Abstract

The success of cooperatives in supporting farmers through capital loan programs and agricultural education depends on their ability to overcome key challenges, such as the dependence of farmers' income on the harvest season and the risk of crop failure due to extreme weather. To overcome this, the Sawiran cooperative developed an educational program that includes mulching drip irrigation techniques, allowing farmers to plant out-of-season and make optimal use of land. In addition, crop diversification is encouraged to increase farmers' income and reduce the risks resulting from dependence on one type of crop. Capital loans from cooperatives provide flexibility for farmers to manage farming finances, such as buying seeds, fertilizer or agricultural equipment. With initial capital, farmers can increase productivity and quality of harvest using modern technology introduced by cooperatives. In addition, the close relationship between cooperatives and farmers supports the financial stability of cooperatives and opens up opportunities for farmers to become permanent members. The benefits of this program include earlier harvests at higher selling prices, reduced risk of losses due to certain planting seasons, and diversification of farming businesses which increases farmers' economic resilience. However, the government's role is needed to complement cooperative efforts in providing comprehensive access to education and technology. It is hoped that good collaboration can create sustainable solutions to improve the welfare of farmers in the Ngadisari region

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve food sustainability in Merdeka Village through the integration of scientific and cultural approaches. The program identifies and leverages local resources, such as cassava, corn, and coconut, to develop innovative products that address societal challenges, including the lack of utilization of organic waste, limited access to simple technology, and a lack of product diversification. Four prototypes were successfully developed, namely shredded coconut pulp, cookies made from cassava flour and titi corn, caramelized cassava cakes, and organic fertilizer from livestock waste. The demonstration and training involved active community participation with significant results: 100% of participants succeeded in producing shredded coconut pulp independently, 90% of participants succeeded in making ready-to-sell cookies, and 80% of farmers showed understanding and skills in making organic fertilizer. This program has succeeded in optimizing local resources, reducing waste, and empowering communities to produce products that are sustainable, nutritious, and have high economic value. This activity shows the importance of integrating local cultural knowledge with technological innovation to achieve food sovereignty. This initiative not only answers the needs of the community directly but also provides a replicable model to promote sustainable agricultural practices and improve local economies in similar regions.

Abstract

Optimizing Property Tax (PBB) revenue is a primary focus in enhancing the Regional Original Revenue (PAD) in Surabaya City. This study aims to analyze the implementation of PBB tax bill delivery through a door to door approach in Dukuh Sutorejo Village, Mulyorejo District. The methods used include tax arrears data verification, field validation, and uploading collection results into the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) system. The data were analyzed to identify obstacles to PBB payments, such as discrepancies in Tax Object Numbers (NOP), taxpayers' economic constraints, and a lack of tax awareness. Its results indicate that delivering PBB tax bills directly increases tax payment realization, both through full payment and installment methods. Additionally, field validation successfully identified NOPs that require updates or deletion, thereby improving the efficiency of the tax collection process. Education provided during verification effectively raised taxpayers' awareness of the importance of tax compliance. The conclusion of this study is that the door to door approach, combined with the delivery of PBB tax bills, can be a strategic solution to optimize regional tax revenue. This method is recommended for broader implementation to support sustainable regional development through increased Regional Original Revenue (PAD).

Abstract

Pembangunan berkelanjutan merupakan fokus utama suatu negara dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, dan administrasi kependudukan menjadi fondasi penting dalam menyelenggarakan pemerintahan yang efektif. Program Kalimasada (Kawasan Lingkungan Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) di Kota Surabaya, melalui aplikasi KNG (Klampid New Generation), merupakan inovasi Dispendukcapil untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan masyarakat terhadap administrasi kependudukan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melibatkan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi selama 4 bulan di Dispendukcapil Kelurahan Siwalankerto. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam tertib administrasi kependudukan setelah optimalisasi Program Kalimasada, dengan persentase warga tertib adminduk yang meningkat. Meskipun dihadapi tantangan seperti kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat, perubahan regulasi, dan keterbatasan sumber daya, upaya peningkatan terus menjadi fokus utama. Dampak positif optimalisasi Program Kalimasada juga terlihat dalam indikator ekonomi regional, termasuk pertumbuhan sektor usaha, pengembangan infrastruktur, dan akses kesehatan. Program ini tidak hanya berhasil pada tingkat saat ini tetapi juga membuka potensi untuk pembangunan berkelanjutan yang terencana dengan baik di tingkat lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi jumlah produksi dan konsumsi beras di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif meliputi wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan analisis teks. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fluktuasi produksi beras di daerah tersebut seiring tahun 2008-2017, dengan meningkat rata-rata sebesar 4.79% per tahun. Penelitian juga menemukan tren positif dalam produksi beras dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi beras di daerah tersebut. Namun, ketergantungan pada impor beras masih terjadi, menunjukkan bahwa produksi padi di Sumatera Utara belum dilakukan secara efisien. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan kebijakan, pengembangan usaha, dan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait produksi dan konsumsi beras di daerah tersebut.

This study is an important step in reshaping the TV sales forecasting landscape by embracing the power of advanced data science methodologies - specifically, regression analysis, time series forecasting, clustering and reinforcement learning. The ultimate goal is to delineate the multifaceted intricacies affecting TV sales dynamics, discern complex market patterns, comprehensively segment consumer preferences, and fine-tune sales approaches with precision. Through careful examination of a vast historical dataset of TV sales, the research meticulously applied the literature study methodology, culminating in a significant improvement in the accuracy and reliability of future sales predictions. These results demonstrate the tremendous potential of this methodology in overcoming the limitations of existing data, thus offering indispensable actionable insights for businesses navigating the intricacies of TV sales forecasting in a dynamic market landscape. The application of advanced data science techniques not only confronts existing constraints, but also illuminates their transformative capacity to significantly improve prediction accuracy and strategic decision-making paradigms in the field of TV sales. Abstract

This research paper explores the transformative potential of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Blockchain technologies in business innovation (BI-AIBT), with a focus on the retail sector. By investigating the impact of BI-AIBT on operational challenges, this research highlights how AI-driven automated stock prediction, exemplified by the Smart Inventory AI (SI-RAI) solution, can address critical issues in inventory management, supply chain inefficiencies, and interdepartmental collaboration. Through qualitative research involving a literature study, this paper reveals the urgent need for an efficient solution to optimize spending, improve customer satisfaction, and enable data-driven decision-making. The findings underscore the great expectations for SI-RAI, signifying its potential to revolutionize retail operations by offering predictive insights, fostering interdepartmental collaboration, and ultimately driving efficiency, financial growth, and market competitiveness.

Abstract

This research explores the fundamental factors that influence the assessment of blue-chip stock prices and their impact on investment decisions. These factors include net profit, revenue growth, debt ratio, and liquidity. The research method involves analyzing historical financial data of blue-chip companies and surveys of capital market investors. The research results show that net profit and revenue growth have a significant influence on the assessment of blue-chip stock prices. Debt and liquidity ratios have also been shown to have an important impact in shaping investor perceptions. Furthermore, these findings provide a better understanding of how investors use these fundamental factors as a basis for making their investment decisions. The implications of this research contribute to our understanding of the factors that investors should pay attention to when assessing blue-chip stocks. Capital markets practitioners can use this information to design more informed and timely investment strategies. Meanwhile, capital market regulators may consider these findings to increase market transparency and sustainability. Thus, this research not only contributes to the financial literature by exploring the relationship between fundamental factors and stock price valuation, but also provides valuable practical insights for capital market players.

Abstract

In today's digital age the use of the Internet in particular social media has become a passion for teenagers. It has led to a decline in ethics and morals in mainstream youth, where social values are becoming one of the identities of indonesians. The article was created because of the writer's interest in bullying and even the death threats made by Indonesian netizens on Thai social media (facebook), which in turn sparked a fight that even prompted hate speech among citizens. The case of course affects Indonesian identity in the eyes of other countries. The main purpose of the article is to learn the level of media awareness and ethics in young children and to analyze how social media ethics can affect national identity. The authors further study using qualitative methods using social social samples (15-17 year old) and supported by the review literature. According to research, the authors have tried to provide some of the problem solutions: socialized media education, maximize family roles as the first "teacher", and government policies on social media users.
