Tujuan penelitian ini menguji secara empiris kontribusi minat jurusan, kualitas layanan informasi karir, dan pemahaman karir terhadap kemampuan mengambil keputusan karir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekspos fakto. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 120 siswa SMK dipilih dengan teknik proporsionale random sampling. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kontribusi positif dari minat jurusan, kualitas layanan informasi karir, dan pemahaman karir terhadap kemampuan mengambil keputusan karir secara simultan sebesar 67,70% (F= 80.907; p<0.05). Kontribusi secara parsial untuk minat jurusan sebesar 38,70% (t= 4.523; p<0.05), kualitas layanan informasi karir sebesar 18,90% (t= 2.067; p<0.05), serta pemahaman karir sebesar 64,50% (t= 9.098; p<0.05). Besaran kontribusi secara simultan yaitu relatif sedang, sedangkan secara parsial dari setiap variabel yaitu minat jurusan relatif kecil, kualitas layanan informasi karir relatif sangat kecil, dan pemahaman karir relatif sedang..   The purpose of this study was to test the contribution of subject interest, quality of career information services, and career understanding towards career decision-making capability. The ex-post facto method was implemented in the present study. Subjects were 120 students who were selected using proportional random sampling. Data collection technique were Likert scale. Multiple regression analysis was applied to analysed the data. The result showed that the positive contribution of subject interest, the quality of career information service, and career understanding simultaneously on the career decision-making capability were 67.70% (F = 80 907; p < 0.05). The contribution of subject interest was 38.70% (t = 4,523; p < 0.05), quality of career information service was18.90% (t = 2,067; p < 0.05), and career understanding was 64.50% (t = 9,098, p < 0.05). The contribution level of all predictors on the career decision-making skills were relatively moderate. The level of contribution of subject interest was relatively small, the quality of career information service was very small, and career understanding was moderate.

Every citizen has the right to be actively involved in political life. Similarly, with persons with disabilities as part of Indonesian citizens, persons with disabilities are also entitled to be actively involved in political life. Persons with disabilities are entitled to equal opportunities in Indonesian politics without discrimination. The formulation of the problem in this research: how the efforts of General Election Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru City in fulfilling the political rights of PwDs in the Election of Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru Year 2017. This study aims to describe the efforts of the General Elections Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru in fulfillment political rights of persons on the Mayor and Vice Mayor of Pekanbaru City in 2017. This research uses a qualitative approach intended to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by the subject of research holistically by way of description in the form of words and language in a natural context by utilizing various scientific methods . The type of research is descriptive type of research used to analyze data by describing or describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make conclusions that apply to the public.The results showed that the efforts made by the General Elections Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru City in the fulfillment of the political rights of people with disability has not been maximized. Efforts to fulfill the political rights of people with disabilities in the Mayor and Vice Mayor Election Pekanbaru in 2017 only focus on efforts to fulfill the right to vote. Persons with disabilities are only involved at the time of election (pencoblosaan) just as a voter. Efforts to fulfill accessibility, facilities and infrastructure election conducted by the General Election Commission (KPU) Pekanbaru City is also still very limited. Facilities and infrastructure provided only in the form of tool coblos (template braille) for the blind and visual interpreters for deaf people at the time of socialization. The research method used in this research is a research literature review. The results of the analysis in this study, namely (1) the method of learning SAVI is learning that maximize the use of the five senses, in addition, the element in the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor incorporated into one in the process of learning with the use of the SAVI method; (2) the animation medium in accordance with the methods of learning SAVI namely in the form of audio visual media. The audio-visual media function as a mediator of learning, and has to include elements of SAVI in the form of auditory and visual. It can then be combined in the learning process, by developing the bodys movements and understanding, so that all elements of SAVI are fulfilled. This study discusses social values in the novel Selembar Itu Means by Suryaman Amipriono. The social values that will be examined are social interaction, social change, and social problems. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method that describes an actual situation. The data analysis used is content analysis. Social value in the novel Selembar Itu Means by Suryaman Amipriyono. Researchers discuss social values in the novel Selembar Itu Means by Suryaman Amipriyono. Aspects listed in social values are, social interaction, social change and social problems. Of the three, what is more dominant in the novel is the discussion of social interaction. Based on the analysis of the data that the researcher found, the researcher can conclude that the author mostly describes the relationship between people, individuals, between groups of people and between individuals and groups of people. The reason is because in the novel Selembar Itu Means by Suryaman Amipriyono it tells a lot about dynamic social relations that involve relations between individuals, between groups of people, as well as between individuals and groups of people.

The economic development approach is proposed to people's economic actors, especially cooperatives and SMEs. Development aimed at cooperatives and MSMEs is expected to lead to a more coherent and balanced arrangement of the structure of national economic actors so that a strong and independent structure of national economic actors develops. Thus, Cooperatives and SMEs are the heart of the people's economy and the pioneers of the growth of people's economy.This study uses normative and empirical legal research, with a statutory approach (Statue Approach) and a case approach (Case Approach) and a conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach).Based on research data, the level of MSME actors who obtained the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) based on risk-based business licensing through the OSS-RBA system, was very low, namely from the number of 26,150 MSMEs in 2021 who obtained NIB with MSME actors who had migrated under Government Regulations. Number 5 of 2021 in Articles 562 and 563 which came into force at the Investment Agency and One Door Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) in Medan City starting on August 4, 2021, until June 15, 2022, there were only around 693 MSME actors. So that the implementation of the Government Regulation has not been effective in the growth of MSME actors in Medan,This reality is inseparable from the obstacles in the growth of MSME actors in Medan, both internal constraints, regarding Human Resources at the Medan DPMPTSP who still do not understand and external constraints, related to awareness and legal culture of MSME actors, as well as new regulations. enforced. Finally, it is hoped that the Department of Cooperatives and the Medan DPMPTSP must continuously facilitate and provide socialization and technical guidance, as well as Assistance services for Filling Business Licensing to MSME Actors while for Human Resources in the Medan City DPMPTSP, must conduct training and comparative studies so that they can increase the growth of SMEs. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan pengaruh online costumer review dan online costumer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee, untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial pengaruh signifikan online costumer review terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee, untuk mengetahui pengaruh signifikan secara parsial pengaruh online costumer rating terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee (Studi kasus Mahasiswa/i Universitas Andi Djemma kota Palopo Fakultas Ekonomi Prodi Manajemen Angkatan 2020). Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 sampel dengan tekhnik pengambilan sampel teknik purposisive sampling yaitu, teknik penentuan sampel data yang didasarkan pada pertimbangan tertentu. Tekhnik pengumpulan data meliputi angket atau keusioner. Tekhnik analisis data mengunakan uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan spss versi 21 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan Online Costumer Review (X1) dan Online Costumer Rating (X2) berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Aplikasi Shopee (studi kasus pada Mahasiswa/i Universitas Andi Djemma Fakultas Ekonomi Angkatan 20 di kota Palopo). Secara parsial Online Costumer Review (X1) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara parsial Online Costumer Rating (X2) berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan analisa perbandingan antara dua jurnal yang membahas tentang rasio keuangan pada dua perusahaan yaitu PT Unilever dan PT Indofood Makmur Sukses Makmur yang menitik beratkan pada periode 2015 â€“ 2022. Teknik analisis data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis rasio keuangan dan uji beda dua rata-rata (independent sample t-test). Hasil dari analisis rasio diperoleh bahwa kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever yang baik berdasarkan standar industri dari segi rasio; Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Cash Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity, dan Earning Per Share, sedangkan untuk kinerja keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk sesuai standar industri dari segi rasio; Cash Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity, Earning Per Share, dan Dividend Payout Ratio. Adapun hasil Uji Beda Dua Rata-rata (Indepent Sample t-test) diperoleh bahwa pada Cash Ratio, Inventory Turnover, Fixed Assets Turnover, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, dan Price Earning Ratio tidak terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara kinerja keuangan PT. Unilever dengan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, Debt to Assets Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity, Receivable Turnover, Return on Investment, Return on Equity, dan Dividend Payout Ratio terdapat perbedaan secara signifikan antara PT. Unilever dengan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurangnya metode pembelajaran yang menarik dan efektif yang membuat pemahaman peserta didik terkait nilai kebhinekaan menjadi kurang optimal. Kebhinekaan merupakan salah satu nilai penting dalam kehidupan berbangsa yang perlu dipahami oleh generasi muda, khususnya bagi peserta didik sekolah SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan media audiovisual terhadap pemahaman kebhinekaan di SMP Islam Man’baul Ulum. Dalam penelitian ini, media audiovisual dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana dari proses pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman peserta didik terhadap topik kebhinekaan. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain pre-test dan post-test pada dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama merupakan kelompok eksperimen yang memanfaatkan media audiovisual, sementara Kelompok kedua berperan sebagai kelompok kontrol yang menerapkan metode konvensional. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 26, yang terdiri dari peserta didik kelas VII. Hasil uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan antara skor rata-rata pre-test (12,31) dan post-test (15,54) pada tingkat signifikansi 0,000. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audiovisual tidak hanya berhasil menarik perhatian peserta didik, tetapi juga berfungsi sebagai alat yang efektif dalam peningkatkan pemahaman peserta didik tentang nilai-nilai kebhinekaan.

This study examines the influence of Current Ratio (CR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Hanjaya Mandala Sampoerna Tbk over the period from 2013 to 2022. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the research aims to clarify the relationship between CR, DER, and ROA in evaluating the company’s financial health and profitability. The findings reveal that CR does not have a significant individual impact on ROA, indicating that the company’s short-term liquidity does not directly affect its asset profitability. Conversely, DER has a significant negative impact on ROA, suggesting that higher debt relative to equity reduces asset returns, primarily due to increased interest burden. Simultaneously, CR and DER together have a significant impact on ROA, highlighting the need for balanced management of liquidity and leverage to maximize profitability. This study provides insights for company management and investors in assessing the financial strategies related to liquidity and debt structure to improve asset returns.
