Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana ulasan, responsif, dan hari aktif berpengaruh terhadap keputusan repeat order, dengan studi kasus pada pengguna aplikasi Lita. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik sampel, dan analisis inferensial dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 22. Populasi yang diteliti adalah pengguna aplikasi Lita dengan 100 responden dipilih melalui metode non probability sampling karena kemudahan aksesibilitas dan keanekaragaman yang mewakili keputusan repeat order. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responsif dan aktivitas pada hari tertentu memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan repeat order pengguna Lita. Respon yang cepat dari player Lita dan aktivitas pengguna pada jam kerja dapat meningkatkan kemungkinan keputusan untuk melakukan repeat order. Namun, ulasan tidak ditemukan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan repeat order. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa factor lain mungkin lebih dominan dalam memengaruhi keputusan repeat order selain ulasan dalam konteks aplikasi Lita.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi Tandan Buah Segar (TBS) di Desa Sukarame Baru, Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara, dengan fokus pada pengaruh harga jual dan luas lahan. Permasalahan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah fluktuasi harga jual dan terbatasnya luas lahan, yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani dan produksi TBS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel dari petani kelapa sawit di desa tersebut. Variabel independen pada penelitian ini adalah Harga Jual (X1) dan Luas Lahan (X2). Sedangkan yang menjadi variabel dependen adalah Produksi TBS (Y). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 401.863 penduduk kabupaten Labuhan Batu Utara pada tahun 2023. Dengan sampel sebanyak 60. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga jual TBS dan luas lahan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi TBS. Uji regresi linear berganda mengungkapkan bahwa harga jual berkontribusi positif terhadap produksi, dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,481, dan luas lahan juga berpengaruh positif dengan koefisien 0,380. Kestabilan harga jual memotivasi petani untuk meningkatkan perawatan tanaman dan investasi, sementara harga yang fluktuatif dapat mengurangi motivasi dan kualitas perawatan. Luas lahan yang terbatas membatasi potensi produksi, karena petani tidak dapat menambah jumlah tanaman secara signifikan. Uji t menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel tersebut, harga jual dan luas lahan, berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap produksi TBS. Uji F mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua variabel independen secara simultan mempengaruhi produksi TBS dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000, menunjukkan hubungan yang kuat. Uji koefisien determinasi (R²) menunjukkan bahwa 45,7% variasi produksi dapat dijelaskan oleh harga jual dan luas lahan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya kestabilan harga jual dan perluasan lahan dalam meningkatkan produksi kelapa sawit di Desa Sukarame Baru, serta menyarankan perlunya kebijakan yang mendukung kestabilan harga dan pengembangan lahan pertanian untuk kesejahteraan petani. Abstract

The study tested wage disparities across Indonesian wage distribution the peak of women's careers. Using data from the fifth wave of the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS-5), the study employed logistic regression analysis. The results show that the influence of work types and health insurance on women's wage disparities has a significant and negative impact on the Glass Ceiling (GC) phenomenon, especially on private female workers, farm women workers, and unpaid female labourers. The main results of this study show that the type of work that female workers do in Indonesia is still classified the Sticky Floor (SF). The study emphasizes the need for interventions to address gender inequality in the Indonesian workforce, including gender-inclusive policies, audits, equal pay, mentorship programs, workshops, and training sessions, to create a more equitable workforce.

Abstract

Digital transformation, which is the integration of digital technology into all aspects of business operations, fundamentally changes the way organizations operate and deliver value to customers. This research aims to analyze the transition strategy to a digital system at PT BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan, with a focus on identifying opportunities, challenges, and optimal strategies that can be applied in the digital transformation process. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, through interviews, observations, and document studies. The research results show that although BPRS Al-Washliyah faces internal limitations such as technological infrastructure and human resources, this institution has great potential to develop through a gradual digital approach, adaptive strategies, and regulatory support. Digital transformation is deemed important to strengthen competitiveness, communication effectiveness, and the institution's image amidst the dynamics of the Islamic banking industry.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB) and service quality on public interest in using Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) services in Pematang Siantar City. This study adopted a quantitative method with primary data collected through a field survey of 30 selected respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 26 software. The results showed that partially, both TPB and service quality have a significant impact on people's interest in using BSI. In addition, simultaneously, the two variables also contribute significantly in influencing customer interest. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 42.8% indicates that TPB and service quality are able to explain most of the variation in people's interest, while the rest is influenced by other factors not included in this research model. This study confirms that factors such as behavioral attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, as well as service quality dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy play an important role in the community's decision-making process to use Islamic banking services. The practical implications of these findings emphasize the importance of increasing education and promotion of Islamic banking principles and products to the wider community. BSI is advised to continue to innovate in service aspects and strengthen the elements of SDGs in order to increase public interest, especially in potential areas such as Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Murabahah financing products in micro businesses implemented by BPRS Al-Washliyah Medan Krakatau. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis was carried out using the SWOT model and Business Model Canvas (BMC). The results of the study indicate that BPRS has internal strengths in the form of sharia principles, community networks, and fast service, with external opportunities from increasing interest in sharia financing and the growth of MSMEs. The marketing strategy is focused on a personal, educational approach, and the use of social media, although it still faces challenges such as low sharia financial literacy and limited human resources. Despite a decrease in the number of accounts, the nominal financing remains high, reflecting an increase in the quality of fund distribution. The study concludes that the success of the marketing strategy depends on optimizing human resources, digitizing services, and strengthening sharia values in facing modern financial competition.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of salesperson competence, service quality, complaint handling and company image on customer loyalty at PT AJS Bumiputera Medan City Branch. The research was conducted using primary data. The population in this study were all employees of  PT AJS Bumiputera Medan City Branch totaling 238 customer with the technique used purposive sampling, namely a sample of 70 respondents. The data collection used a questionnaire. Testing using multiple linear regression analysis and classical assumption tests and data quality tests. The results of the study concluded that service quality, salesperson competence and customer image have a positive effect on customer loyalty, and complaint handling has a negative effect on customer loyalty in PT AJS Bumiputera Medan City Branch . Simultaneously salesperson competence, service quality, complaint handling and company image affect customer loyalty where F count 13.069 > F tabel 2,511. Then the R Square value is 0.446 or 44.6%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine how PT. The People's Economic Bank Syariah Gebu Prima employees perform in relation to motivation, work discipline, and participative leadership style. An employee of the PT is the focus of this investigation. Syariah's People's Economic Bank With up to 30 responders, Gebu Prima was outstanding. using a technique for gathering data that involves questionnaires and observation. To get correct data findings for drawing conclusions, the validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, partial (t-test) and simultaneous (f-test) hypothesis tests, and determination coefficients (R_2) were employed as tool instruments. Employee performance is positively impacted by leadership style, positively impacted by motivation, and positively impacted by work discipline, according to the study's findings. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki bagaimana Return on Assets (ROA) PT Cisadane Sawit Raya Tbk dipengaruhi oleh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Total Asset Turnover (TATO) selama periode 2019–2024. Metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif digunakan. Hubungan antar variabel dievaluasi melalui analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial (uji-t), CR, DER, dan TATO berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, yang menunjukkan bahwa manajemen likuiditas, struktur modal, dan efisiensi pemanfaatan aset berperan penting dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Hasil uji simultan (uji-F) menunjukkan bahwa CR, DER, dan TATO secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, yang menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi ketiga variabel tersebut memiliki kontribusi yang kuat terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan. Dari perspektif teori keagenan, hasil ini mencerminkan bahwa manajemen telah bertindak sesuai dengan kepentingan pemilik dengan mengoptimalkan pengelolaan aset, modal, dan utang untuk meningkatkan kinerja keuangan.
