Abstract

Abstract Currently, the development of banks is increasingly rapid and a high degree of complexity can affect the operation of the bank. The high complexity of the banking business increases the risks that banks in Indonesia face. Banking is an industry that in its business relies on the trust of the public, so the soundness of the bank must be maintained. According to a World Bank survey, the  implementation of  corporate governance systems is weak or generally known as good corporate governance. has not been maximized in the implementation process. The implementation of good corporate governance system has not been effective or effective because  many cases still occur such as: money laundering, embezzlement, theft and corruption carried out by unscrupulous banks themselves. still happening in Indonesia. Financial performance management in the banking sector To know and analyze the role of leverage on financial performance in the banking sector, quantitative research is a type of research with technical characteristics systematic, well-planned and clearly structured end-to-end study design. This study used a data-documentation approach, namely by collecting data from a variety of identified sources. Data on banking and financial statements are obtained from the official website of the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The results of the trials carried out can be described in depth in relation to the results of the research carried out, and also  on the basis of the results of the tests carried out they can be made in relation to the results of the studies carried out. regarding the presentation of the results. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that good corporate governance using the variables of organizational ownership and manager ownership does not have a significant effect on financial performance, leading to concluded that good corporate governance and leverage variables have a significant effect on financial performance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Leverage, Financial Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. The data used in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Batik Tulis Argotirto with a total sample of 64 consumers. Sampling technique using Non Probability Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools. Based on the results of the study simultaneously showed that product quality, product innovation and marketing strategy had a significant effect on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. While partially there is an influence between the variables of product quality, product innovation, and marketing strategy on competitive advantage in SME Batik Tulis Argotirto. Keywords: Product Quality, Product Innovation, Marketing Strategy, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

Abstract In today's challenging and competitive age of globalization, a great need for qualified human resources, abilities, knowledge and skills tailored to its needs is met, as the world's demand for prospective workers is increasingly high.The purpose of this research is to describe the motivation, interpersonal communication, and field practice experiences, to know and analyze the effects of motivations, interpersonal communication, and field practice experiences on student preparedness to enter the workforce, to know and analyze the motivating effects on student preparedness to enter the workforce, To know and analyze the effects of interpersonal communication on students' preparedness to enter the workforce, to know and analyze the effects of field practice experiences on student preparedness to enter the workforce. Abstract

Abstract The balanced scorecard is a performance measurement and management system that views the company from four perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth perspectives to improve strategic decisions in achieving company goals and provide managers or SMEs with an understanding of business performance. The advantage of implementing the Balanced Scorecard is to be able to provide a measure that can be used as a basis for strategic improvement. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of financial perspectives, customer perspectives, internal business process perspectives and learning and growth perspectives on SMEs performance. The object of this research is SMEs in Jepara Regency. Jepara Regency in 2022, namely 740 SMEs. The sampling technique, namely incidental sampling, obtained a total sample of 88. The data analysis method was through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process perspective and learning and growth perspective simultaneously have a significant effect on the performance of SMEs. Partially, the financial perspective and internal business process perspective have a significant effect on SMEs performance, while the customer perspective and learning and growth perspective have no significant effect on SMEs performance. Keyword: Financial Perspectives, Customer Perspectives, Internal Business Process Perspectives, Learning and Growth Perspectives, SME Performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of brand trust and celebrity endorser on purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on Samsung smartphone consumers in Surya Phone Lamongan with a sample of 45 respondents. The research method used is non-probability sampling with accidental sampling technique. The data used from the results of distributing questionnaires to samples at the time of the study will be collected and processed using one of the software, namely SPSS 25. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it shows that brand trust and celebrity endorsers have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Brand trust has an effect on purchasing decisions. Celebrity endorser has an effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is one of the factors that influence the level of success of an organization. Employee performance can be measured if an employee or group of employees has performance criteria or parameters set by the company or organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work culture, and work environment on employee performance at the Production Department employees of CV. Gloria Tri Agung, Tulungagung. The population in this study were production department employees at CV. Gloria Tri Agung, Tulungagung. The approach method uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using a questionnaire distributed to production department employees, totaling 116 respondents and using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the study show that leadership style, work culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Partially, leadership style and work culture have a significant effect on employee performance, while the work environment has no significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership Style, Work Culture, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Abstract In this study, the aim is to determine the influence of reward and work performance on the job performance of PT employees. HM. Sampoerna Tbk. Sukorejo - Pasuruan. This study has a population of 850 employees. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with 90 employees. Then, this study used questionnaires and interviews to collect data. To analyze the data itself, this study uses simple regression analysis. The results of this study explain that rewards and job performance have a positive impact on employee performance. Therefore, it can be said that the higher the reward and work efficiency, the better the performance of the employee. Reward and performance have a positive effect on employee performance. A fairer remuneration system will motivate employees to be more enthusiastic about taking control of their work, for example with the availability of compensation, benefits, career development and on-the-job training. work with quality, according to plan, efficiently.  Keywords: reward, work efficiency, employee performance

Abstract

Abstract The development of e-commerce in Indonesia is getting faster and creating more competitive competition between e-commerce. Strategies and feature innovations are often made to improve the shopping experience, one of which is live streaming shopping. Currently, live streaming shopping is the latest and most popular trend in online shopping. Shopee Live is the live streaming shopping feature that is most often used by Indonesians. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of price discounts, online customer reviews, and free shipping vouchers on impulse buying of Shopee live users. This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. Sampling was conducted on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 75 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 25 analysis tools. The results showed that partially price discounts, online customer reviews, and free shipping vouchers have a positive and significant effect on impulse buying. Abstract

Abstract The objectives of this research are: 1) To examine the information content of market ratios and profitability ratios in hotel companies, 2) To determine the influence of market ratios and profitability ratios in hotel companies.The population of this research are companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI), especially in the hospitality sector. This research method uses quantitative methods. The test equipment used in this research uses the SPSS application. In collecting samples using the documentation method through reports on the company website and also on the IDX. Based on the existing criteria, 9 hotel companies were obtained as research samples on the IDX in the 2019-2022 period.In this study, the t test was used which shows that market ratios have a significant effect on stock returns and profitability ratios do not have a significant effect on stock returns. Keywords: Market Ratios, Profitability Ratios, SPSS, BEI, Stock Returns, Shares.
