Abstract

A barge loading conveyor (BLC) is the main means of transporting coal (material handling) from the stockpile to the barge. Disruption of the conveyor which is driven by an electric motor results in the cessation of the coal shipping process, so performance and efficiency in its use must be ensured. The purpose of this research is to see the value of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on PT Mitra Barito barge loading conveyor (BLC), which will later be used as a basis for corrective actions and efforts to increase productivity. The method used in this research is a quantitative method where at this stage the value of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is calculated which includes three categories of levels of availability, level of performance, and level of quality. Where in looking at the causes of low OEE seen from the proportion of six major losses. The results showed that the average overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) value of 56.19% was considered ineffective because corrective steps still needed to be taken so that it could inhibit barge loading conveyor (BLC) activities. This is affected by slowdowns, tuning, and adjustments, as well as idling and mining stops with high loss proportion values.

Abstract

Desa Teluk Nyatu merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Kurun, Kabupaten Gunung Mas, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Desa Teluk Nyatu belum memiliki peta administrasi wilayah yang terbaru dan memenuhi standar peta, seperti skala, indeks peta, dan keterangan peta. Kegiatan pemetaan untuk membuat peta administrasi wilayah Desa Teluk Nyatu agar pemerintah Desa Teluk Nyatu memiliki peta administrasi wilayah yang terbaru dan memenuhi standar. Kegiatan pemetaan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pengambilan data langsung di lapangan, pengambilan data koordinat fasilitas desa, foto fasilitas sebagai pendukung. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peta administrasi yang terbaru dengan standar peta yang sudah terpenuhi.

Abstract

Desa Tanjung Riu merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Kurun, Kabupaten Gunung Mas, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Kawasan Desa Tanjung Riu memiliki potensi lahan dari bekas kegiatan pertambangan yang meninggalkan lubang bekas tambang (kolong) yang terisi air. Pemetaan lahan bekas pertambangan dilakukan untuk memudahkan pemerintah desa dan masyarakat untuk menata dan memanfaatkan lahan bekas pertambangan agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Riu. Pemetaan dimulai dengan observasi wilayah batas desa, menentukan titik lokasi area lahan bekas kegiatan pertambangan dengan GPS, serta menentukan titik adminitrasi desa, seperti area Perkantoran Desa, area Pendidikan, Rumah Ibadah, Puskesmas dan Posyandu, dengan hasil hampir 40% merupakan lahan terlantar bekas kegiatan Pertambangan, kemudian 50% didominasi Hutan atau Kebun Masyarakat seperti Karet dan Buah-buahan, kemudian 10%  terisi oleh pemukiman. Hasil pemetaan diketahui lahan bekas pertambangan yang ada diwilayah Desa Tanjung Riu masih dapat dikelola untuk pemanfaatan lainnya seperti tempat wisata maupun tempat budidaya ikan.

Abstract

Kuluk Bali Village has the authority to regulate and manage government affairs, regional affairs and community interests based on customary law, customary rights and community initiatives which are recognized and respected in the government system of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Mastery of technology in the field of regional mapping is part of the need for village officials and the community to know and protect their rights, such as village territorial boundaries and also community rights over their ownership areas, for example community gardens and other forms of managed land. The community's need to map their managed areas and the limited knowledge of the community in mapping areas are the basis for carrying out training activities on the use of GPS. The training aims to improve knowledge and skills, especially for Kuluk Bali village officials to become superior human resources in mastering technology, one of which is GPS. The training method is carried out by providing lectures, practical assistance and discussions. The training provides knowledge for village officials and communities to operate GPS, so that they can independently determine village boundaries and coordinate points for their management areas.

Abstract

PT. Bhumi Rantau Energi menerapkan salah satu penambangan batubara dengan metode                           penambangan surface mining yang menyebabkan terbentuknya cekungan pada permukaan sehingga berpotensi masuknya air ke dalam pit penambangan. Arah penambangan PT. Bhumi Rantau Energi mengarah pada seam G tepatnya di sump cendana selatan, sehingga perlu untuk menjaga elevasi air pada sump dan mengeringkan sump cendana selatan karena akan adanya kegiatan penambangan batubara pada area sump cendana selatan. Untuk mengetahui debit air pada sump cendana selatan,  terlebih dahulu menganalisis data curah hujan 10 tahun dengan menggunakan metode gumbel dengan periode ulang hujan 5 tahun sehingga diperoleh curah hujan maksimum sebesar 104.24 mm  dengan intensitas hujan sebesar 12.94 mm/jam. Kebutuhan pompa pada sump cendana Selatan berdasarkan debit limpasan sebesar 96.823,75 m³/hari dengan debit pemompaan DND 200-MHX sebesar 398 m³/jam dengan efisiensi 76% dan debit pemompaan MF 420-EXH sebesar 494 m³/jam dengan efisiensi 70 % adalah menggunakan 2 pompa untuk dapat mengatasi debit limpasan pada sump cendana selatan dengan durasi pemompaan yaitu 4 hari.

Abstract

Reading is an activity that stimulates the brain through written symbols that convey information and reasoning. According to the UNESCO report, Indonesian people's interest in reading is very low, namely 0,001%, which means one in 1.000 Indonesians read diligently. To increase the young generation's passion for reading, a reading culture must be instilled from childhood. This must be achieved by making the culture of reading fun and easily accepted by the younger generation, because of the challenges of increasingly rapid development and various advances in information technology, the culture of reading children's books is increasingly being eroded. Involving children directly is one way to encourage their interest in reading. To encourage children at the Immanuel Orphanage to be more motivated to learn, this service activity aims to provide quality teaching, both materially and morally. This is based on the fact that some children lack interest in learning, especially in reading. This service activity motivates children and shows the fun side of reading to gain broad knowledge. The activity methods used are socialization and motivating learning, especially in fostering interest in reading in the younger generation

Abstract

The Banturung area, a sub-district in Bukit Batu District, Palangka Raya City, mostly consists of rocky hill morphology. This research aims to determine the characteristics of rocks in the Banturung area based on petrological analysis and direct observation of rock outcrops at the research location. Characteristics can be determined by direct field observation or by macroscopic observation, where what is observed are physical properties including color, structure, texture, mineral composition and also the formation process. From the results of the analysis it is known that the characteristics of the rocks at the research location include igneous rock types and there are several mineral compositions with an average percentage of quartz 52.5%, plagioclase 21.3%, mica 8.6%, biotite 5%, hornblende 11, 3% and 1.3% pyrite mineral.

Abstract

The lack of knowledge and technology in small-scale community gold mining means that many concentrations of other valuable mineral elements cannot be identified and retrieved. This research aims to determine the remaining elemental content in former small-scale community gold mining areas. The research method is by taking leftover mining material at the research location and then preparing and analyzing it using the X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) method. The research results from the 9 sample points taken showed that the concentrations of the elements Si (Silica) and Fe (Iron) were the most dominant with an average value of Silica (Si) 85% and Iron (Fe) 7.37%. It can be concluded that at the research location there are still other mineral elements of economic value besides gold that are not mined and utilized.

Abstract

Community Service Program (PKM) Mapping Infrastructure Location Points using satellite-based GPS in Penda Pilang Village in order to prepare location information and types of infrastructure facilities available, and can be used as a base map in future infrastructure development. The product resulting from this activity is a Map of Infrastructure Location Points in Penda Pilang Village, Kurun District, Gunung Mas Regency, Central Kalimantan Province. On the map, there are 9 (nine) physical infrastructures consisting of Village Gate, Church, Village Office and BPD, PAUD, Kindergarten, Elementary School, Middle School, Posyandu, and Community Health Center.

Abstract

Pada penambangan emas dan perak di PT. Indo Muro Kencana (IMK) pada pit bantian 55-B Kabupaten Murung Raya Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, alat mekanis yang digunakan pada saat pengambilan data cycle time adalah Excavator volvo 750 EX 122 dan ADT Volvo A60H. Salah satu metode simulasi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan jumlah unit alat angkut yaitu dengan menggunakan metode antrian dan faktor keserasian (match factor). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan perhitungan match factor terhadap alat gali muat, dan mengetahui cycle time alat gali muat serta pengaruh dari cycle time itu sendiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan sekunder, melakukan pengolahan data primer dan sekunder, analisis data berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan dan observasi dilapangan serta mengambil kesimpulan. Dari observasi dan pengolahan data yang telah dilakukan, maka didapat hasil sebagai berikut, cycle time Excavator (digging) sebesar 30,48 detik, cycle time Excavator (loading) sebesar 3,04 menit, dan cycle time hauler sebesar 23,89 menit. Sehingga match factor alat gali muat di Pit Bantian 55-B yang didapatkan antara alat muat Excavator volvo 750 EX 122 dan alat hauler ADT A60H adalah 0,96 <1 , Artinya bahwa alat gali muat bekerja kurang dari 100 %, sehinngga alat hauler (ADT) menunggu alat gali (Excavator). Kata kunci: Match Factor, Cycle Time, dan Alat Gali Muat
