Abstract

The background to this research is that the Roudlotul Huda Magetan Islamic Boarding School contains Islamic Boarding School-Owned Enterprises (BUMP) which play an important role in the Islamic boarding school's economy. The presence of Covid-19 caused the economy to decline, and this thesis contains the problem formulation, (1) How is the application of maqashid syari'ah in the economic recovery of BUMP Basmallah at the Roudlotul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Magetan?, (2) How is the application of maqashid syari'ah to BUMP Basmallah's financial role in post-pandemic economic recovery at the Roudlotul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Magetan? This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach with data collection procedures and through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The conclusions are (1) Implementation of maqashid syari'ah at BUMP Basmallah in economic recovery at the Roudlotul Huda Magetan Islamic Boarding School by fulfilling the objectives of maqashid syari'ah in accordance with the level of need, namely the dharuriyyah (primary needs), (2) Application of maqashid syari'ah in post-pandemic economic recovery at the Roudlotul Huda Islamic Boarding School by fulfilling aspects of the maqashid shari'ah elements, namely maintaining religion, soul, reason and protecting property. So that it can achieve its goals according to the provisions prescribed by Islam

Abstract

Technological advances have made it easier to make transactions, one of which is through paylater payment systems, such as GoPay Later. However, this convenience provides a gap for abuse, especially through the disbursement of paylater limits that are not in accordance with company regulations, known as cash swipe. In this practice, the Gopay Later limit owner uses the services of a third party to disburse the limit through fictitious transactions. This research reviews the concept of an ijarah contract, which means that transactions must not be tied to certain conditions and must be based on the benefits obtained. This research aims to provide further understanding to readers about the importance of conducting transactions according to sharia principles. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with primary data obtained through interviews with service owners. The results show that ijarah contracts in the practice of cash swipe services are allowed if both parties agree and understand the agreement. However, this cash swipe transaction has risks that need to be considered by both parties.

Abstract

The halal industry has grown rapidly, becoming an important sector in the global market with a scope that includes food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and tourism products. This creates opportunities and challenges, especially in maintaining the authenticity and quality of halal products throughout the supply chain. This article aims to examine management strategies in the halal industry that are from the perspective of Islamic economics with materials consisting of halal ingredients, both substances, how to obtain and process them, and are carried out in the halal industry area, where all industrial lots must be allocated for halal products, have halal facilities and infrastructure, and have a halal management team and analyze the various challenges faced, and identify opportunities that can support the development of this sector. The research method used is a literature study of 20 recent journal articles on halal industry management by collecting relevant journal articles from various sources. The study results show that certification, technological innovation, and halal supply chains are important components that must be optimized. Thus, a comprehensive management approach is needed to sustain the halal industry's growth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze stock investment decision-making using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The research population includes all companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index 70 (JII70). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The results of the study show that there are 24 stocks included in the efficient stock group, namely ADRO, AKRA, ANTM, BMTR, BRIS, BTPS, CTRA, ERAA, EXCL, INCO, ISAT, ITMG, KLBF, LPPF, MAPI, MIKA, MNCN, PTPP, PWON, SIDO, SMRA, TLKM, TPIA, and UNTR. The recommended investment decision for investors is to buy stocks that are classified as efficient. On the other hand, there are 11 stocks that are included in the group of inefficient stocks, namely ACES, CPIN, ICBP, INDF, INTP, JPFA, MYOR, PTBA, SCMA, SMGR, and UNVR. For these inefficient stocks, the recommended investment decision is to sell the stocks to avoid potential depreciation.

Abstract

This article discusses the management of the Ramadan Bazaar held on the waqf land of the Baitul Khoir Grand Mosque in Tulungagung, as a means of empowering the local Muslim community. The bazaar serves not only religious and social functions but also acts as a productive initiative to optimize waqf assets for community welfare. Managed through systematic planning, organizing, implementation, and controlling stages, this activity represents a practical application of productive waqf. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. The data collection technique involved structured interviews with mosque administrators and business actors involved in the bazaar, as well as the documentation of ongoing activities. The results indicate that the Ramadan Bazaar has a positive impact on the local economy, while also strengthening the mosque’s social and spiritual role. However, challenges remain in management and program sustainability. The study recommends a productive waqf-based bazaar management model as an alternative strategy for mosque-based economic empowerment, emphasizing the need for collaboration among mosque administrators, the community, and supporting institutions.

Abstract

Identitas visual yang kuat merupakan elemen penting dalam membangun tingkat kompetisi produk lokal (UMKM), khususnya dalam menyikapi kondisi pasar yang sangat kompetitif. Dengan adanya elemen ini dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berupaya mengoptimalkan tampilan visual UMKM di Desa Blawirejo melalui program pendampingan desain logo dan label produk. Metode yang digunakan mencakup identifikasi kebutuhan pelaku usaha, tahapan co-creation desain, dan evaluasi hasil melalui respons pelaku UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan ini mampu meningkatkan kesadaran pelaku usaha terhadap pentingnya visual branding, menghasilkan logo dan label siap pakai, serta memberikan nilai tambah terhadap persepsi produk. Pendampingan ini terbukti efektif dan dapat direplikasi untuk desa lain.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan pilar penting bagi perekonomian Desa Blawirejo dan memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhannya. Namun, akibat kurangnya keahlian teknologi dan konektivitas internet yang tidak memadai, UMKM di wilayah ini menghadapi hambatan yang cukup besar, terutama dalam hal pemasaran dan akses informasi. Akibatnya, produk UMKM hanya dikenal secara lokal, yang membatasi prospek perluasan bisnis. Dengan memperluas jangkauan pasar dan mempercepat prosedur transaksi digital, digitalisasi melalui pengembangan situs web dan katalog produk diharapkan dapat mengatasi masalah ini. Agar UMKM dapat berpartisipasi secara sukses dalam pasar yang semakin kompetitif, mereka memerlukan bantuan dalam beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital.
