or appreciate PLK students based on these indications. By planning PLK activities, this will have an impact on the development of schools, tutors and PLK students.

Abstract

SMPN 4 Kubung teachers already have good basic competencies but are lacking in maximizing technology with limited training. Apart from that, the school already has classroom facilities equipped with projectors and infocus screens, as well as the availability of other devices such as 15 units of computers, 15 units of chrome books and 82 units of tablets. So with the availability of these facilities their use has not been maximized in the learning process. The process, through the PKM program implemented, namely the use of technology supported by smart boards and AI, will create more interactive digitalization era learning. Method of implementing socialization service, training for 15 teachers, application of AI technology in the learning process at SMPN 4 Kubung, mentoring and evaluation. The implementation of the service program at SMPN 4 Kubung with a focus on improving real action documents showed significant results. The results of accurate data analysis from the implementation of community service at SMPN 4 Kubung show that the application of AI technology significantly improves the quality of real action documents prepared by teachers. By utilizing applications such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva, Quizizz, and Wordwall, teachers can produce more structured and informative documents. The community service activity with the title "Improving the Quality of Real Action on the Merdeka Teaching Ceiling through the Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)" at SMPN 4 Kubung has succeeded in achieving several goals. increasing teachers' understanding of AI, increasing teachers' ability to integrate AI in learning, improving the quality of teachers' real actions, increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the learning process at SMPN 4 Kubung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh siswa yang kurang semangat dalam pembelajaran tersebut, dimana pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung masih ada siswa yang membuat keributan di kelas dengan temannya serta membuat siswa yang lain merasa terganggu pada saat pembelajaran. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui seberapa besarkah pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 2 Kubung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Kubung pada tahun pelajaran 2024/2025, yaitu sejumlah 86 orang siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa menunjukkan thitung>ttabel (4,871>1,293) dan nilai sig 0000<0,05 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dari teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas VIII pada mata pelajaran IPS di SMP Negeri 2 Kubung. Besarnya pengaruh variabel teman sebaya(X) terhadap variabel motivasi belajar(Y) adalah17,7%. Â
