Abstract

To determine the influence of student management and teacher example on the discipline of State MTs students in Pandeglang Regency, researchers used quantitative descriptive explanatory and inference methods. The analysis used is correlation regression. To test the hypothesis, SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) is used which is operated through the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The research results show that Student Management has a positive effect on Student Discipline as evidenced by the parameter coefficient of 0.533. with the T statistical results being greater than the T table (4.873 > 1.96) with a P value of 0.000. Likewise, the Teacher Exemplary variable has a positive effect on Student Discipline with a parameter coefficient of 0.318 with T statistical results greater than the T table (2.125>1.96) with a P value of 0.000. The results of the summary ANOVA F test or simultaneous test obtained a P value for Student Management and Teacher Exemplary which is 0.000, which is less than 0.05, which means that the independent variables, both Student Management and Teacher Exemplary, have a positive and significant effect on the Student Discipline variable simultaneously.

Abstract

This study examines the roles of teachers in creating a positive and supportive learning environment, with a focus on the application of ethics in reading, writing, and speaking. The research method is literature studies, and the data sources are taken from a variety of articles in relevant scientific journals and books. The research phases begin with the formulation of goals, searching and gathering relevant references, identifying and classifying various references, and, finally, analyzing the results of the research. The study's findings demonstrate the critical role that teachers play in establishing a productive learning environment, particularly when it comes to incorporating the ethics of speaking, writing, and reading into routine instruction. Teachers can support students in developing good communication skills and strong moral foundations by raising awareness of ethical ideals and helping students apply these ideas in their daily lives. According to these studies, creating a learning atmosphere that values justice, honesty, and tolerance for other viewpoints can help students learn more effectively.

Abstract

Kelas Ceria adalah suatu program pendidikan yang berfokus pada metode belajar mengajar yang memberikan ruang menyenangkan dan kreatif untuk anak-anak, khususnya usia dini. Tujuannya adalah untuk menarik minat daya belajar mereka sejak awal. Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana Kelas Ceria berfungsi sebagai alat edukasi yang inovatif untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan, daya imajinasi, dan kemampuan berpikir anak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan dalam program Kelas Ceria ini terdiri dari beberapa tahapan diantaranya: Identifikasi Program, Perancangan Kebutuhan, Pelaksanaan Monitoring dan Evaluasi. Program Kelas Ceria ini dilaksanakan di Posko KUKERTA 07 Desa Sukamanah. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak menjadi lebih semangat belajar saat materi diterapkan dalam format permainan edukatif, kegiatan seni, dan proyek kolaboratif. Pendekatan ini juga terbukti berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan sosial dan emosional mereka. Secara keseluruhan, Kelas Ceria merupakan pilihan media pembelajaran yang efektif dan menghibur, yang dapat menghasilkan sebuah ilmu pengetahuan bagi anak anak secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the phenomenon of low teacher performance in the State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Pandeglang, Banten. Self-concept is one of the factors influencing teachers' performance in State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Pandeglang. This study aims to analyze the relationship between self-concept and teachers' performance. The research method used is quantitative. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The study population comprised 267 teachers, and the sample comprised 56 teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire prepared using a Likert-scale format. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and correlation analysis in SPSS 23.00. The results indicated that the teacher's self-concept was in the moderate range, suggesting a positive self-image. Teachers' performance is also in the moderate category, indicating that teachers already possess effective skills in their work to achieve good performance. A positive and significant relationship exists between self-concept and teacher performance at Tsanawiyah State Madrasah in Pandeglang Regency. This means that high- and low-performing teachers can be explained by self-concept, and that performing teachers will perform higher. The results of data analysis obtained R = 0.710 with degree p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), R2 = 50.5%. This study demonstrates a significant and positive increase in teachers' self-concept and performance at State Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Pandeglang Regency.
