Abstract

Perkembangan otak anak usia dini merupakan perkembangan emas yang mana sel otak anak berkembang selama 80%, saat anak usia dibawah 8 tahun harus di isi dengan segala sesuatu yang bermanfaat dan berguna untuk daya ingatnya. Salah satunya dengan mengajarkan anak untuk membaca. Dengan mengajarkan anak membaca sejak dini diharapkan orang tua tidak terlalu beban saat anak melanjutkan studi ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi yaitu saat sekolah dasar. Anak pada usia dini sangat akrab sekali dengan smart phone yang biasanya digunakan hanya untuk bermain atau sekedar memutar youtobe. Inovasi terbaru dari penelitian ini adalah pembuatan aplikasi belajar membaca untuk anak usia dini berbasis andoroid dengan mengunakan metode fonika, diharapakan dengan metode ini anak pada Tk Pertiwi Purwosari dapat belajar huruf hijaiyah dengan mudah dan dapat membaca di usia dini dengan menyenangkan mengunakan teknologi android. Luaran yang diharapkan anak usia dini dapat belajar membaca huruf hijaiyah dengan sangat menyenangan dengan mengunakan smartphone.

Abstract

Toko Hijab By Alya, located in Kudus, is a newly established hijab retail store that faces challenges in reaching potential customers who do not use mobile-based e-commerce applications. To address this issue, a web-based selling system has been developed, integrated with the RajaOngkirAPI. This system allows customers to conveniently purchase hijab products online without the need to install additional applications, while simultaneously providing real-time and accurate shipping cost estimations. The integration of the RajaOngkir API enables the calculation of shipping fees from various courier services, enhancing transparency and improving customer satisfaction regarding delivery charges. The web-based platform not only simplifies the shopping experience but also provides clear and accessible delivery information, enabling the store to expand its market reach and increase online transaction volume. The implementation of this system is expected to significantly improve online sales performance and provide customers with a seamless shopping experience.

Abstract

Pengelolaan stok di gudang sering menghadapi tantangan seperti kesalahan pencatatan, inefisiensi proses, dan kurangnya transparansi data. Untuk mengatasinya, penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi inventory berbasis barcode guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi operasional. Aplikasi dilengkapi dengan fitur seperti pendaftaran produk, pemindaian barcode untuk barang masuk dan keluar, serta pencatatan riwayat transaksi secara real-time dan terintegrasi. Teknologi barcode memungkinkan pencatatan otomatis yang dapat mengurangi kesalahan manusia dan mempercepat proses pengelolaan stok. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Prototyping, yang memungkinkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan secara bertahap melalui pembuatan model awal dan penyempurnaan berkelanjutan berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna. Pendekatan ini sesuai diterapkan dalam kondisi di mana kebutuhan sistem belum sepenuhnya terdefinisi sejak awal. Studi kasus dilakukan pada sebuah gudang distribusi untuk menguji potensi aplikasi dalam meningkatkan keandalan data dan transparansi pelaporan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap pengembangan sistem inventory yang lebih adaptif, akurat, dan efisien di sektor logistik dan distribusi.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membuka peluang bagi layanan penyewaan tenda dan dekorasi pernikahan untuk bertransformasi menuju sistem digital. Di Erina Tenda Jepara, salah satu tantangan utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya efisiensi dalam proses pengiriman gambar dekorasi dan harga paket yang masih bergantung pada cara manual, yang menghambat kelancaran dalam pemesanan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem reservasi wedding decoration menggunakan pendekatan model UML dengan penerapan framework Codeigniter serta Bootstrap untuk antarmuka pengguna, dan MySQL untuk pengelolaan basis data. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, yang mencakup tahapan analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Harapannya, sistem yang dikembangkan dapat mempermudah pelanggan dalam mengakses gambar dekorasi dan harga paket secara langsung, serta meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan data pemesanan bagi pihak manajemen. Dengan demikian, proses pemesanan dapat berlangsung dengan lebih cepat, terorganisir, dan efisien.

Abstract

Exam cheating is a persistent problem facing educational institutions worldwide. This cheating not only harms honest students but also undermines the integrity of the education system. In today's digital age, various forms of cheating are increasingly difficult to detect using manual proctoring methods. For example, test takers can use hidden technological devices or engage in non-verbal communication that is difficult for human proctors to detect. This suggests that traditional proctoring is less effective in addressing increasingly sophisticated cheating. Abstract Exam cheating is a serious problem that can compromise the integrity of the education system. Manual proctoring is often ineffective in identifying suspicious behavior that occurs during exams. This study aims to design and develop a machine learning-based exam cheating detection system with computer vision methods. This system uses facial recognition technology, motion tracking, and object detection to identify suspicious activities such as the use of prohibited devices or unusual movements automatically and in real-time. The method used involves a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) algorithm for participant face verification, pose estimation for motion analysis, and You Only Look Once (YOLO) for object detection. The results of this system development show that the system can improve efficiency and accuracy in detecting cheating behavior, as well as reduce reliance on manual proctoring.

Abstract

The scheduling of proposal seminars and thesis defenses is a crucial process completely of student studies in the informatics engineering study program. However, this process often faces several challenges, such as delayed information, manual data accumulation, and a lack of transparency in schedule and examiner selection. To address these issues, the Laravel framework was chosen for the design of this web-based system, aiming to simplify the administration and scheduling processes for proposal seminars and thesis defenses. Laravel was selected due to its support for structured, secure, and efficient system development. This web-based system utilizes PHP and SQL for database management. The development methodology used is Waterfall, which adopts a sequential and systematic approach, starting from the requirement, design, implementation, verification, and maintenance stages. Each stage is done in a structured manner to ensure that all needs have been met before moving on to the next stage. System implementation using the Laravel framework as the backend foundation with responsive interface design. The case study was conducted at the Informatics Engineering Study Program of Universitas Muria Kudus. The results of testing indicate that the system improves data processing efficiency, accelerates information delivery, and minimizes errors in the registration and scheduling processes. With implementation of this system, academic procedures are expected to become more orderly, transparent, and well-structured. The test results show that the system is able to improve efficiency, as well as reduce administrative errors in the registration and scheduling process. All users are already interrelated in this registration process, starting from students, lecturers, coordinators, operators.

Abstract

Waste management problems continue to increase along with population growth and urbanization, which have negative impacts on the environment and public health. Waste management is a major challenge in creating a sustainable environment. Digital-based technologies, such as Cloud Computing with a Multi-tenant SaaS (Software as a Service) model, offer solutions to overcome challenges in waste management efficiently and integrated. This technology enables real-time waste management with higher efficiency, and can be accessed by various parties, including the government, managers and the community. This study aims to develop a digital-based waste management system that utilizes Cloud Computing SaaS Multi-tenant technology for the waste management process. The research method used is the Agile-based system development method, where the research stages include needs analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The results of this study include increased operational efficiency of waste management, cost savings, and increased community participation in waste management programs through an easily accessible digital platform. In addition, this research also supports sustainable development (SDGs), particularly in efforts to maintain environmental sustainability.

Abstract

Di tengah kompleksitas pasar teknologi yang terus berkembang, generasi muda sering menghadapi tantangan dalam menemukan informasi yang relevan, terutama terkait perangkat seluler. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Chatbot Tanya Phone, sebuah solusi interaktif yang dirancang untuk memberikan informasi spesifikasi, harga, dan ulasan produk kepada pengguna Telegram. Proses pengembangan chatbot ini mencakup analisis menyeluruh terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, perancangan alur percakapan yang intuitif, serta pengembangan berbasis API Telegram untuk memastikan integrasi yang efisien dan responsif.Implementasi sistem diharapkan dapat memberikan respons yang cepat dan akurat, membantu pengguna dalam memahami informasi penting terkait perkembangan teknologi di pasar handphone saat ini. Metode pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah black box testing, yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa semua fitur chatbot berfungsi sesuai dengan ekspektasi dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Selain itu, proses pengujian juga mengidentifikasi beberapa aspek yang memerlukan penyempurnaan guna meningkatkan kinerja chatbot secara keseluruhan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Chatbot Tanya Phone tidak hanya mampu memberikan umpan balik secara real-time, tetapi juga meningkatkan pemahaman pengguna terkait teknologi, memudahkan pencarian informasi, serta memberikan kontribusi positif bagi generasi muda dalam menghadapi perkembangan teknologi yang semakin dinamis di era digital saat ini, serta membantu mereka dalam membuat keputusan yang lebih baik dan memperkuat keterampilan literasi digital mereka untuk beradaptasi dengan perubahan teknologi yang cepat.

Abstract

One of the districts far from the city of Jepara is nalumsarithe existence of vocational high schools. In March 2020 thecoronavirus that attacked Indonesia until now still exists, the incomingoutbreak crippled the economy, sector tourism, also in the field ofeducation. In the field of education today is certainly a special concernby the government. Abstract

Correctional facilities in Indonesia face significant challenges in inmate management due to reliance on manual, paper-based systems for room occupancy verification, leading to inefficiencies, prolonged verification times, high potential for data errors, and substantial workload for correctional officers during frequent room reshuffling activities. This study aims to develop a web-based information system leveraging barcode technology to streamline the inmate verification process at Lapas Kelas IIB Pati, minimizing human error, enhancing administrative efficiency, and accelerating data management processes. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach with qualitative methodology using the Waterfall model for system development, incorporating data collection techniques including observation, semi-structured interviews with correctional officers, literature review, and document analysis. The study population comprised all data management processes for inmates and officers at Lapas Kelas IIB Pati, with purposive sampling selecting key informants, relevant documents, and existing manual systems. System validation was conducted through Blackbox Testing to verify functional specifications and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) using Likert scale questionnaires to evaluate user satisfaction. The developed system successfully automated inmate verification through QR/barcode scanning, implemented role-based access controls, and provided room transfer functionality, with all system functionalities achieving successful outcomes in testing, demonstrating operational viability and significant improvement in efficiency and data accuracy. The web-based inmate processing system effectively addresses operational challenges in correctional facility management, providing a practical solution for digital transformation in Indonesian correctional institutions.
