Pemasaran digital merupakan sarana yang mana untuk memperkenalkan produk melalui media digital maupun online. Perkembangan dunia digital saat ini sedang viral dan menjadi kebutuhan disemua kalangan. Banyaknya Usaha Kecil Menengah yang masih mengalami proses pemasaran produk menjadi kendala dalam pengembangan usahanya. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk melaksanakan dan mengembangkan pola kolaborasi antara mahasiswa, dosen, masyarakat dan pemerintah dalam melakukan kerja menuju perubahan salah satunya dengan membantu usaha kecil menengah dalam proses pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan dalam hal ini produk roti di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Sumbersari. Adapun tahapan pelaksanaan yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan dan pendampingan bidang pemasaran digital untuk meningkatkan layanan penjualan produk roti di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam. Hasil dari kegiatan ini : 1) adanya pelatihan motivasi dan kemampuan manajerial kewirausahaan, 2) adanya sosial media yang dipakai dalam proses pemasaran (Brosur, Facebook, Instagram, dll)

Productivity is a form of activity carried out to produce a product or service. Productivity is the ability of each person, system or company to produce something desired by utilizing resources effectively and efficiently. Adolescence is a period of expression and self-discovery. Many creative and innovative ideas emerge from teenagers. But not a few teenagers who spend their time on activities that are not useful. May even harm yourself and other. To avoid these things. Teenagers must realize the importance of being productive teenagers, namely teenagers who maximize their time to do useful activities. The purpose of service is to increase productivity, youth in Semen Village, Pagu Subdistrict. Job opportunities in the field of photography are very large because the multimedia and social media needs are increasingly in demand. In this digital era, there are many fields that require photographers, such as journalism, fashion, food product, models, not infrequently even celebgram, bloggers, youtubers currently have their own personal photographers to support their work.

Education related to preventing the transmission of Covid-19 in the community, especially to children, is still very minimal and efforts are needed to make people aware of the importance of preventing Covid-19 through 5 M. Based on this context, this educational program is implemented to shape the character of children who are aware of cleanliness from an early age. This educational outreach program is considered quite successful in making children aware of the current environmental conditions. In this educational program, there is good cooperation and communication between researchers and the community as well as the participation of children in RT.04/RW.02 Jatisari, Krenceng Village, who are actively involved in the success of the program. The willingness of children to participate in this educational program to prevent the spread of Covid-19 also shows the success of this program. All the children practice one by one related to the procedures for wearing and removing masks, and how to wash hands using soap and running water or hand sanitizer in accordance with the health protocols recommended by the government. The success of this program can also be used as a model for implementing Covid-19 Transmission Prevention Education in other places by adjusting the existing context.

The PHBS program is a health promotion effort that aims to make Indonesians live in a clean and healthy environment. PHBS program in the community environment is the main thing that must be considered because it plays an important role in the spread of diseases both infectious and not, both in urban and rural areas. In particular, this PHBS program helps teachers and students in rural children to learn lifestyles that are in accordance with their portions. This research is aimed at informing and empowering PHBS in this school. The results of the study showed that in cotton village children Nganjuk clean and healthy living behavior is still not well conditioned, therefore the PHBS program is intended to realize the highest degree of public health as a gift for the development of productive human resources. While public awareness of health and PHBS, especially in the children of Kapas Nganjuk village, is still average. For this reason, phbs extension is expected to be an effort to realize all the importance of empowering PHBS in everyday life while providing knowledge how to realize it so that it can realize healthy schools.

The environment of karimah is an environment that should be given to children from an early age, where children are accustomed to acting politely and saying with courtesy, thus the assistance of this community is carried out and directed to provide awareness and learning through the application of 5S (Greetings Smile Politeness). This mentoring activity is indeed quite impactful in the daily habits of children when in school, but when outside school children will be faced again with an environment that does not practice karimah. So, in this mentoring period researchers also do good work and communication to the community and the participation of the community of Sukomoro Nganjuk Cotton Village actively in succeeding the program. The establishment of a moral environment cannot necessarily succeed only with the application of 5S (Sapa Salam Senyum Sopantun) conducted during the study only, so the researcher appealed to the community, especially the college staff to civilize the application of the 5S to the children of students. The success of this program can be used as a model of the implementation of moral education elsewhere by adjusting the existing context.

Children have personality potential according to parenting styles and environmental colors. As a parent, it has become an inevitability to be able to give the best for their children. Not only find the best school for children, but provide affection by helping children achieve their developmental tasks. One of the developmental tasks that need to be achieved is to know yourself and the environment. Children can get to know themselves and their environment through the play activities that are their world. Through play, one aspect that can be developed is the social-emotional aspect, including personality. The personality of a boy is identical to the side of masculinity, while a girl's is synonymous with the femininity side. Boys who are only accustomed to developing their masculinity and girls who are only conditioned to cultivate their femininity side are feared to grow into a lame and overly rigid person. Efforts to prevent the growth of a lame and too rigid personality can be done by conditioning the child to have a person who is androgynius, namely a person who has a tendency to balanced nature.

Many of the young women who have experienced menstruation, but do not know the laws of menstruation. Most of them only get a little lesson from their parents because their parents also lack understanding about the laws of menstruation. Based on that context, educational and guidance programs for young women on "Menstrual laws". This educational and guidance activity is seen as quite successful in educating and guiding young women in this environment. In mentoring also emerged good cooperation and communication between researchers and the people of Pranggang Village Plosoklaten District Kediri Regency. The number of participants who follow the education and guidance of menstrual problems is also a success of this program. All participants are facilitated with a photocopy of the menstrual module that is shared for free. The success of this program can also be used as a model of implementing religious reinforcement elsewhere by adjusting the existing context.

The wider community environment has a different character and in awareness of the use of used bottles or plastic waste, they are still minimal in their utilization. Based on this context, this community assistance program is carried out and directed to provide community empowerment about the benefits of plastic waste as household income and or can be as an awareness of bersodaqoh. Mentoring also creates good cooperation and communication between the author and the community, as well as the participation of the Sukomoro subdistrict cotton village in succeeding this mentoring program. Most of the people participate in this program, namely in collecting used plastic bottles, they are very enthusiastic because they are encouraged to collect garbage as an embodiment of almsgiving. After the used plastic bottle or garbage is collected a lot, it will be sold and the proceeds from the sale will be allocated as compensation for orphans and shared alms to widowed mothers. It has the full support of the community in running this program. For that, the running of the Sodaqoh Sampah program is expected to be able to resuscitate people in other areas to give alms, because alms does not have to be with money and by collecting, and continue to be sold used bottles can increase the income of household needs.

Association is the process of interaction carried out by individuals with individuals, can also be done by individuals with groups. Association itself is a fitrah for every human being. Because, basically every human being is a social creature, that does not mean someone can get along with anyone in any way. And in modern times like this social society is often faced with problems that often tarnish religion with an association that is not limited by the rule of law that binds to the adherents of its religion. So it becomes a concern for us Muslims with the habits of people who do not care about the existing rules. Departing from concerns about male and female association in this day and age, the author also carried out socialization activities or awareness about the limitations of relationships (interactions) between men and women according to Islam to several members of IPNU-IPPNU Ringinrejo Village Tiru Lor District Gurah Kediri regency and the brides-to-be who were there. The socialization activities that the author carried out there including considered smooth and successful because they saw the impact of change after the socialization activities were held. I hope it will affect the rest of the environment.

Zakat is one of the pillars of Islam that is compulsory for every Muslim who is able, and his position is very important in Islam. In the management of zakat, it needs an 'amil zakat who has qualified by the provisions of Sharia. It is intended for the management of Zakat can be done optimally and professionally by Amil Zakat, so that zakat can be managed and distributed evenly to the people who are entitled to receive. With the high level of professionalism Amil Zakat, the higher the welfare of the Mustahik especially the Amil zakat. Wages or salaries are given in compensation for their work in managing Zakat to influence the effect of either directly or indirectly on the profession of managing Zakat property. The scholars argue in deciding the wages of zakat given to the Amil Zakat. The concept of Fiqh Zakat argues that the wages received by the Amil Zakat amounted to 12.5% or 1/8 from the Zakat property that has been accumulated.
