Abstract

Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah suatu keadaan di mana terjadi peningkatan tekanan pembuluh darah secara terus menerus yaitu tekanan darah sistolik (systolic blood pressure) lebih dari 140 mmhg dan tekanan darah diastolik (diastolic blood pressure) lebih dari 90 mmhg setelah mengalami pemeriksaan ulang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan self management behaviour dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien hipertensi di rumah sakit mitra medika tanjung mulia tahun 2025. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien hipertensi yang berobat di instalasi rawat jalan berada di Rumah Sakit Mitra Medika Tanjung Mulia Medan yang berjumlah 80 responden. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel secara kebetulan tanpa direncanakan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan menggunakan uji Chi-Square memeperlihatkan bahwa nilai signifikan probabilitas (Asymp.Sig) self management behaviour adalah 0,000 atau < nilai sig = 0,05. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ada hubungan self management behaviour dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien hipertensi di rumah sakit mitra medika tanjung mulia medan tahun 2025. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara statistik ada hubungan self management behaviour dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien hipertensi di rumah sakit mitra medika tahun 2025. Kepada penderita hpertensi di harapkan dapat memberikan masukan dan motivasi agar pasien dapat meningkatkan self management behaviour dan dapat mengontrol kecemasan.

Abstract

Abstract: This community service activity focuses on increasing digital literacy as an effort to support digital transformation in the Industry 5.0 era. This program is designed to provide training and seminars to employees of PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia Batam to improve their understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology effectively in the world of work. Through this activity, participants are given insight into the use of digital technology in business operations, cybersecurity, personal data protection, and the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in industry. This training also includes practical skills such as data analysis, use of digital business software, and e-commerce optimization. So this activity aims to support digital transformation in the Industry 5.0 era by increasing people's understanding and skills in utilizing digital technology. The target of this program is for company employees to be able to optimize technology in business activities, increase productivity, and innovate in the digital era. With this approach, it is hoped that participants can improve work efficiency, competitiveness, and the ability to adapt to technological developments. Program ini dirancang untuk memberikan pelatihan dan seminar kepada karyawan PT Flextronics Technology Indonesia Batam guna meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan mereka dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital secara efektif dalam dunia kerja. Melalui kegiatan ini, peserta diberikan wawasan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam operasional bisnis, keamanan siber, perlindungan data pribadi, serta penerapan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam industri. Pelatihan ini juga mencakup keterampilan praktis seperti analisis data, penggunaan perangkat lunak bisnis digital, dan optimalisasi e-commerce. Sehingga kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mendukung transformasi digital di era Industri 5.0 dengan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan Pengabdian masyarakat adalah metode edukasi berupa penyuluhan dengan ceramah dan diskusi. Sasaran program ini adalah para karyawan perusahaan agar dapat mengoptimalkan teknologi dalam aktivitas bisnis, meningkatkan produktivitas, serta berinovasi di era digital. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan peserta dapat meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, daya saing, serta kemampuan beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi. Abstract

Easy accessibility to the internet and social media allows individuals to communicate anonymously, providing opportunities for abusive and harmful behavior. The psychological impact of cyberbullying can be very detrimental, triggering stress, depression, and even causing more serious consequences such as suicide. This paper describes cyberbullying sentiment analysis with a focus on the use of four different boosting methods, namely Gradient Booster, Gradient Booster, XGBoost, AdaBoost, dan LightGBM on a multi-label public dataset covering 6 categories. The aim of this research is to compare and analyze the relative performance of these boosting methods in overcoming the challenges of multi-label sentiment analysis in the context of cyberbullying. Results reveal that XGBoost and LightGBM have a tendency to more effectively overcome the challenges of detecting cyberbullying in more complex categories, making a positive contribution to the development of superior detection systems in the context of multi-label sentiment analysis. This research contributes to the field by providing a comparative analysis of state-of-the-art boosting algorithms, highlighting their strengths in multi-label classification tasks, and offering practical insights for developing more accurate and reliable cyberbullying detection systems. The findings from this study are expected to serve as a reference for future development of machine learning-based tools that can help mitigate the psychological harm caused by online abuse, particularly in detecting subtle and complex forms of cyberbullying behavior.

Abstract

Motivated by the decline in the number of new students and the foundation's desire to modernize, this program targets constraints such as restrictions on the use of electronics, limited technological facilities, and the technical ability of educators that still need to be improved. The program used theoretical presentation and interactive discussions to provide a new perspective on learning transformation while maintaining pesantren values. The evaluation results show that although the introduction of technology has been in accordance with management needs, it is still necessary to improve digital literacy and develop a more attractive learning platform. This PKM program has a desire to carry out future cooperation in the form of knowledge exchange for the development of pesantren to become more modern, structured and advanced.Keywords: digital literation; islamic boarding school; technology Abstrak: Dilatarbelakangi oleh penurunan jumlah santri baru dan keinginan yayasan untuk modernisasi, program ini menyasar kendala-kendala seperti pembatasan penggunaan elektronik, keterbatasan fasilitas teknologi, dan kemampuan teknis pendidik yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan ini menggunakan metode pemaparan teoritis, dan diskusi interaktif untuk memberikan pandangan baru tentang transformasi pembelajaran dengan tetap mempertahankan nilai-nilai kepesantrenan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa meski pengenalan teknologi telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen, masih diperlukan peningkatan literasi digital dan pengembangan platform pembelajaran yang lebih atraktif. Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan sistem deteksi penyakit pada rumput laut menggunakan metode Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) dengan YOLO v11. Sistem dilatih menggunakan data yang terdiri dari Healthy Seaweed, Kerak Bryozoan, dan ice-ice dari dataset Roboflow. Model YOLO v11m dengan 20 juta parameter dievaluasi menggunakan metrik presisi, recall, F1-Score, dan mAP. Hasil menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam deteksi penyakit dengan mAP50 sekitar 0.84 pada data validasi dan implementasi dalam aplikasi Web menggunakan Flask

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the tangible impact of digital technology on improving the livelihoods and income of fishermen in Batam, in alignment with the principles of a sustainable blue economy. Research Methodology: The research employed a quantitative and qualitative approach through direct field surveys conducted with 52 local fishermen in Batam. The data collected focused on digital tool usage, income changes, and perceived benefits and challenges. Results: Findings reveal that digital technologies—such as meteorological forecasting applications and online marketing platforms—serve as crucial drivers for economic transformation. Approximately 80% of the observed income increases are attributable to digital literacy and technology use. Notably, over 50% of respondents reported a direct rise in income after adopting digital marketing strategies. Conclusion: Digitalization significantly boosts fishermen’s income and economic resilience. However, this transition is impeded by limited technological adaptation among older generations and inadequate internet infrastructure in coastal regions. Limitations: The study is limited by its sample size and geographic scope, focusing solely on fishermen in Batam, which may limit the generalizability of the results to other archipelagic regions. Contribution: This research offers critical insights for policymakers by highlighting the importance of accessible technology training and robust internet infrastructure. These are key to ensuring equitable digital transformation and enhancing the global competitiveness of local fishing communities in Batam.

Abstract

Stunting is a health issue that has a negative impact on people's quality of life and the development of a bangsa. Finding the cause of stunting accurately is a crucial step in developing effective mitigation strategies. K-Nearest Neighbor (K-NN) is one machine learning algorithm that is frequently used for classification and data analysis, but its performance is greatly impacted by the choice of an ideal K parameter. This study highlights the use of metaheuristic algorithms, such as genetic algorithms (GA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO), to optimize K in K-NN in order to identify the stunting factor. This method uses the kekuatan eksplorasi and eksploitasi algoritma metaheuristik to determine parameter K that yields optimal accuracy. Based on the results of the metaheuristic algorithm, it is concluded that without optimization, K-NN only achieves an accuracy of roughly 63%, highlighting the importance of choosing a suitable K value. When GA is used in K-NN optimization, the accuracy increases significantly, reaching 73%, indicating its ability to effectively explore the solution space. On the other hand, PSO also increases accuracy to 74%. It is hoped that the results of this study will provide significant contributions to the development of a more reliable model for analyzing the factors that contribute to stunting, thereby enhancing the use of data-based decision-making in attempts to address the stunting problem holistically.

Abstract

Network stability plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of digital services in modern organizations. Network disruptions such as packet loss, latency, and downtime often degrade overall system performance. This research implements a Network Monitoring System based on the Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) to enable early detection of network disturbances in real time.An experimental approach was conducted by evaluating key performance parameters, including response time, packet loss, availability, and automatic alert frequency. The results show a significant improvement in network performance after implementing the system: the average response time decreased from 180 ms to 52 ms, packet loss dropped from 7.5% to 0.8%, and network availability increased from 94.2% to 99.5%. In addition, the system successfully generated automatic alerts when network anomalies were detected. These findings demonstrate that the SNMP-based monitoring system effectively enhances network reliability and accelerates fault detection processes. The implementation of SNMP provides an efficient and proactive approach for network administrators to maintain service stability and minimize downtime. Abstract

Marine debris is a serious problem, especially in the outermost, foremost, and least developed (3T) islands of Indonesia, where limited infrastructure and low public awareness are the main obstacles to effective waste management. This study aims to design, develop, and evaluate an Internet of Things (IoT)-based application integrated with a community-based web platform to support circular economy practices and community empowerment in marine debris management. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) adapted from Borg & Gall, starting from the needs analysis stage to dissemination. An IoT module equipped with ultrasonic and GPS sensors is used to detect container capacity and location in real-time. Performance testing results show a response time of 1.8 seconds, a data transmission success rate of 98.7%, and a capacity detection accuracy of 96.2%, which meets the established technical standards. User acceptance testing using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) involving 15 respondents resulted in an average Perceived Usefulness (PU) score of 4.40 and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) of 4.23. Pearson's correlation analysis showed an r value of 0.84 (p = 0.0001), indicating a very strong and significant positive relationship between ease of use and perceived usefulness. This finding confirms that the developed system is technically reliable, easy to use, and capable of promoting environmental sustainability and economic opportunities in the 3T island communities.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja jaringan pada lingkungan virtualisasi dengan memanfaatkan Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) sebagai sistem monitoring. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif melalui eksperimen dengan membandingkan kondisi jaringan sebelum dan sesudah implementasi monitoring berbasis SNMP. Pengumpulan data dilakukan selama lima hari dengan total 720 sampel menggunakan tools ping, iPerf, serta monitoring berbasis SNMP. Parameter yang dianalisis meliputi latency, packet loss, throughput, jitter, dan availability. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pada indikator kinerja jaringan, di mana latency menurun sebesar 37,9%, packet loss menurun sebesar 68,4%, dan jitter menurun sebesar 44,3%, sementara throughput meningkat sebesar 23,7% serta availability meningkat dari 96,2% menjadi 99,1%. Peningkatan tersebut tidak secara langsung disebabkan oleh SNMP, melainkan berkaitan dengan peningkatan visibilitas jaringan dan efektivitas monitoring, sehingga memungkinkan deteksi dan penanganan gangguan jaringan secara lebih cepat. Dengan demikian, SNMP berkontribusi secara tidak langsung dalam meningkatkan kinerja dan keandalan jaringan pada lingkungan virtualisasi.
