Abstract

A barge loading conveyor (BLC) is the main means of transporting coal (material handling) from the stockpile to the barge. Disruption of the conveyor which is driven by an electric motor results in the cessation of the coal shipping process, so performance and efficiency in its use must be ensured. The purpose of this research is to see the value of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) on PT Mitra Barito barge loading conveyor (BLC), which will later be used as a basis for corrective actions and efforts to increase productivity. The method used in this research is a quantitative method where at this stage the value of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is calculated which includes three categories of levels of availability, level of performance, and level of quality. Where in looking at the causes of low OEE seen from the proportion of six major losses. The results showed that the average overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) value of 56.19% was considered ineffective because corrective steps still needed to be taken so that it could inhibit barge loading conveyor (BLC) activities. This is affected by slowdowns, tuning, and adjustments, as well as idling and mining stops with high loss proportion values.

Abstract

Desa Teluk Nyatu merupakan desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Kurun, Kabupaten Gunung Mas, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Desa Teluk Nyatu belum memiliki peta administrasi wilayah yang terbaru dan memenuhi standar peta, seperti skala, indeks peta, dan keterangan peta. Kegiatan pemetaan untuk membuat peta administrasi wilayah Desa Teluk Nyatu agar pemerintah Desa Teluk Nyatu memiliki peta administrasi wilayah yang terbaru dan memenuhi standar. Kegiatan pemetaan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode pengambilan data langsung di lapangan, pengambilan data koordinat fasilitas desa, foto fasilitas sebagai pendukung. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peta administrasi yang terbaru dengan standar peta yang sudah terpenuhi.

Abstract

Saat ini PT Rimau Energy Mining (PT REM) sedang melakukan aktivitas penambangan di Pit Bantai Napu dan berencana membuka Pit Barat Bantai Napu setelah aktivitas penambangan di Pit Bantai Napu selesai. Sebelumnya, PT REM sudah merancang desain untuk Pit Barat Bantai Napu. Namun karena adanya perubahan harga batubara dari Rp 920.765,00 per ton menjadi Rp 1.546.364,36 maka rancangan ini perlu diperhitungkan ulang untuk mencapai keuntungan yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari batas penambangan optimal yang akan memberikan keuntungan terbaik di Pit Barat Bantai Napu PT REM. Metode perhitungan BESR dapat digunakan untuk merancang pit baru sehingga menghasilkan keuntungan yang optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perhitungan Break Even Stripping Ratio yang didapat dengan mencari harga jual batubara, total biaya produksi batubara serta total biaya overburden removal. Pit rancangan awal perusahaan memiliki SR 1 : 4,68 dengan cadangan batubara sebesar 1.037.015 ton. Sebelum adanya perubahan harga, keuntungan bersih untuk rancangan ini adalah sebesar Rp 349.322.765.754,75 dengan nilai BESR 4,16. Setelah adanya kenaikan harga batubara, keuntungan bersih rancangan ini menjadi Rp 978.616.012.791,58 dengan nilai BESR 9,84. Rancangan ultimate pit limit memiliki SR 1 : 7,90 dengan cadangan batubara sebesar 2.629.343 ton. Saat adanya kenaikan harga batubara, rancangan ini menjadi rancangan yang lebih optimal karena keuntungan bersihnya mencapai angka Rp 2.099.035.436.840,26. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan rancangan baru, profit PT REM naik 2,14 kali lipat dibanding pit rancangan awal perusahaan.

Abstract

Desa Tanjung Riu merupakan salah satu Desa di Kecamatan Kurun, Kabupaten Gunung Mas, Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Kawasan Desa Tanjung Riu memiliki potensi lahan dari bekas kegiatan pertambangan yang meninggalkan lubang bekas tambang (kolong) yang terisi air. Pemetaan lahan bekas pertambangan dilakukan untuk memudahkan pemerintah desa dan masyarakat untuk menata dan memanfaatkan lahan bekas pertambangan agar dapat meningkatkan pendapatan secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat di Desa Tanjung Riu. Pemetaan dimulai dengan observasi wilayah batas desa, menentukan titik lokasi area lahan bekas kegiatan pertambangan dengan GPS, serta menentukan titik adminitrasi desa, seperti area Perkantoran Desa, area Pendidikan, Rumah Ibadah, Puskesmas dan Posyandu, dengan hasil hampir 40% merupakan lahan terlantar bekas kegiatan Pertambangan, kemudian 50% didominasi Hutan atau Kebun Masyarakat seperti Karet dan Buah-buahan, kemudian 10%  terisi oleh pemukiman. Hasil pemetaan diketahui lahan bekas pertambangan yang ada diwilayah Desa Tanjung Riu masih dapat dikelola untuk pemanfaatan lainnya seperti tempat wisata maupun tempat budidaya ikan.

Abstract

Kuluk Bali Village has the authority to regulate and manage government affairs, regional affairs and community interests based on customary law, customary rights and community initiatives which are recognized and respected in the government system of the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia. Mastery of technology in the field of regional mapping is part of the need for village officials and the community to know and protect their rights, such as village territorial boundaries and also community rights over their ownership areas, for example community gardens and other forms of managed land. The community's need to map their managed areas and the limited knowledge of the community in mapping areas are the basis for carrying out training activities on the use of GPS. The training aims to improve knowledge and skills, especially for Kuluk Bali village officials to become superior human resources in mastering technology, one of which is GPS. The training method is carried out by providing lectures, practical assistance and discussions. The training provides knowledge for village officials and communities to operate GPS, so that they can independently determine village boundaries and coordinate points for their management areas.

Abstract

Abstract. Mining progress is the changes that occur in the mining area after mining activities have been carried out. In this case, it is a change in surface shape due to the mining process. This change in shape is measured using a measuring instrument total station. Mining progress occurs because of activity overburden removal namely the process of moving overburden from the mining front to disposal. Activity overburden removal at PT. Rimau Tangguh Perkasa has 2 units of loading digging equipment to carry out work with 2 units fleet each unit has an appropriate capacity for the transportation equipment. The progress of the mine has the aim of knowing the transition design pit every time activities are carried out in the mining area from the results overburden removal based on changes that occur in the mining area. PT. Rimau Tangguh Perkasa has mine progress with good excavation results overcut, undercut, over-stripping and in plan to planning mine plan in May, June and July 2023. On results overlay mine plan design regarding mining progress in May 2023 has results overcut 16.008,98 BCM, undercut 41.904 BCM, over-stripping 68,989 BCM and progress in plan 80,148 BCM. In June 2023 have results overcut 24.215,31 BCM, undercut 66.499 BCM, over-stripping 23,248 BCM and progress in plan 133,321 BCM. And in July 2023 have results overcut 22.369 BCM, undercut 66.499 BCM, over-stripping 12,789 BCM and progress in plan 173.605 BCM. Abstrak. Kemajuan tambang adalah perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada daerah tambang setelah dilakukan kegiatan penambangan. Dalam hal ini adalah perubahan bentuk permukaan karena proses penambangan. Perubahan bentuk ini diukur menggunakan alat ukur total station. Kemajuan tambang terjadi karena adanya aktivitas overburden removal yaitu proses pemindahan tanah penutup dari front penambangan menuju disposal. Kegiatan overburden removal di PT. Rimau Tangguh Perkasa memiliki 2 unit alat gali muat untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan 2 fleet masing-masing unit memiliki kapasitas yang sesuai terhadap alat angkut. Kemajuan tambang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui peralihan design pit penambangan dari hasil overburden removal berdasarkan perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi pada daerah tambang. PT. Rimau Tangguh Perkasa memiliki kemajuan tambang dengan hasil penggalian yang overcut, undercut, over-stripping dan in plan terhadap perancangan mine plan pada bulan Mei, Juni dan Juli 2023. Pada hasil overlay mine plan design terhadap kemajuan tambang bulan Mei 2023 memiliki hasil overcut 16.008,98 BCM, undercut 41.904 BCM, over-stripping 68.989 BCM dan progress in plan 80.148 BCM. Pada bulan Juni 2023 memiliki hasil overcut 24.215,31 BCM, undercut 66.499 BCM, over-stripping 23.248 BCM dan progress in plan 133.321 BCM. Dan pada bulan Juli 2023 memiliki hasil overcut 22.369 BCM, undercut 66.499 BCM, over-stripping 12.789 BCM dan progress in plan 173.605 BCM.

Abstract

Reading is an activity that stimulates the brain through written symbols that convey information and reasoning. According to the UNESCO report, Indonesian people's interest in reading is very low, namely 0,001%, which means one in 1.000 Indonesians read diligently. To increase the young generation's passion for reading, a reading culture must be instilled from childhood. This must be achieved by making the culture of reading fun and easily accepted by the younger generation, because of the challenges of increasingly rapid development and various advances in information technology, the culture of reading children's books is increasingly being eroded. Involving children directly is one way to encourage their interest in reading. To encourage children at the Immanuel Orphanage to be more motivated to learn, this service activity aims to provide quality teaching, both materially and morally. This is based on the fact that some children lack interest in learning, especially in reading. This service activity motivates children and shows the fun side of reading to gain broad knowledge. The activity methods used are socialization and motivating learning, especially in fostering interest in reading in the younger generation

Abstract

Salah satu prosedur penting yang digunakan kegiatan pertambangan adalah survei topografi kemajuan tambang. Ini dilakukan untuk memantau dan mengevaluasi kemajuan operasi penambangan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui kemajuan tambang pada PT Rimau Energy Mining antara kemajuan tambang aktual dengan rencana penambangan yang telah direncanakan. Berdasarkan kegiatan survei dapat diketahui koordinat planimetris (x, y), elevasi, serta mengontrol batas-batas kegiatan penambangan. Kegiatan observasi dilakukan dalam tiga tahap: persiapan, pengumpulan data, dan pengolahan data. Data yang diolah berasal dari survei dengan alat total station dan diproses menggunakan software MineScape. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan perhitungan metode cut and fill yang digunakan pada MineScape menunjukkan jumlah kemajuan tambang pada progres minggu kedua bulan Juni, pengupasan overburden sebesar 104.738,88 BCM dan pengupasan batubara sebesar 8.680,94 BCM. Pada progres minggu ketiga bulan Juni, pengupasan overburden sebesar 107.693,55 BCM dan pengupasan batubara sebesar 13.830,99 BCM. Abstract

The Banturung area, a sub-district in Bukit Batu District, Palangka Raya City, mostly consists of rocky hill morphology. This research aims to determine the characteristics of rocks in the Banturung area based on petrological analysis and direct observation of rock outcrops at the research location. Characteristics can be determined by direct field observation or by macroscopic observation, where what is observed are physical properties including color, structure, texture, mineral composition and also the formation process. From the results of the analysis it is known that the characteristics of the rocks at the research location include igneous rock types and there are several mineral compositions with an average percentage of quartz 52.5%, plagioclase 21.3%, mica 8.6%, biotite 5%, hornblende 11, 3% and 1.3% pyrite mineral.

Abstract

The lack of knowledge and technology in small-scale community gold mining means that many concentrations of other valuable mineral elements cannot be identified and retrieved. This research aims to determine the remaining elemental content in former small-scale community gold mining areas. The research method is by taking leftover mining material at the research location and then preparing and analyzing it using the X-ray Fluorescence (XRF) method. The research results from the 9 sample points taken showed that the concentrations of the elements Si (Silica) and Fe (Iron) were the most dominant with an average value of Silica (Si) 85% and Iron (Fe) 7.37%. It can be concluded that at the research location there are still other mineral elements of economic value besides gold that are not mined and utilized.
