Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran KSPPS BMT Bina Insan Sejahtera dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kota Baru, Jambi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pengurus, nasabah, serta pelaku UMKM penerima dukungan pembiayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran BMT mencakup pendampingan ide bisnis, konsultasi, dan pemahaman prinsip keuangan syariah pada tahap konseptual; pemberian modal awal, bimbingan teknis, serta strategi pemasaran pada tahap start-up; peningkatan efisiensi operasional, pencatatan keuangan, dan pengendalian biaya pada tahap stabilisasi; hingga dukungan ekspansi usaha, inovasi produk, evaluasi berkala, dan pembinaan berkelanjutan pada tahap pertumbuhan dan kedewasaan usaha. Faktor penghambat meliputi keterbatasan modal, SDM, risiko pembiayaan, rendahnya literasi keuangan, kredit macet, lemahnya legalitas, serta minimnya inovasi produk. Sementara itu, faktor pendukung mencakup pemahaman mendalam terhadap karakteristik UMKM lokal, pendekatan personal kepada anggota, skema pembiayaan fleksibel, pelayanan cepat, pendampingan pasca pembiayaan, serta komitmen kuat terhadap prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This research aims to find out what factors cause more women to sell at Aurduri market compared to men, to find out how women contribute to helping their family's economy at Aurduri market, and to find out what problems or obstacles female traders face when contributing to Aurduri market. . This research uses a qualitative method, with a total of 9 informants. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources with data collection techniques through observation interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are three factors that cause more women to sell at the Aurduri market, namely: first, family economic factors, where the husband's income is not sufficient for daily living needs, and the costs of school children. The second factor is education and age, where female traders who have low education and are quite old and do not have the qualifications to work in other places, because they are old, but they are still fit and productive to work, decide to become traders at the Aurduri market. The third factor of self-actualization, the results of the research, showed that respondents admitted that they enjoyed selling at the market because apart from being able to meet friends, filling their free time also increased their income. The contribution of women traders to the family is classified as medium to high, which can be seen from the results of their sales which are used for daily needs, to increase family income, and also to save on unexpected costs. There are two obstacles faced by women traders, namely the weather conditions when it rains making buyers in the market lonely, secondly, the large number of home-scale vegetable sellers competes with the price and completeness of goods which are almost available in every neighborhood and housing complex, especially those on the road to the market. Aurduri makes buyers prefer shopping in nearby places.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi digital telah mengubah pola konsumsi mahasiswa dari sistem konvensional menuju transaksi daring yang lebih praktis. Fenomena ini menimbulkan kesenjangan antara kemudahan akses e-commerce dengan penerapan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam dalam perilaku konsumsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam (FEBI) UIN STS Jambi dalam bertransaksi di platform Shopee berdasarkan prinsip kesederhanaan (Qana’ah), pengendalian diri terhadap perilaku berlebih-lebihan (Isrāf), serta kesadaran terhadap produk halal-thayyib. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan sepuluh mahasiswa dari berbagai program studi dan dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa telah berupaya menerapkan nilai Qana’ah dengan berbelanja sesuai kebutuhan dan menghindari pemborosan, meskipun sebagian masih terpengaruh oleh promosi dan diskon. Selain itu, tingkat kesadaran terhadap produk halal-thayyib tergolong tinggi, tetapi belum sepenuhnya konsisten karena keterbatasan informasi halal di platform e-commerce. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam dalam transaksi digital sudah mulai berkembang, namun masih memerlukan penguatan agar perilaku konsumsi daring dapat selaras dengan prinsip syariah secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tutor di LMS menyimpan data berupa log yang dapat dimanfaatkan menjadi pengetahuan tentang kinerja tutor. Kinerja tutor yang lemah akan berdampak pada kinerja mahasiswa, dan kinerja institusi secara keseluruhan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini untuk (1) mendeskripsikan dan memantau kinerja tutor yang lemah pada aplikasi LMS berbasis moodle berdasarkan data log, (2) mendeteksi tutor yang termasuk dalam kategori outlier berdasarkan aktivitas yang dilakukan di LMS. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri atas 4 tahap, yaitu melakukan pengambilan data log aktivitas tutor selama satu semester (n =25), melakukan analisis deskriptif, dan analisis clustering dengan k-means dan deteksi outlier. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar tutor memanfaatkan LMS hanya untuk mengumpulkan tugas, menampilkan materi dan sedikit yang disertai dengan aktivitas-aktivitas lain seperti forum, diskusi, quiz dan lainnya. Tutor dalam menampilkan standar isi atau konten hanya memberikan instruksi pengumpulan tugas dan menampilkan materi dengan menyertakan link atau video dari sumber lain. Fakta lain menunjukkan bahwa tutor jarang memberikan feedback (umpan balik) baik secara narasi maupun penilaian ketika memberikan tugas sehingga totur dalam melakukan pembelajaran online belum memenuhi standar proses pada pembelajaran online. Oleh karena itu, sebagian besar tutor underperformed karena isi dan proses pembelajaran onlinenya belum sesuai standar. AbstractThe Tutors’ learning in LMS stores data in logs which can be used as knowledge to find out about tutor performance. The tutors were weak performance have been an impact on student performance, and the performance of the institution as a whole. Therefore, this study aims to (1) describe and monitor the weak performance of tutors in the LMS application based on log data, (2) detect tutors who are included in the outlier category based on the activities in the LMS. The stages of this research were 4 stages, namely collected log data of tutors' activities for one semester (n = 25), conducted descriptive analysis, clustered analysis with K-means, and outlier detection. The results were most tutors used LMS only to collected assignments, presented material and a few were activities such as forums, discussions, quizzes and others. Tutors presented standard content was only provide instructions for submitted assignments and displayed material by including links or videos from other sources. Another fact showed who were tutors rarely provided feedback both in narrative and assessment when giving assignments so that the tutors in doing online learning has not met the standard process in online learning. Therefore, most of the tutors have underperformed because the content and learning process have not up to standard.

Abstract

Beauty care has become a crucial necessity in modern society, not only for enhancing appearance but also for skin health. The inundation of the market with beauty products and advertisements creates a strong urge for individuals, especially women, to consume beauty products and services for desired appearances. In efforts to attract consumers, beauty business owners strive to provide the best services to fulfill consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction becomes the primary focus for consumer- oriented companies, with consumer loyalty formed from a combination of satisfaction and complaint handling. Consumers, as key players in the business ecosystem, play a significant role in determining product acceptance in the market. Product quality is a crucial factor in creating customer loyalty, with perceived quality by customers playing a crucial role in enhancing satisfaction and ultimately strengthening customer loyalty. Therefore, a deep understanding of consumer needs and preferences, along with efforts to maintain high product quality, is key to successfully building long-term customer loyalty.

Abstract

A market is an area where goods are bought and sold with more than one seller, whether referred to as a shopping center, traditional market, shops, mall, trade center or other designations. Deviant behavior is often found in traditional markets. Therefore, Islamic business ethics plays a very important role in regulating the behavior of traders. Islamic business ethics are ethical norms based on the Qur'an and hadith that must be used as a reference by anyone in every business activity. The purpose of this study was to determine the understanding of the Islamic business ethics of traders in Pamenang Market, Merangin Regency, Jambi. In this study the method used was qualitative by checking the validity of the data using triangulation techniques and the method of collecting data using observation and interviews. The informants in this study were five traders and five buyers. Based on the results of this study indicate that some traders in Pamenang Market have understood Islamic business ethics but there are still some traders who do not understand it. However, the behavior of traders in Pamenang Market is generally good in carrying out the principles of Islamic business ethics that have been implemented, namely there are three, the principle of balance (Equilibrum), the principle of free will, and the principle of truth (Benevolence), although there are still two principles that have not been fully implemented, namely: the principle of unity (Tauhud) and the principle of responsibility (Responsibility). Where traders still prioritize profits but do not pay attention to the losses of the buyer.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that has extraordinary natural wealth because Indonesia is located in a tropical area which has high rainfall and sunlight almost all the time which makes plants grow fertile then has many mountains which are rich in minerals and has vast waters which are rich in minerals. marine animals and also Indonesia has abundant fertile land. Agriculture is the sector that receives the main attention in the development of food crop commodities. Indonesia is an agricultural country, where the main source of livelihood for the people is agriculture. This is motivated by geographical location. Indonesia is located in a tropical area, so the weather conditions, land and other resources in Indonesia have high potential to develop the agricultural sector. Based on these results, it can be concluded that all variables in this study are reliable. All variables have a normal distribution. This is proven by testing using the normality test. It is known that the Commodity Price, Land Area and Number of Areca Palm variables (X) and the farmer's income variable (Y) have values ​​greater than 0.05, so these variables have a significant effect. Based on the t test, the variables commodity prices, land area and number of areca nut have a significant effect on farmer income. The higher the price of commodities, the area of ​​land and the number of areca nuts owned and managed, the higher the price of commodities and the number of areca nuts and the area of ​​eating land that farmers' income will increase. Meanwhile, the analysis of commodity prices, land area and number of areca palms on farmer income based on test results (R2) has quite a large influence, namely 64.9%. Meanwhile, the remaining 35.1% was influenced by other factors not examined in this research. Thus, commodity prices, land area and number of areca nuts affect farmer income

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada keprihatinan terhadap salah satu budaya/bahasa lokal di Sulawesi Selatan yang secara perlahan namun pasti tergerus oleh perkembangan zaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menerapkan pencarian secara dinamis berbasis web untuk menampilkan padanan kata, gambar, dan contoh kalimat bahasa Massenrempulu Kabupaten Enrekang, Sulawesi Selatan sesuai dengan kata yang dimasukkan dalam bahasa Indonesia. Tahapan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Menentukan fungsi utama; (2) Perancangan aplikasi; (3) Implementasi pencarian secara dinamis menggunakan live search AJAX pada aplikasi kamus Massenrempulu. Berdasarkan penelitian ini telah dihasilkan sebuah aplikasi kamus Bahasa Massenrempulu berbasis web dengan model pencarian yang sangat dinamis berbasis web.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the mukhabarah agreement at the Lagan Jaya Palm Oil Cooperative in East Tanjung Jabung Regency, specifically in its collaboration with PT Indonusa Agromulya as a partner company. The mukhabarah agreement, which in local practice is better known as a cooperation agreement, is a form of profit-sharing agreement between landowners and managers. In this study, the focus is directed at how the agreement is implemented, the extent to which it complies with sharia principles, and the obstacles that arise in practice in the field. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Primary data was obtained through in-depth interviews with cooperative administrators, plasma farmers, and related parties, while secondary data was obtained from cooperation agreement documents (SPK), profit-sharing reports, and literature related to the mukhabarah agreement. Data collection techniques were conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used the methods of reduction, presentation, and inductive drawing of conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of a written mukhabarah contract has fulfilled the basic principles of sharia, namely the clarity of the rights and obligations of each party, as well as a profit-sharing system with a 50:50 ratio. However, in practice, several obstacles were found, including weak company management in plantation maintenance, delays and inconsistencies in profit sharing, and minimal supervision from the cooperative and the involvement of plasma farmers. These factors cause a misalignment between the contents of the contract and the reality, thus harming the cooperative and plasma farmer members. This study confirms that the success of a mukhabarah contract is not only determined by the written agreement, but also by the consistency of implementation, transparency in profit sharing, and collective supervision from all parties involved. These findings are expected to provide a practical contribution to cooperatives in improving cooperation systems, as well as become academic considerations for Islamic economic studies related to the implementation of the mukhabarah contract in the plantation sector
