Abstract

Learning media in general is a tool in the learning process. With the rapid development of the times, learning media has also evolved from conventional learning media to digital learning media. Conventional learning often experiences obstacles such as difficulties in understanding. This design stems from these problems and the lack of availability of learning media/resources in schools. This media design aims to produce learning media, namely hypercontent module teaching materials for science and science subjects with magnetic material. Electricity and technology class V elementary school. In this design, the development model used in media development is the alessi and trolllip model which consists of 3 stages, namely planning, design and development. This digital-based media allows students to get richer learning output than conventional learning media. Students can view photos, learning videos, animations and simulations which can be done online. This Hypercontent Science Module teaching material can help students in the learning process in Class V Elementary School Science subjects, increase students' learning experience and make it easier for teachers during the learning process

Abstract

Education is a basic need for everyone, including people with disabilities, who have the right to education. Children with visual impairments are usually called "blind children" in the field of special education. Based on data from the 2012 National Socio-Economic Survey, the number of Indonesian people with disabilities was 2.45%, according to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the number of children with special needs (ABK) in Indonesia reached 1.6 million children in 2017. According to Ministry of Education and Culture, West Java has a total of 688 blind students in 2021. The method used in this research is a literature review. Literature review is the first and important step in preparing a research plan. Literature review is a search and research of the literature by reading various books, journals and other publications related to the research topic, to produce an article regarding a particular topic or issue. In the initial stage of collecting articles based on the variables contained in the title, out of 10 articles, 4 articles were obtained that matched the title topic. At the article reduction stage, there were 4 articles that were not included because there were variables that did not match the title topic.

Abstract

The education or teaching needed by children with special needs or blindness is different from normal children. As should get more attention, special education and teaching. Because they have the same educational nature and religious potential as normal students. This study aims to 1) Find out what learning strategies can be applied to involve blind students in science learning. 2) Find out what challenges are faced in science learning for blind students. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed with thematic data analysis. To test the validity of the data using member check. The results of this study indicate that one of the important learning strategies is learning media, the media is in the form of audiovisual and 3-dimensional objects that can be touched by blind students, while the challenges faced in science learning for blind students are the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the form of learning media. The conclusions of this study are: 1) Science learning strategies for blind students are school policies, learning outside the classroom, then teacher abilities, and student mobility orientation. 2) The challenges faced in science learning for blind students are challenges in the classroom, characteristics of blind students, cognitive abilities, and facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Program Rumah Pintar merupakan program bimbingan belajar bagi siswa sekolah dasar di masa pandemic Covid-19 selama 2020. Rumah Pintar dirancang sebagai pusat sumber pembelajaran setelah kegiatan pembelajaran oleh pihak sekolah. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan peserta didik dan membantu peserta didik pada Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) di Masa Pandemi Covid-19. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kampung Maleber dan Kampung Sudimampir, Desa Sukahami, Kecamatan Megamendung, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat. Bentuk kegiatan yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari bimbingan mata pelajaran matematika dan bimbingan membaca, menulis, dan berhitung (CALISTUNG). Kegiatan ini memberikan hasil berupa peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta didik akan pentingnya belajar meskipun fasilitas pembelajaran jarak jauh kurang mencukupi, membuhkan semangat belajar peserta didik untuk menimba ilmu dan menguasai kemampuan matematika dan CALISTUNG, tentunya dengan mematuhi protokol kesehatan.

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam pasal 20 ayat 2 Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan nasional menyatakan: “Perguruan tinggi berkewajiban mengadakan pendidikan, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat. Dasar inilah yang digunakan dalam program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dalam perwujudannya. Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) merupakan suatu bentuk pengabdian mahasiswa terhadap masyarakat dan merupakan suatu bagian dari Panca Dharma Universitas Djuanda Bogor. Mahasiswa adalah agen perubahan (agent of chance) yang akan melakukan perubahan-perubahan nyata secara dinamis kepada masyarakat sekitar, sesuai dengan tuntutan serta kebutuhan perkembangan zaman. Dengan diadakannya KKN diharapkan seorang mahasiswa semakin matang dengan disiplin keilmuannya, KKN pun merupakan kegiatan pengaplikasian dari teori-teori yang telah diproleh di bangku perkuliahan. Adapun dalam kegiatan KKN penulis melakukan pengabdian pada masyarkat dengan mengajak masyarakat mendaur ulang sampah yang dikelola dengan baik agar meningkatkan kualitas lingkungan dan kesehatan masyarakat. Mendaur ulang sampah plastik dengan sendirinya membantu pemerintah dalam mengelola sampah, apalagi pengelolaan dilakukan secara professional dan komersil, sehingga menjadi suatu usaha yang menguntungkan.Permasalahan sampah plastik di dunia sampai sekarang masih menjadi bahasan yang tidak pernah selesai.Sampah plastik dianggap sebagai salah satu masalah lingkungan hidup yang bisa menyebabkan pencemaran lingkungan.Bertambahnya jumlah sampah menyebabkan dampak yang cukup buruk kepada lingkungan.Bayangkan, apabila hal ini tidak ditangani maka bumi akan menjadi tempat tinggal yang terbentuk dari sampah dan barang tidak berguna.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of inquiry-based virtual laboratory modules in improving civil engineering students' conceptual understanding of moment of inertia, with critical thinking skills as a moderating factor. Using a quasi-experimental 2x2 factorial design, 60 students were divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group engaged with virtual lab modules featuring interactive simulations and case-based learning, while the control group received conventional lecture-based instruction. Results indicated significantly higher learning outcomes in the experimental group (mean score = 58.9) compared to the control group (46.5), with critical thinking skills further amplifying this effect. ANOVA analysis confirmed the significant impact of the intervention (F = 21.83, p < 0.001). The study highlights the importance of integrating technology with pedagogical strategies that foster critical analysis and self-directed exploration. These findings contribute to engineering education by demonstrating how virtual labs, when combined with inquiry-based learning, can bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application while accommodating diverse learning needs. Recommendations include curriculum integration of such modules and professional development for educators in implementing technology-enhanced, inquiry driven approaches.

Abstract

Water is essential for human health and community welfare, but many students and teachers still do not understand how to process dirty water into clean water. This study aims to improve students' understanding of the concept of water filtration and raise awareness of the importance of environmental conservation through the application of water filtration media in learning. Researchers conducted observations and educational practices at SDN Cisarua 1 through the project activity of making water filtration ladders as a learning medium for fourth-grade students. The method of data collection through interviews and its implementation through several stages. The study was conducted on May 27, 2025, with 27 fourth grade students. In-depth interviews were conducted with 5 students. Based on the results of the study, 80% of students showed an increase in understanding. This can be proven through the results of interviews that revealed their understanding of how to use and the importance of water filtration. It can be concluded that learning using water filtration media has proven to be effective, this can be proven by the response and enthusiasm of students during the implementation.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the decline in learning quality due to low teacher pedagogical competence and the limited use of technology in the learning process. Initial observations in junior high school computer science classes showed decreased student learning outcomes, particularly in digital content production. This study aims to analyze the effect of Project-Based Learning (PBL) assisted by Artificial Intelligence (AI) on student learning outcomes based on learning creativity levels. Using a quasi-experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design, the study involved eighth-grade students in Bogor City, with achievement tests and creativity questionnaires as instruments. Data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA and Tukey's post-hoc test. Results indicated significant differences in learning outcomes between students using AI-assisted PBL and those without, along with an interaction effect between the learning model and creativity. AI-assisted PBL proved effective in improving digital content learning outcomes, especially for students with high creativity, emphasizing the need for digital teaching tools and student-centered learning design
