Abstract

Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) merupakan langkah awal yang krusial dalam proses seleksi siswa. Di SMK Negeri 4 Sarolangun, mekanisme pendaftaran masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir kertas sehingga sering menimbulkan keterbatasan informasi, potensi kesalahan pengisian data, serta kurang efisien dalam pengelolaan administrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pendaftaran siswa baru dengan menerapkan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kajian pustaka. Sistem dirancang menggunakan framework Laravel dengan beberapa fitur utama seperti registrasi akun, unggah dokumen, verifikasi pembayaran, seleksi siswa, dan pengumuman hasil seleksi. Perancangan sistem dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan UML, sedangkan proses pengujian menggunakan pendekatan black-box dan uji beta. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem yang dibangun terbukti dapat mempercepat alur pendaftaran, memberikan informasi secara langsung, meningkatkan akurasi data, serta mendukung kemudahan administrasi bagi pihak sekolah. Oleh karena itu, sistem berbasis web ini dinilai layak menggantikan cara manual dan mampu meningkatkan mutu pelayanan sekolah.

Abstract

Abstract:  The teacher performance evaluation process at SMK Negeri 10 Bungo has so far been carried out manually, which results in the process taking a relatively long time and the resulting data is difficult to use for continuous performance evaluation. This poses a challenge in ensuring that the teacher performance evaluation process is carried out efficiently, quickly, and accurately Therefore, this study aims to design a systematic and computerized teacher performance assessment information system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. This research was conducted using Visual Studio Code as the development editor and the PHP 8 programming language. The results of this study are the Design of a Teacher Performance Assessment Information System with an iterative model consisting of six stages: planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and management. System testing is divided into two stages, namely Alpha testing (which includes whitebox and blackbox testing) and Beta testing by experts and users. The results of the Beta test show that the validation carried out by system experts obtained an average score of 88.5%, with the description "very good." Meanwhile, the user assessment questionnaire involving admins, principals, and teachers obtained an average score of 81%, also with the description "very good.". Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sistem informasi penilaian kinerja guru yang sistematis dan terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Visual Studio Code sebagai editor pengembangan dan bahasa pemrograman PHP 8. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Perancangan Sistem Informasi Penilaian Kinerja Guru dengan model iteratif yang terdiri dari enam tahapan: perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, pengujian, dan pengelolaan. Pengujian sistem dibagi menjadi dua tahap, yaitu pengujian Alpha (yang meliputi pengujian whitebox dan blackbox) dan pengujian Beta oleh tenaga ahli dan pengguna. Hasil pengujian Beta menunjukkan bahwa validasi yang dilakukan oleh tenaga ahli sistem memperoleh nilai rata-rata 88,5%, dengan keterangan "sangat baik." Sementara itu, angket penilaian pengguna yang melibatkan admin, kepala sekolah, dan guru memperoleh nilai rata-rata 81%, juga dengan keterangan "sangat baik."

Abstract

Abstract:  The aim of this research is to produce web-based learning media on the basic subjects of computer network engineering and telecommunications at SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek that are valid and practical. The type of research used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model which consists of several stages, namely, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects used in this research were 37 students in class X TKJ. Meanwhile, the instruments in this research used questionnaire validation sheets by media experts and material experts as well as practicality questionnaires by teachers and students.The results of the research show that the results of the expert validity of web-based learning media obtained a score of 83.10% in the very valid category, while for the validity of the material expert the score was 89.06% in the very valid category. Meanwhile, for the practicality level, teachers got a score of 90.10% in the very practical category and for the practicality level, students got a score of 83,25% in the very practical category. Based on this data, it can be concluded that web-based learning media is suitable for use in the learning process.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengehasilkan media pembelajaran berbasis web pada mata pelajaran dasar teknik jaringan komputer dan telekomunikasi di SMK Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek yang valid dan praktis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari beberapa tahap yaitu, Analysi, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Sebjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X TKJ yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Sementara instrumen pada penelitian ini menggunakan lembar validasi angket oleh ahli media dan ahli materi serta angket praktikalitas oleh guru dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil dari validitas ahli media pembelajaran berbasis web memperoleh nilai sebesar 83,10% dengan kategori sangat valid sedangkan untuk validitas ahli materi memperoleh nilai sebesar 89,06% dengan kategori sangat valid. Sementara untuk tingkat praktikalitas guru memperoleh nilai sebesar 90,10% dengan kategori sangat praktis dan untuk tingkat praktikalitas siswa memperoleh nilai sebesar 83,25% dengan kategori sangat praktis.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations conducted by researchers, especially at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang, it is known that the teaching methods used in science subjects at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang still use lecture and discussion methods with teaching aids and conventional methods that have not been oriented towards the implementation of educational activities. The purpose of this study was to develop an educational Android game for 10th grade computer science students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. To determine the level of validity of educational android games in the field of computer science at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Padang. This type of research is research and development (RD). The results of educational games for learning through media training achieved an average media validation value of 84.58 which can be classified as "Very valid". The material validation test obtained an average score of 84.58 in the "Very Practical" category. The practical test of the developed educational game received a teacher assessment of 86.11 with the "Very Practical" category. Student practicality obtained an average score of 90.68 in the "Very Practical" category.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the development of an Android-based practical work e-module, considered the most relevant solution to address the limitations of existing teaching materials. This e-module integrates learning content, practical procedure steps, circuit visualizations, and supporting media—such as images and videos—into a single, easily accessible platform. Furthermore, the fact that most students already own Android devices allows for flexible use of the e-module both inside and outside the classroom. The objectives of this research were to develop an Android-based practical work e-module on the topic of Remote Servers for Grade XI TKJ (Computer and Network Engineering) students at SMK Negeri 1 Solok, and to determine the validity and practicality of the developed e-module. The study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method, which aims to produce and test the effectiveness of specific products—whether software, hardware, learning media, curricula, or instructional models. Media validation results showed a score of 91.53% (categorized as "highly valid"), while content validation results showed a score of 92.73% (also "highly valid"). The media's strength lay in the readability of text and images, which achieved the highest score of 97.92%, while the content's strength lay in the use of easily understandable language, scoring 95.83%. Regarding practicality, teacher assessments yielded a score of 87.50% ("highly practical"), and student assessments yielded 89.51% ("highly practical"). Based on student assessments, the e-module's greatest strength was the clarity of practical steps (90.36%), while the aspect with room for further improvement was the visual appeal (88.48%). Thus, the developed Android-based practical work e-module is deemed highly valid and highly practical for use as a learning support tool for the Remote Server topic.
