Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis pengaruh volume perdagangan,kurs dan risiko pasar terhadap return saham. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling pada perusahaan yang terdaftar pada indeks LQ45 periode August 2015 – January 2016 sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari BEI. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel volume perdagangan menunjukkan hasil positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, kurs berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap return saham dan Risiko pasar tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap return saham Keyword: return saham; volume perdagangan; kurs; risiko pasar

Abstract

Wujud nyata semangat kemandirian desa menuju perekonomian yang kuat adalah dengan mendirikkan badan usaha milik desa atau dikenal sebagai BUMDes. Di desa Sidokumpul Kecamatan guntur Kabupaten Demak telah berdiri Badan Usaha Milik Desa yaitu BUMDes Sidorukun. Selain itu di desa bakalrejo Kecamatan Guntur Kabupaten Demak juga telah beridiri Badan Usaha Milik Desa yaitu BUMDes Sumber Lancar. Kedua BUMDes tersebut belum berkembang baik. BUMDes Sumber Lancar di desa Bakarejo berada pada posisi macet karena kegiatan usaha sudah tidak berjalan lagi. Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif yang menggunakan data primer . Populasi penelitian ini adalah BUMDes Sidorukun dan BUMDes Sumber Lancar. Metode pengambilan data adalah wawancara. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa Usaha BUMDes Sidorukun di desa Sidokumpul dalam penyediaan air bersih sudah berhasil memperoleh laba dan telah berkontribusi pada pendapatan pemerintah desa Sidokumpul. Akan tetapi BUMDes Sidorukun belum mampu memnuhi kebutuhan seluruh warga desa Sidokumpul sehingga sebagian warga masih mengambil sumber air dari desa lain. Oleh karena itu pelatihan peningkatan SDM dan tambahan permodalan sangat diperlukan. BUMDes Sumber Lancar menjalankan kegiatan usaha simpan pinjam dan kegiatan persewaan alat-alat pertanian. BUMDes Sumber Lancar belum bisa memperoleh laba. Usaha simpan pinjam macet, usaha persewaan alat-alat pertanian sudah tidak berjalan lagi. BUMDes Sumber lancar membutuhkan standar pengelolaan usaha, suntikan modal baru, pelatihan peningkatan SDM, pelatihan sistem manajemen usaha, perlu dibentuk tim pengawasan dan pengendalian.

Abstract

Brand is one of the most important things in business competition. A positive brand image can increase customer loyalty to a product, including candy. The candy industry is a very competitive industry with intense competition because there are many choices of candy brands on the market. The purpose of this research is to describe whether there is influence of brand similiarity, brand reputation, brand perceived quality and brand innovation on the brand image of Relaxa candy in Kendal Regency. The population in this study was Relaxa candy in Kendal Regency numbering 477 consumers. The sample in this study was Relaxa Candy in Kendal District. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is determining the sample of all populations with certain criteria. The results of this study indicate that first, brand similiarity has a positive and significant influence on the brand image of Relaxa candy in Kendal Regency. This is indicated by the largest regression coefficient of 0.214. As for the value of tcount 2.134> table (1.66) and sign 0.003. Second, brand image also has a positive effect with a regression coefficient of 0.168. As for the value of tcount 3.259> 1.66 table and 0.002 sign. Third, brand perceived quality has a significant effect on Relaxa candy brand image with a regression coefficient of 0.205. As for the value of tcount 4.669> t table 1.66 and sign 0.000. Fourth, brand innovation has a significant influence on the brand image of Relaxa candy in Kendal Regency with a regression coefficient of 0.236. As for the value of tcount 4.378> 1.66 table and 0.000 sign. In conclusion, brand similiarity, brand reputation, brand perceived quality and brand innovation have a positive and significant effect on the brand image of Relaxa candy in Kendal Regency. This is indicated by the value of Fcount 38.382> F table 2.70 with a significance value of 0.000

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi harga, promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk dan citra merek terhadap keputusan pembelian menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek di Kota Semarang. Menggunakan desain penelitian kausal dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang pernah menggunakan layanan Aplikasi Go-Jek. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu harga promosi, kualitas pelayanan, produk, dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa.

Abstract

Abstract. Taxpayer compliance is a taxpayer's obedient attitude to tax regulations to fulfill tax obligations. This study was conducted to determine the effect of tax sanctions, tax knowledge and awareness of taxpayers on taxpayer compliance in paying vehicle taxes in Demak Regency. The sample used is 100 taxpayers to obtain primary data using google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results showed that sanctions and tax awareness had a significant effect on taxpayer compliance, while tax knowledge had no significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Further research is suggested to add other variables that affect taxpayer compliance such as tax socialization, service quality, Drive-Thru program and taxpayer income. . Kepatuhan wajib pajak merupakan sikap patuh wajib pajak kepada peraturan perpajakan untuk memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sanksi pajak, pengetahuan pajak dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Demak. Sampel yang digunakan 100 wajib pajak untuk memperoleh data primer dengan menggunakan google form. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sanksi dan kesadaran pajak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak sedangkan pengetahuan pajak tidak berpengaruh siginikam terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan menambahkan variabel lain yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan wajib wajak seperti sosialisasi perpajakan, kualitas layanan, progam Drive-Thru dan pendapatan wajib pajak. Kata Kunci: Kepatuhan Wajib Pajak, Sanksi Pajak, Pengetahuan Pajak, Kesadaran Wajib Pajak.

Abstract

The increasing level of competition for companies has resulted in companies competing to win consumers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of brand awareness, perceived quality and brand loyalty on Mobile Vivo Purchase Decisions in Angkasa Cell Store in Blora Regency. The population in this study is all customers or consumers who used or made mobile phone purchasing decisions in Angkasa Cell Store in Blora Regency which amounts to 154 customers. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling to obtain 63 respondents. The method of data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that the brand awareness variable obtains a tcount of 3.958> ttable 1.66) with a significance of 0,000 means brand awareness has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. The perceived quality variable with a tcount (3.694)> t table (1.66) with a significance of 0,000 means that the perception of quality has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. Brand loyalty variable with a value of tcount (3,438)> t table (1.66) with a significance of 0.001, means that brand loyalty has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions. In order for the consumer confidence of Vivo mobile phone in Angkasa Cell Store in Kabupaten Blora can be stronger and increase purchasing power, it is recommended to increase brand awareness through promotion.

Abstract

The Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is the annual financial plan of the village government that is discussed and agreed upon jointly by the village government and Village Consultation, and is determined by village regulations. The mechanism for using village funds starts from the planning, implementation, accountability and utilization of village funds. In order for the use of village funds to be targeted and in accordance with the priorities of community needs, the planning process as a basis for implementing village funds is expected to be carried out in accordance with Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 article 114 and article 117. From the results of the study obtained evidence that the Kaligading Village government has carried out the mandate in accordance with Government Regulation No. 43 of 2014 article 114 concerning deliberation for the screening of community aspirations which then results from the deliberations set forth in the RPJMDes.

Abstract

The Purpose of the research is to determine the effect of fairness compensation on organizational commitment. Fairness of compensation is indicated by salary, incentives, bonuses, benefits, insurance and pension guarantees. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was nurses in one hospital at Semarang City. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews, the sampling technique is purposive sampling obtained 81 samples. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The research indicate that: 1) Salary has no significant effect on organizational commitment, 2). Incentives have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 3). bonuses have a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment. 4). Allowances have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. 5). Insurance has no significant effect on organizational commitment. 6). Pension insurance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

All information in a company's financial statements is useful for investors and users of financial statements because the information contained in financial statements can be used by interested parties or users of financial statements for consideration in making economic decisions, but sometimes the attention of financial statement users or investors is only focused on earnings information. The purpose of this research is to find out. Effect of Good Corporate Governance managerial ownership of institutional ownership and the Audit Committee on Company Value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2017. The companies that became the population in this study were 24 manufacturing companies. The variables in this study were managerial ownership, institutional ownership and an audit committee on Company Value. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the managerial ownership regression coefficient is 0.304, t count (3.847)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.000), <(0.05), institutional ownership is 0.337, t count (3.375)> t table (1.66) and sign (0.001) <(0.05) and audit committee 0.341, t count (4.110)>ttable (1.66) and sign (0.000) <(0.05) based on the coefficient test results R2 determination of 62.8%. This means managerial ownership of institutional ownership and audition committee. Together - they have a positive and significant effect on Company Value. This can be proven in the F test of 38,231 in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015-2017. Company value calculation using PBV (price book value) proxy. However, the calculation of company value can be done using other methods such as Tobin's Q because the calculation of company value does not only use PBV. Given the results of this study indicate that a positive effect on a corporate value of good corporate governance

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes are pillars of economic activity in the village, which strengthens the village economy. BUMDes is formed by the village government based on the needs and potential of the village. In the Guntur subdistrict, Demak regency, 2 BUMDes have been established, namely SidorukunBUMDes in Sidokumpul village and SumberlancarBUMDes in Bakalrejo village. Eighteen other villages do not yet have BUMDes. The purpose of this study was to determine the initiative of the village government in establishing BUMDes, find out what the potential of the village to establish BUMDes, determine the obstacles in establishing BUMDes. The population of this research is the village government in the Guntur subdistrict, which consists of 20 villages and BUMDesSidorukun and BUMDesSumberLancar. The method used is the census method. Data obtained by interview. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study found that the initiative of the village government in the Guntur sub-district of Demak district in establishing BUMDes was still low. Potentials that can be managed by BUMDes include potentials in agriculture, rice, corn and green beans, cow and goat farms, village markets, and pure water. The obstacles in establishing BUMDes stem from the village government's understanding of BUMDes that is still low.
