Abstract

This study aims to examine the innovation of the marketing mix of educational services in increasing competitiveness and customer value at SMP Ar Rahmat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that SMP Ar Rahmat has innovated the marketing mix in several aspects, such as product innovation, price, promotion, and place. The innovation is directed to provide added value for customers and increase student and parent satisfaction. This research provides advice for SMP Ar Rahmat in innovating the marketing mix, such as improving service quality, expanding the reach of promotions, offering more varied educational programs, providing financial assistance, and collaborating with educational institutions or companies. This research can provide input for decision makers in the world of education to innovate the marketing mix as an effort to increase competitiveness and customer value in schools.

Abstract

Information systems play a very important role in supporting the improvement of service quality in the current digital era, namely acting as the main foundation in service transformation, both in the public and private sectors. The challenges in managing administration and services at the Lubabul Fattah Tunggulsari Islamic Boarding School are still dominated by manual systems that are less efficient, resulting in delays in data processing, inaccuracy in managing information, and lack of transparency in Islamic boarding school management. This training is designed by providing practical guidance and technical simulations that can be implemented directly. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which emphasizes the active involvement of participants in the process of identifying problems, designing solutions, and implementing and evaluating digital information system management training. The results obtained were an increase in participants' understanding and skills related to the use of digital information systems, especially the SIPonpes application, to support the management of administration and operations of Islamic boarding schools. Participants succeeded in integrating digital technology into their work processes, which include student data management, learning schedule management, and automatic creation of administrative and financial reports. Another result was the improvement of digital infrastructure through technical solutions provided to overcome obstacles during implementation, such as troubleshooting guides and direct technical assistance by the implementation team. Overall, this activity has succeeded in bringing about real positive changes in the modernization of Islamic boarding school services, while also providing a digital management model that can be replicated in other institutions.

Abstract

Teachers have a very vital role in the world of education so teacher professionalism is needed to achieve educational goals. The problem that often occurs now is that many teachers are not updated with the latest developments in education. This indicates that teacher professionalism has begun to decline. One of the objectives of supervision is to improve the professional abilities of teachers so that the quality of teaching and learning situations can be improved. This research aims to understand the urgency of academic supervision, to determine the form of teacher professionalism and to determine the urgency of academic supervision as a foundation of teacher professionalism. The method used in this research is literature study. This research was conducted in September-December 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, there are several principles that supervisors must pay attention to and realize in carrying out academic supervision. There are four competencies that teachers must have, and there are several teacher development techniques that can be carried out by a supervisor. in increasing the professionalism of teachers in schools. Abstract

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang “Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Supervisi Berbasis Pembelajaran Efektif”. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, Yaitu dengan menggunakan sumber perpustakaan untuk memperoleh teori-teori yang relevan. Adapun fokus pada jurnal ini adalah; (1) Konsep Dasar Pembelajaran Efektif (2) Supervisi Pembelajaran (3) Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Supervisi. Tujuan penulisan jurnal ini untuk mengetahui makna pembelajaran efektif, pelaksanaan supervise pembelajaran, serta evaluasi pelaksanaan supervisi. Hasilya penulisan jurnal ini adalah; (1) Pembelajaran efektif merupakan proses pembelajaran yang mencapai tujuan dengan baik, (2) Supervisi pembelajaran diartikan sebagai bentuk pengawasan terhadap proses pembelajaran (3) Evaluasi adalah usaha untuk memperoleh hasil umpan balik
