Abstract

This research aims to determine the strategy used in blocked ATM card services at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Jeneponto. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach that is qualitatively oriented. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation, documentation. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the ATM card service strategy is blocked on customer satisfaction at Bnak Syariah Indonesia KCP Jeneponto in providing services to its customers, namely using basic strategies, namely friendly, communicative speech and names. tags that are always paid attention to, while the main strategies are Responsiveness (quick response), Competence (competence), Credibility (trustworthiness), Contribution (Contribution), Honesty (honesty), Excellent service (prime service). And the first step taken is to activate the customer and bring the account book to Customer Service.

Abstract

Vowel pronunciation accuracy plays a critical component of language acquisition, significantly influencing the efficacy of communication between teachers and students. This study investigated the impact of a communicative framework model on enhancing vowel pronunciation accuracy among Grade 12 students at MA DDI Kaballangang, Pinrang. A pre-experimental design, incorporating pre-test and post-test assessments, was employed for this research. The intervention encompassed all phases of the communicative approach: description and analysis, listening discrimination, controlled practice, guided practice, and communicative practice. Quantitative analysis revealed a substantial improvement in vowel pronunciation accuracy, with mean scores increasing from 34.8 to 68.3. Statistical significance was confirmed through a paired t-test (t=8.43, df=11, p<0.05), supporting the hypothesis that the communicative framework is an effective pedagogical approach for enhancing pronunciation accuracy in this educational context. These findings contribute to the growing body of literature on effective language teaching methodologies and have implications for curriculum development in similar educational settings.

Abstract

This study explores first-semester students' perceptions of using TikTok as a microlearning platform and examines how it influences their understanding in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classroom at Ujung Pandang State Polytechnic. With the growing popularity of short-form video content among young learners, TikTok has emerged as a potential tool to deliver concise, engaging, and accessible instructional materials. This research employed a qualitative design, using semi-structured interviews with selected students to gain in-depth insights into their experiences, attitudes,and perceived benefits of using TikTok for microlearning. The interview data were analyzed through thematic analysis, resulting in several key themes. The findings show that students perceive TikTok as an effective supplementary learning tool that enhances their understanding, particularly in vocabulary acquisition,pronunciation exposure, and the simplification of complex materials through short visual explanations. Students reported that the platform's brief and focused content helped maintain attention and improve retention. However, they also acknowledged challenges,such as distractions from non-academic content and the limited depth oflearning that short videos can provide. Overall, students expressed positive views toward the integration of TikTok in EFL learning, indicating that it can support classroom instruction when used appropriately and purposefully. The study concludes that TikTok-based microlearning offers meaningful benefits for beginner-level EFL learners by improving engagement and comprehension, although its effectiveness depends on structured guidance from instructors.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze common errors in the application of the i'rab rule among students of MA Madaniyah Gunung Silanu, Jeneponto. Using descriptive qualitative methods, data were collected through bare text analysis test techniques and in-depth interviews with class XI students. The results of the study indicate that the most dominant errors occur in determining the i'rab status in compound sentence structures (number) and errors in the use of branch i'rab signs (fara'iyyah). The main factors causing errors include the lack of independent textual analysis practice and the dominance of memorizing rules without a deep understanding of grammatical logic. This study recommends the need for innovation in Nahwu teaching methods that are more applicable in Islamic boarding schools.
