Abstract

This research aims to find out how the Big Book learning media is applied in the social studies learning process, to find out students' interest in learning, and the influence of using Big Book learning media on students' learning interests. This quantitative research uses a one-shot case study design, using 32 respondents. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used were a percentage scale, validity test, reliability test using the Kuder Ricardson-20 method, normality test, linearity test, Pearson Product Moment correlation test, determination test, simple linear regression test, and hypothesis test. The results of this research are (1) the level of application of Big Book learning media is around 75.71%, included in the strong category (2) the level of interest in learning social studies of students using Big Book media is 80.92%, included in the strong category (3) T count results 7.122 > T table 2.042 or sig value .000 < 0.05, which means it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between the Big Book learning media on students' interest in learning in the social studies learning process.

Abstract

Problems that occur in the era of globalization and technological development often provide major challenges to the field of entrepreneurship in Indonesia. Moreover, in developing the economy, people are required to compete in running their entrepreneurship, so in this case the researcher conducted a study on the actualization of Karang Taruna Pangeran Drajat in implementing entrepreneurial values, as well as driving and inhibiting factors and strategies in its implementation, this is generally aimed at advancing business and the economy. Then the specific objectives of this study are: to find out and describe the actualization of Karang Taruna in implementing entrepreneurial values, driving and inhibiting factors, and the strategy of Karang Taruna Pangeran Drajat in actualizing entrepreneurial values. Internalization and realization of entrepreneurial values in Karang Taruna are very necessary, in this case it can make Karang Taruna have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be able to compete in the current era of globalization and can play an important role in the economic development of the Drajat Village community. This research is a qualitative research with the technique used is a snippet of purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with interviews, observations and document analysis. Data validity uses data/source triangulation techniques and triangulation methods. Data analysis uses an interactive analysis model. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the actualization of Karang Taruna Pangeran Drajat in implementing entrepreneurial values is: Able to see opportunities, optimism, able to take risks, creative and innovative, commitment, and proactive, these values are applied to every entrepreneurial activity. Then the driving and inhibiting factors in actualizing entrepreneurial values include, driving factors: environmental conduciveness, skills and knowledge, motivation and commitment, inhibiting factors: capital problems, managerial problems, business location problems. Then the strategy of Karang Taruna in implementing entrepreneurial values includes: education and training, communication and practice, believing in ability.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the development of children's character from the psychological perspective of Islamic education at MTSN 2 Cirebon because Islamic character is expected to be possessed by students studying at Islamic schools. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach and uses library research. Qualitative research has been happening before the researcher is in the field. Based on this, the authors decided the stages of writing this article were as follows: (1) collecting data, (2) selecting the required data, and (3) analyzing the data so that appropriate conclusions can be reached. The research results collected, selected, and analyzed show that character is a series of motivations, attitudes, behaviors, and skills to do the best. This good character must be supported by knowledge of goodness, the desire to do good, and the ability to do good deeds. Therefore, in developing the factors that influence children's character, starting from a strong family, parental involvement in raising children, parenting patterns applied by parents, consistency, habituation, and exemplary. Apart from that, children need to pay attention to the food they eat. The food factors considered are not only the nutritional and health aspects but also need to pay attention to the halal aspects, both in terms of substances and halal from the method of obtaining them. Character education was chosen to realize the character formation of students or generations of noble people.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of human interaction in the digital era, emphasizing its psychological impacts and adaptive strategies within the framework of communication psychology. The rapid expansion of digital technologies during the Fourth Industrial Revolution—such as social media, instant messaging, and virtual platforms—has facilitated unprecedented connectivity while simultaneously generating significant challenges, including the erosion of non-verbal communication depth, algorithm-driven echo chambers, and pressures associated with digital identity construction. These dynamics have profound implications for empathy, emotional regulation, and self-concept stability, particularly among adolescents and young adults. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, this research synthesizes recent scholarly findings from accredited journals, books, and conference proceedings. The results underscore the necessity of adaptive communication psychology strategies focusing on emotional literacy, self-awareness, and positive online behavior to promote healthier digital interactions. The study recommends integrating these strategies into formal and non-formal education to foster digital resilience and mitigate adverse psychological outcomes. Future research should explore culturally sensitive interventions to enhance social cohesion and psychological well-being in increasingly digital societies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi media berburu ubur-ubur dalam kajian sosial pembelajaran IPS di tingkat perguruan tinggi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, penelitian dilaksanakan di Program Studi Pendidikan IPS UINSiber Syekh Nurjati dengan melibatkan 15 mahasiswa semester 3 sebagai subjek penelitian. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi media berburu ubur-ubur yang dilakukan melalui tiga tahapan (pengenalan, eksplorasi, dan penguatan) berhasil meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, ditandai dengan peningkatan tingkat kehadiran dari 75% menjadi 95%. Keberhasilan implementasi didukung oleh faktor-faktor seperti desain media yang menarik, dukungan fasilitas teknologi, dan antusiasme dosen. Meskipun terdapat beberapa hambatan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan variasi kemampuan teknologi mahasiswa, penggunaan media ini tetap menunjukkan dampak positif terhadap kajian sosial pembelajaran IPS, terlihat dari kemampuan mahasiswa dalam menjelaskan konsep dan mengaitkannya dengan kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Wordwall merupakan media interaktif yang inovatif untuk pembelajaran sejarah, terutama pada materi perlawanan terhadap kolonialisme dan imperialisme di Indonesia. Media ini menghadirkan pembelajaran yang seru dan partisipatif melalui berbagai permainan edukatif, seperti kuis, teka-teki, dan aktivitas pencocokan kata, yang dirancang untuk menarik minat siswa. Dengan pendekatan yang interaktif, Wordwall memungkinkan siswa untuk memahami peristiwa sejarah yang kompleks secara lebih visual dan mendalam. Wordwall juga memfasilitasi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan generasi digital saat ini, membuat sejarah terasa relevan dan menarik. Melalui Wordwall, siswa dapat menjelajahi kisah-kisah heroik tokoh nasional serta memahami konteks perjuangan bangsa Indonesia melawan penjajahan dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Studi ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Wordwall tidak hanya mampu meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa, tetapi juga memperkuat pemahaman konseptual dan analitis mereka terhadap peristiwa-peristiwa sejarah penting, menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih hidup dan bermakna.

Abstract

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman tentang “Indonesia pada masa kemerdekaan Indonesia hingga masa reformasi agama” melalui pemanfaatan media pembelajaran permainan Ular Tangga di kelas IPS. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan berdasarkan pendekatan studi kasus. Partisipan penelitian adalah mahasiswa tahun pertama mata kuliah pendidikan ilmu sosial di salah satu universitas negeri di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan permainan Ular Tangga sebagai media pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi sejarah Indonesia secara signifikan. Melalui metode pembelajaran interaktif ini, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan motivasi belajar, partisipasi aktif, dan kemampuan menghafal peristiwa sejarah. Abstract

Minat belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) sering rendah karena metode pembelajaran yang kurang menarik. Untuk mengatasinya, metode Team Games Tournament (TGT) dapat diterapkan. Metode ini berbasis pembelajaran kooperatif, dan melibatkan kerja sama dalam tim heterogen, yang berkompetisi melalui permainan edukatif. Dengan menggabungkan unsur kolaborasi, kompetisi, dan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, TGT mendukung teori konstruktivisme yang tekanan pengalaman langsung sebagai cara efektif membangun pengetahuan. Selain itu, pendekatan ini sejalan dengan teori motivasi belajar, di mana permainan dan penghargaan meningkatkan minat dan keterlibatan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji sejauh mana metode TGT dapat meningkatkan minat belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS, serta untuk menilai dampak signifikan metode tersebut terhadap minat belajar siswa. Faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan penerapan metode ini meliputi terciptanya suasana kompetisi yang positif, keterlibatan aktif siswa, dan penguatan pemahaman materi melalui aktivitas permainan. Abstract

Wordwall is a medium that makes student more interested in the learning process, so that they are actively involved in the learning process and understand the material presented. So that it can improve students' skills and understanding. Based on this research and previous research, it can be understood that the Wordwall learning media is not only used for language, history and mathematics subjects but can also be used in social studies subjects. Wordwalls can also be used in distance learning because teachers can share activities they create with students online. Additionally, Wordwall offers a variety of tools and features to analyze students' progress in understanding course material. Therefore, Wordwall is a useful tool in education that aims to create a more interactive and interesting learning experience by using specific words and concepts. Abstract

Penguatan sektor maritim dan agrikultur memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung ketahanan ekonomi Indonesia, mengingat potensi sumber daya alam yang melimpah pada kedua sektor tersebut. Sektor maritim dapat mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui optimalisasi pelabuhan, pengelolaan perikanan berkelanjutan, dan pemanfaatan potensi laut lainnya. Sementara itu, sektor agrikultur berkontribusi pada penyediaan kebutuhan pangan domestik dan peningkatan devisa melalui ekspor. Integrasi kedua sektor ini, yang didukung oleh investasi infrastruktur, penelitian, dan kebijakan berkelanjutan, mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk Indonesia di pasar global, memperkuat ketahanan pangan, dan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Pendekatan menggunakan metode WordWall, menawarkan visualisasi strategi untuk memetakan hubungan antara elemen-elemen penting dari penguatan ekonomi maritim dan agrikultur. Metode ini menyederhanakan penghilangan prioritas dan sinergi kebijakan, sehingga mendukung formulasi strategi yang komprehensif dan inklusif untuk pembangunan ekonomi nasional yang tangguh dan berkelanjutan.
