Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui danmenganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan padaGool Futsal Mangga Dua di Surabaya. Responden yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang responden yang pernah menggunakanlapangan Gool Futsal Mangga Dua dalam 1 tahun terakhir, respondendengan pendidikan minimum SMP atau sederajat yang pernahmenggunakan lapangan Gool Futsal Mangga Dua dalam 3 bulan terakhirminimal 3 x dan pernah menggunakan lapangan futsal selain Gool FutsalMangga Dua dalam 1 tahun terakhir dan pernah melakukan komplain diGool Futsal Mangga Dua dan bertempat tinggal di Surabaya.Metode pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis Liniersederhana dan analisis koefisien determinasi. Pengaruh kualitas layananterhadap kepuasan pelanggan ditunjukkan pada nilai koefisien regresisebesar 0,983. Dari hasil analisis koefisien determinasi (R2) diketahuibesarnya R2 adalah 0,966 yang berarti variasi kualitas layanan mampumenjelaskan variasi kepuasan pelanggan Gool Futsal Mangga DuaSurabaya sebesar 96,6 %. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 3,4 % dijelaskan olehvariabel lain yang tidak teramati. Dari hasil pengujian hipotesis melalui uji tdiketahui nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 dimana nilai signifikan jauh lebihkecil dari tingkat signifikasi sebesar 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1diterima pada tingkat signifikansi 5%.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of teachers is symbolically in line with the procewss of climbing a ladder it is the teachers who prepare the ladder, train the children to climb the whole levels of the ladderm to keep in balance, to be safe in going to the top. The teachers are demanded to do it himself / herself first, and become a model or a volunteer in order to show the students how to become a ladders master. On the other hand, the students as the subjects of the training will use their knowledge, skill, experience to go up the ladders. And this way of  ‘ladders-construction, ladder-going up’ is the basic principle of Constructivism is a school of learning which explains how the students learen. In the view of constructivism, the students or learners understand arts thorugh real or direct activities in arranging experiences in forms of hands-on and minds-on as well. The activities of arts involvement ( for the students ) is relatid to or attached on their sociocultural context within live which the students live since the arts experiences they have got will become a capital in order to constructthe conceptual understanding. Constructivism approaachin the learning of visual art / culture seemed  to be impossible whithout any realation on the context of local arts, considering that arts is one of the so manycultural products. On the other hand, arts/cultural learning which is based on local culture will create a more meaningful learning, and on the peak of that ; students will not alienated from their own cultural roots.   Keywords : constructivism, learning of arts.

Abstract

Terdapat banyak sejarah dan kebudayaan yang dilupakan ataupun kurang dilestarikan kota Tanjungbalai. Adalah tugas kita untuk melestarikannya yaitu dengan menyediakan wadah yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang sejarah dan kebudayaan yang ada di kota ini. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu wadah yang dapat mengakomodasikan semua kebutuhan di atas, sekaligus mengakomodasikan kebutuhan informasi untuk keperluan pendidikan di Kota Tanjungbalai. Pengadaan museum sebagai sumber informasi pendidikan juga harus ditambah dengan hiburan yang bersifat mendidik dengan konsep belajar sambil bermain sebagai nilai tambahnya. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menarik masyarakat dalam kepedulian terhadap obyek-obyek sejarah dan berperan aktif dalam usaha pelestarian benda-benda yang termasuk dalam benda cagar budaya. Oleh karena itu, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi akan sejarah, pariwisata dan pendidikan, maka keberadaan Museum Budaya di Tanjungbalai.

Abstract

Bagi masyarakat Aceh, gagasan mengenai partai politik lokal adalah merupakan jalur politik yang diambil untuk menciptakan proses demokratisasi yang sering diartikan bagi masyarakat Aceh adalah Proses Perdamaian. Setelah penandatangan perjanjian antara Pemerintah RI dengan GAM di Helsinky dilaksanakan, maka pada tahap awal partai lokal harus dipandang sebagai sebuah alternatif untuk memperjuangkan aspirasi masyarakat lokal. Namun keberlanjutan partai lokal sangatlah ditentukan oleh seberapa besar respon masyarakat Aceh terhadap kinerja pemerintah, baik di tingkat pusat maupun di tingkat lokal. Dengan kata lain, popular tidaknya partai lokal Aceh akan ditentukan oleh rakyat Aceh sendiri. Kalau mereka puas terhadap konsistensi pemerintah Indonesia dalam menerapkan kebijakan-kebijakan yang disepakati untuk dilakukan, kecenderungan masyarakat Aceh untuk memilih partai nasional akan lebih besar ketimbang memilih partai lokal. Demikian pula sebaliknya, kalau masyarakat Aceh merasa kecewa dan diperlakukan tidak adil oleh pemerintah pusat, maka partai lokal akan cenderung menjadi pilihan politik mereka.

Abstract

The quality of a nation is largely determined by the quality of education. The process towards quality education requires professional educators in accordance with the code of ethics and the teaching profession. This study aims to analyze efforts to develop the competence of the teaching profession at the SD/MI level. This research uses a qualitative approach with the method of literature study. Sources of data and materials for analysis of the study use scientific literature relevant to the topic of discussion, including books, articles, seminar proceedings, and final assignments (thesis, dissertation). The data is obtained from credible sources such as Google Scholar and Sinta. The results of this study conclude that teacher competence is related to the authority to carry out their duties, in this case in using the field of study as learning material that acts as an educational tool, and pedagogical competence related to the teacher's function in paying attention to the behavior of students learning. Teacher competence is the result of a combination of abilities of many types, which can be in the form of a set of knowledge, skills and behaviors that must be possessed, internalized and mastered by teachers in carrying out their professional duties.

Abstract

This study aims to see how the behavior of today's children towards the tik tok application. The formulation of the research problem is how to influence the use of the Tik-Tok application on the behavior of children in Binjai City. The purpose of this research is to find out how the use of the Tik-Tok application influences the behavior of children in Binjai City. The type of research used in this study is a type of qualitative research. The informants of this study were Maura El Mumtaz students who used the Tik-Tok application as many as 25 people aged 8-10 years. The results of this study can be concluded that the efforts made by the MIS teacher Maura El Mumtaz include: (1) Giving messages about adab and manners; (2) Provide consequences for students' bad behavior that violates the class agreement on polite behavior; (3) Teachers are also not allowed to play tick tock, this is because they are more likely to see people than them; (4) inviting parents to work together in overcoming student morals; and (5) Invite children to be positive.

Abstract

The problem studied in this research is perception the company about Social and political dynamics in Polewali Mandar regency . This research uses a quantitative descriptive research design to explain qualitative research phenomena. For this reason, the research approach uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods for community perceptions of social and political dynamics in Polewali Mandar Regency . The data collection techniques used were surveys, interviews and observations. The research results show that, based on the research results, it can be concluded that perception the company about the social and political dynamics in Polewali Mandar Regency which includes social conditions, economic conditions, political conditions, security conditions, law enforcement conditions, regional government performance, general problems and special problems are good, this is marked by the greatest number of several evaluation indicators of The various conditions that occur in society are in good percentage . Meanwhile, the lowest value of the indicator is a bad rating. Community perception of social and political dynamics of residents of Polewali Mandar regency seen from the perspective of functionalism theory It is very diverse, there are some people who have positive perceptions and others who have negative perceptions accompanied by factors that influence it , but overall, in the socio-political dynamics that occur, the Polwali community Mandar has a positive response .
