Abstract

The aim of this study is to present the alternative method in measuring service quality. This study investigates the service quality literatures and introduces the practical method to measure the service quality. To measure service quality, a modified SERVQUAL instrument was distributed towards 100 guest of an international hotel located in Tobruk, Libya. The Importance-Performance Analysis was conducted based on the questionnaire results. Managerial implications and further research opportunities were also discussed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh relative advantage, compatibility, interactivity, cost effectiveness dan top management terhadap social media usage untuk meningkatkan kinerjabisnis. Terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi social media usage di UMKM Batik Kota Semarang, yaitu relative advantage, compatibility, interactivity, cost effectiveness, dan top management. Permasalahan penelitian adalah terjadi penurunan yang fluktuatif dan bagaimana meningkatkan kinerja bisnis melalui social media usage dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi social media usage. Populasi pada penelitian ini yakni pemilik atau pengelola UMKM Batik di Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 160 responden dan kuesioner yang kembali dan digunakan dalam mengolah data sebanyak 125 kuesioner. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan cara sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) pada program software AMOS 22. Hasil dari pengolah data dengan menggunakan SEM untuk model teoritis telah memenuhi  Goodness of Fit dengan nilai Chi Square = 329,038 ; Df = 333; Probability = 0,551; GFI = 0,856; AGFI = 0,825; TLI = 1,001; CFI = 1,000; RMSEA = 0,000. Dari tujuh hipotesis penelitian yang diuji, semua hipotesis dinyatakan diterima. Faktor relativeadvantage, compatibility, interactivity, cost effectiveness dan top management berpengaruh signifikan terhadap social media usage. Social media usage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja bisnis.

Abstract

Terdapat faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE, yaitu Delivery package, Capability adoption customer, Brand image, word of mouth, Customer trust , Social information, dan Service quality. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para konsumen pengguna jasa JNE di  Semarang.  Metode yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 200 responden. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi dengan SEM AMOS. Berdasarkan dari hasil pembahasan pada bagian sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Delivery package berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE. (2) Capability adoption customer  berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE. (3)  Brand image berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE. (4)  WOM  berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE. (5) Customer trust  berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE. (6) Social information berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE. (7) Service quality berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pemilihan jasa ekspedisi JNE.

Abstract

With the continuous growth of the world economy, many companies believe that generating profit is vital for its sustainability. However, the profits were obtained without having consideration about any other factors such as environmental problems. At present, the earth is currently being hit by a lot of environmental problems such as global warming and climate change that was mainly caused by the human behavior with the purpose of developing their business. With that, a study of human behavior to help the earth is needed. The purpose of this study is to develop a framework to explore the influences of Environmental Concern, Green Perceived Value, Subjective Norms, And Green Trust on Green Hotel Purchase Intention. This research employs an empirical study by means of the questionnaire survey method to verify the hypotheses and to explore its managerial implications. Finally, this research offers several practical implications for developing successful businesses in Green service industry.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the response of customers and the general public regarding customer lines (5A), determine the level of marketing productivity in the 4.0 era from the aspects of Purchase Action Ratio (PAR) and Brand Advocacy Ratio (BAR). The study was conducted with a sample / informant group of customers with a purposive sampling method of 30 people, and community group respondents with an accidental sampling method as many as 96 people. Customer path is measured from Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, Advocade (5A) with mixed method analysis techniques. Research results: aware information sources, relationship and family recommendations, and personal experience. Regarding appeal, I really like the first time I found out / was offered a product. Demand ask, the informant is very confident of the products and actions taken to contact the service center. Actions, having high confidence then immediately decide to become a customer, the services he feels are also very satisfied. Demand advocate, proving that the informants are customers have very high loyalty, so they are willing to recommend to other parties. Marketing has a very high sales productivity, it can be seen from the PAR value of 0.98. A BAR of 0.99 indicates high sales growth, and at the same time proves that the marketing strategy is effective because there is very high customer loyalty.
