Abstract

Hingga saat ini pengawasan pendapatan parkir di Kota Surabaya sebagian besar dilakukan secara manual menggunakan catatan juru parkir dan laporan berkala dari pengelola parkir. Ini menyebabkan banyak masalah seperti data yang tidak sesuai, pelaporan yang terlalu lama, bukti transaksi yang terbatas, dan ketidak jelasan tentang pendapatan. Kondisi tersebut dapat menyebabkan hilangnya pendapatan dan laporan yang tidak akurat, yang berdampak pada upaya untuk optimalisasi PAD. Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan juru parkir dan pengelola parkir tentang teknologi digital dengan memberikan instruksi dan membantu mereka menggunakan sistem pencatatan pendapatan yang berbasis digital. Selama magang, metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan pendekatan partisipatif. Mereka melihat proses kerja di lapangan, menemukan masalah pengawasan manual, mengajarkan teknik digitalisasi parkir, membantu menggunakan formulir dan aplikasi pencatatan digital, dan menguji sistem pencatatan pendapatan yang sederhana. Seluruh kegiatan melibatkan juru parkir dan pengelola parkir secara langsung dalam proses pengumpulan data, dokumentasi transaksi, dan pelaporan harian digital. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta lebih memahami dan mahir menggunakan alat digital, pencatatan pendapatan menjadi lebih akurat, dan pelaporan menjadi lebih transparan. Dengan mendukung modernisasi pengawasan pendapatan parkir menuju sistem yang lebih efisien, terukur, dan akuntabel, program ini merupakan langkah awal menuju transformasi digital pengelolaan parkir Kota Surabaya.

Abstract

A great nation is a nation that not only utilizes its natural resources but also develops other potentials such as reading and writing as a bridge of civilization from one generation to another. Nowadays, technology is commonly used in all fields, including education, to increase the reading interest among students that are still very low. The School Literacy Movement (Gerakan Literasi Sekolah or GLS) is part of the implementation of the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 23 the Year 2015 concerning "Business Character Development." It aims to foster a literacy culture and increase interest in reading, critical thinking, and problem-solving. This study aims to reveal the use of technology to support the policy of the school literacy movement using Literacycloud.com at SDN Nglumber II Kepohbaru Bojonegoro. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data sources in the form of interviews, literature reviews, field notes, and observations. The results showed that using Literacycloud technology synergized with the GLS policy program at SDN Nglumber II Kepohbaru Bojonegoro could improve students' reading interest. In addition, there are also inhibiting factors for the GLS program at SDN Nglumber II Kepohbaru Bojonegoro, including inadequate books and library space, the absence of a GLS bureaucratic structure, and low student awareness of reading.

Abstract

Purpose: This research explores the effectiveness of the mobile car program initiated by the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) UPTB 3 Surabaya City to increase public awareness of Land and Building Tax (PBB). Methodology: This research is a qualitative study with a descriptive design, which is a benchmark for participation in the effectiveness of PBB voting. This study describes the role and strategies of the PBB mobile car. Results: According to several sources, the PBB mobile car program in Sawahan District, Surabaya received a positive response from the community. Increased insight into taxation and simplification of the administrative process.  The main strategy for mobile cars is to choose strategic places, such as markets and public places, with a regular schedule with friendly and communicative officers. Conclusion: The mobile car program in Sawahan District, Surabaya, significantly increased public awareness of PBB. The public is easier to reach, educated with clearer information, and makes the tax payment process easier for the government. This program received positive responses from both taxpayers and related officers, although challenges in expanding public reach and understanding remain. Limitation: This study was conducted only at Bapenda UPTB 3, Sawahan District, Surabaya. Contribution: This research can increase public awareness, especially in Sawahan District, Surabaya, regarding the payment of PBB and as an evaluation material for Bapenda UPTB 3, Surabaya City Government to improve services in the field of PBB Payments to increase income and manage regional development.
