Abstract

Green culture, an organizational approach centered on environmental consciousness and practices, plays an increasingly significant role in promoting Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This study investigates the influence of green culture on the progress of SDGs, focusing on the integration of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) as a moderating variable. Through this exploration, we aim to understand how GCG can either enhance or hinder the effectiveness of green culture initiatives toward achieving specific SDG targets. This research uses a quantitative approach, analyzing data from organizations implementing green culture practices alongside structured GCG frameworks. Results indicate that companies that prioritize green culture see measurable improvements in meeting SDG objectives, especially in areas like resource management, waste reduction, and energy efficiency. The moderation effect of GCG shows that governance policies significantly influence the success of green initiatives, either amplifying their benefits or presenting challenges in aligning with sustainability goals. Key findings highlight that effective GCG not only supports environmental practices but also enhances organizational transparency and stakeholder trust. This study underscores the need for organizations to adopt integrated approaches where green culture and GCG work in synergy to maximize the positive impacts on SDG achievements. Such a framework can serve as a model for sustainable development, providing a pathway for businesses to balance profitability with global environmental and social responsibilities.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of financial ratios, including Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), and Total Asset Turn Over (TATO), on Net Profit Margin (NPM) in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2021. The study aims to assess both the individual and collective influence of these financial indicators on the NPM of the selected companies. Data for the analysis were sourced from www.hots.mirraeasset.co.id, with a total population of 49 companies. However, only 31 companies met the specified sample criteria. The research employs a multiple linear regression technique, facilitated by the SPSS version 25.0 application. The findings reveal that, individually, the Current Ratio has no significant impact on the Net Profit Margin, while the Debt to Asset Ratio exhibits a significant influence. On the other hand, Total Asset Turn Over has no significant effect on the Net Profit Margin when considered individually. Nevertheless, when assessed collectively, the Current Ratio, Debt to Asset Ratio, and Total Asset Turn Over jointly demonstrate a significant impact on the Net Profit Margin. It is noteworthy that, among these variables, none establishes a close relationship with the Net Profit Margin.

The research results indicate that Current Ratio has a positive and significant influence on Net Profit Margin, meaning that a one-unit increase in the Current Ratio variable will increase Net Profit Margin. Working Capital Turnover also has a positive and significant influence on Net Profit Margin, meaning that a one-unit increase in the Working Capital Turnover variable will increase Net Profit Margin. Current Ratio and Working Capital Turnover together have a positive and significant influence on Net Profit Margin, meaning that a one-unit increase in both Current Ratio and Working Capital Turnover variables will increase Net Profit Margin.

Abstract

This study aims to enhance Islamic financial inclusion in rural and eastern regions of Indonesia through innovative strategies, focusing on challenges related to access, literacy, infrastructure, and public trust issues. Using a qualitative library-based approach, this study analyzes literature from indexed journals, reports from the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and government policies published between 2018 and 2025. Data collection involves systematic literature searches using keywords such as “Islamic financial inclusion” and “Islamic fintech.” Content analysis is employed to identify patterns, challenges, and formulate strategies, with source triangulation to ensure validity. Research Findings Islamic financial inclusion in Indonesia stands at only 12.88%, significantly lower than the national inclusion rate (75.02%), due to limited access in rural areas (68.49%), low Islamic financial literacy (39.11%), geographic barriers, inadequate infrastructure, and product mismatches. Innovative strategies include: (1) contextual financial products such as musyarakah-based financing, (2) infrastructure strengthening through Islamic rural banks (BPRS) and digitalization, (3) financial literacy education, and (4) community-based awareness campaigns. Islamic fintechs (e.g., Alami, Ammana) show potential to overcome geographic constraints, though they are hindered by limited Internet penetration (60%) and digital literacy. These innovative strategies offer practical guidance for stakeholders to boost Islamic financial inclusion through contextual products, digitalization, community-based education, and women’s empowerment via MSMEs, supporting poverty alleviation and inclusive economic growth.
