Abstract

Bullying in high school is frequent and negatively affects students' psychological well-being. The lack of effective reporting mechanisms makes students hesitant to report bullying cases for fear of their identity being exposed, which can lead to stigma or retaliation. The lack of data on bullying incidents also hampers prevention and intervention measures. The study designed and implemented a mobile application that uses natural language processing (NLP) for speech-to-text conversion, enabling anonymous and convenient reporting of bullying cases. The app ensures the anonymity of whistleblowers and facilitates the collection of accurate data on bullying incidents, helping schools respond with appropriate preventive measures. Software engineering methodologies are used with a focus on requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and application testing. NLP technology is used to interpret verbal instructions into text, with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method for text classification, ensuring high accuracy in detecting bullying incidents. The trial application in several high schools showed the relevance and effectiveness of the application. Ethical and security considerations are top priorities, with an emphasis on whistleblower identity protection and data security. The test results showed that the application achieved 92% accuracy, 90% precision, and 88% recall, demonstrating its effectiveness in collecting bullying reports anonymously and accurately.

Abstract

The rapid digital transformation has fundamentally altered the retail industry, presenting challenges such as shifting consumer behavior and intensified market competition. This research explores the application of the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm for identifying consumer behavior and developing product personalization systems based on big data insights. Utilizing a dataset comprising 10,000 transaction records from January to December 2023 and 5,302 product types, we implemented the KNN algorithm to predict consumer purchases. The data was processed into 89,908 distinct transaction records. Our evaluation, using 5-fold cross-validation, demonstrated that the optimal performance of the KNN model was achieved with ????=10, yielding a precision of 0.8319, recall of 0.8311, and an F1-score of 0.8312. These findings highlight the effectiveness of KNN in enhancing consumer satisfaction through precise product recommendations. This study provides strategic insights for modern retailers aiming to leverage AI and big data to remain competitive and meet evolving consumer expectations.

Abstract

Di era digital ini, internet sudah menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi banyak orang. Jaringan internet memerlukan sistem kerja yang terintegrasi antara komponen perangkat keras dan perangkat lunak agar dapat digunakan secara bersamaan. Pentingnya pemantauan jaringan internet disadari dengan adanya Administrator Jaringan. Salah satu teknik monitoring Unifi Access Point adalah dengan menggunakan Unifi Network Management Controller. Penelitian ini merespon permasalahan pada Unifi Access Point pada BPR X Batam yang mengalami lemahnya sinyal dan keterbatasan dalam berselancar di internet. Dengan dirancangnya sistem hotspot captive portal Mikrotik yang terintegrasi dengan UniFi Controller, penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa administrator dapat dengan mudah mengatur pengelolaan hotspot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Unifi Network Management Controller memudahkan pengguna hotspot dengan captive portal, memungkinkan admin memantau aktivitas pengguna, serta mengelola dan memantau perangkat nirkabel. Selain itu penelitian ini memberikan solusi terhadap permasalahan lemahnya sinyal dan terbatasnya akses internet pada Unifi Access Point.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the block system implementation in Permata Harapan Vocational High School based on (1) understanding and apply the block system conducted by teaching staff, (2) understanding of block system implementation by students, (3) availability of facilities and infrastructure at Permata Harapan Vocational High School to support good student competence. This research was a descriptive study. Data was collected by using a questionnaire method based on the CIPP evaluation model (context, input, process, product). The subjects of this study were 50 students in grade X and XI Permata Harapan School and several officials high school. The description of the data carried out by considering the frequency distribution and determining the Level of Respondent Achievement (TPR) in each component and indicator which compared with the criteria. The results showed that the scores were based on an understanding of the implementation of the block system using the CIPP evaluation method which included in moderate category and reached 68.65% percent, with details of each aspect: (1) the context aspect was 81.94%, (2) 63.89% of input aspects, (3) 67.70% of process aspects, (4) 71.52% of product aspects. Based on the discussion results of observation and documentation, the average achievement of all aspects was 82.47%. So, the implementation of the block system at SMK Permata Harapan has been in good classification but it still needs improvement in various aspects so that the goal of implementing the block system can be achieved perfectly.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum implemented in Indonesia aims to strengthen the formation of the Pancasila student profile through the P5 Program. This program prioritizes project-based learning across disciplines to develop students' character. This research aims to develop a management information system for P5 at SMK Permata Harapan, which will support the learning and assessment processes in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with a waterfall development model, which consists of the stages of requirement gathering, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. The proposed system involves users with different roles, including students, teachers, principals, and admins. The results of the alpha test showed that all features of the P5 management information system functioned well, while the beta test through a questionnaire on 30 teachers received a positive assessment with an average score of 4.6, indicating that the P5 management information system is very feasible to implement. This study concludes that the P5 management information system can support the implementation of the Merdeka curriculum and help teacher performance in managing learning and assessment.

Abstract

Transformasi digital menuntut lulusan SMK memiliki kemampuan adaptif dan mandiri dalam menghadapi dunia kerja serta menciptakan peluang ekonomi. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membangun kemandirian dan kesiapan siswa kelas 3 SMK Permata Harapan Kota Batam melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan digital berbasis proyek. Kegiatan dilaksanakan secara daring selama 12 minggu dengan melibatkan 60 siswa dari jurusan RPL, AKL, dan BDP, melalui tahapan identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan interaktif daring (webinar, workshop, simulasi usaha), serta evaluasi berbasis pre-post test, refleksi, dan portofolio digital. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kewirausahaan sebesar 88%, dengan skor pre-test dan post-test naik dari 61,2 menjadi 81,5; 13 dari 15 kelompok berhasil menyusun proposal bisnis digital lengkap, dan beberapa kelompok menjalankan usaha nyata di media sosial. Selain keterampilan teknis, 85% siswa merasa lebih siap berwirausaha dan 79% lebih percaya diri menyampaikan ide di depan publik. Simpulan dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan daring berbasis proyek efektif dalam menumbuhkan kemandirian, keterampilan kerja, dan kesiapan siswa SMK dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan sistem manajemen logistik berbasis web untuk pengelolaan stok biji kopi pada usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyaknya pelaku usaha kopi yang menggunakan metode pencatatan manual yang kurang efisien dan rentan terhadap kesalahan. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall, menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, framework CodeIgniter 3, database MySQL, serta template antarmuka NiceAdmin. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terkait proses logistik. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan mencakup fitur manajemen data supplier, pencatatan barang masuk dan barang keluar, pemantauan stok, serta pembuatan laporan secara otomatis. Pengujian dilakukan dengan metode black-box untuk memastikan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu menyederhanakan proses pencatatan logistik, meningkatkan akurasi data stok, serta menunjang efisiensi operasional.
