Abstract

Pada dasarnya proses belajar ditandai dengan terjadinya perubahan pada diri siswa, baik dalam aspek kognitif, afektif, maupun psikoomotor. Perubahan perilaku dalalm aspek kognitif tercermin dari prestasi belajar. Rendahnya hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial di SMP merupakan indikasi bahwa selama ini proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan di sekolah belum optimal, sehingga perlua adanya upaya untuk meningkatkannya. Model pembelajaran yang kurang melibatkan siswa akan menurunkan minat belajar siswa, sehingga prestasi belajaranyapun akan mengalami penurunan. Model pembelajaran yang lebih menekankan pada aktivitas siswa merupakan model belajar mengajar yang mengutamakan peran siswa aktif, baik fisik, mental maupun sosial. Discovery learning adalah suatu model untuk mengembangkan cara belajar aktif dengan menemukan sendiri, menyelidiki sendiri, maka hasil yang diperoleh akan setia dan tahan lama dalam ingatan. Melalui belajar penemuan, siswa juga bisa belajar berpikir analisis dan mencoba memecahkan sendiri masalah yang dihadapi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa Kelas VIII-B SMP Negeri 1 Kayen Kidul Kabupaten Kediri Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. (2) Model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan kenaikan prosentase kekuntasan klasikal dan nilai rata-rata kelas. Pada siklus 1 prosentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 73,5% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 74,94. Pada siklus 2 prosentase ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 85,29% dengan nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 82,71.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the practice, causes and resolution of the cancellation of the Istiṣnā’ contract in the sale and purchase of horticultural seeds in Pranggang Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency. Istiṣnā’ contract cancellation was experienced by almost 50% of the sellers out of a total of 48 sellers there. This study uses field research with the type of research that is a case study. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research. The collecting data using the method of observation, interviews and observations. The results of this study are; 1) The practice of the Istiṣnā’ contract on the buying and selling of horticultural plant seeds in Pranggang Village has fulfilled the pillars and conditions of the Istiṣnā’ contract so that the practice of the contract is punished as a valid sale and purchase contract; 2) The factor of cancelling the Istiṣnā’ contract on the sale and purchase of horticultural seeds in Pranggang Village is due to default and overmatch factors; 3) Completion of cancelling the Istiṣnā’ contract on the sale and purchase of horticultural seeds in Pranggang Village is divided into two. That is unilateral cancellation by paying compensation (down payment (DP) is non-refundable) and cancellation on the willingness of both parties (DP is refundable). The completion of the cancellation of the Istishna contract on the sale and purchase of horticultural plant seeds in Pranggang Village, Plosoklaten District, Kediri Regency is in accordance with the settlement according to the Sharia Economic Law Compilation.

Abstract

L Law No.33 concerning Halal Product Guarantees requires halal certification for every product imported and distributed. and traded in Indonesian territory. MSEs are the target of BPJPH in applying for halal certification. This research is to answer the question of whether there is a significant influence between halal awareness, knowledge and regulations simultaneously or partially on the application for halal certification among MSEs in the culinary sector in Pacet Mojokerto. This research uses a quantitative approach method with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research results obtained show that halal awareness, knowledge and regulations simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on applications for halal self-declaration certification of 0.627 or 62.7%. Then for partial testing, the halal awareness variable has a positive but not significant effect on the application for self-declared halal certification. Meanwhile, the knowledge and regulatory variables have a positive and significant effect on applications for halal self-declaration certification among MSEs in the culinary sector in Pacet, Mojokerto. This research provides recommendations for the government, becomes evaluation material in determining policy direction, and provides support and outreach regarding halal certification. For institutions applying for halal certification in Pacet Mojokerto, evaluation and improvement materials for halal certification assistance so that it can be maximized. And for business actors to pay more attention to having halal certification for each of their products.

The type of study is feld research using qualitative and desdriptive approach. Abstract

Abstract: This research is based on the rise of businessmen who are just looking for profit, and also the phenomenon that occurs based on the reality of the current trend, many businesses that use sharia or religion as a booster of material gain, or politicization. But it is different with the business that is doing by manufacturers from Jombang, creating something simple to be extraordinary, bringing benefits and even blessings. Positive small things and done according to the demands of sharia bring benefits and blessings. There are some purpose of this study,the first is  to understand sharia marketing, secondly, to analyze the implementation of sharia marketing on the business of The otak- otak of Kenzi's. This research was conducted to business owners of the otak- otak kenzie  in Blimbing Village, Gudo Jombang, employees and customers or the community. The process of collecting data by interview method, observation and documentation. Using qualitative descriptive analysis is to describe the results of interviews of respondents, then analyze it with the theory. The results of this research is to show that the business owner of the kenzie product implicitly understands and implements the syariah values ​​in its business activities. Sharia implementation is reflected on shariah marketing strategy, which is the segmentation of the public market and target market of upper middle economic society and to atrack  the hearts of its consumers with friendly and honest service. In the case of shariah marketing tactic, including are halal products, standard price according to sharia, which is related to the location of businesssworth according to syaraiah. In sharia marketing value, there are some value,that can given some benefits for consumers including: healthy, halal elements and  well in accordance with the Qur'an that ordered humans to eat clean food, take a holy and healthy way. From the shariah spiritual image related to the principle of honesty of hospitality that must be owned by a businessman,he  feels that Allahis always watching everywhere, so both the value of sharia and the principles of sharia is very important and useful in the business world. And from the existing phenomenon Sharia-labeled marketing is not Islamization or religious commercialism, but it is a way asameans in offering products produced in a business, the impact of the economy of a society will also increase, religion is not used as demolisher of the economy, to seek material , but sharia or religionas measureand also as a rule that underlies human behavior. Religion and economics can not be compared, but go hand. Religion is notto be traded in economic interests, but the advanced of the economy is due to the religious rules. Abstract

The background to this research is that the Roudlotul Huda Magetan Islamic Boarding School contains Islamic Boarding School-Owned Enterprises (BUMP) which play an important role in the Islamic boarding school's economy. The presence of Covid-19 caused the economy to decline, and this thesis contains the problem formulation, (1) How is the application of maqashid syari'ah in the economic recovery of BUMP Basmallah at the Roudlotul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Magetan?, (2) How is the application of maqashid syari'ah to BUMP Basmallah's financial role in post-pandemic economic recovery at the Roudlotul Huda Islamic Boarding School, Magetan? This research was conducted using a qualitative research approach with data collection procedures and through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The conclusions are (1) Implementation of maqashid syari'ah at BUMP Basmallah in economic recovery at the Roudlotul Huda Magetan Islamic Boarding School by fulfilling the objectives of maqashid syari'ah in accordance with the level of need, namely the dharuriyyah (primary needs), (2) Application of maqashid syari'ah in post-pandemic economic recovery at the Roudlotul Huda Islamic Boarding School by fulfilling aspects of the maqashid shari'ah elements, namely maintaining religion, soul, reason and protecting property. So that it can achieve its goals according to the provisions prescribed by Islam

Abstract

The Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) is implementing the mandate of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia which is targeting 10 million halal-certified products by October 2024 to make Indonesia the world's halal center. BPJPH has implemented various strategies to realize this target. Through this qualitative research, it was found that by early 2024 it had been realized that 4,591,573 products are halal certified. The strategy that best shows its optimality in achieving this realization is the existence of a self-declared halal certification registration route, the SiHalal application, and the Sehati program. With the success of the strategy and realization of halal certification, BPJPH won two awards from prestigious events in the field of Information Technology in the form of the TOP Digital Award 2023.

Abstract

This study is a empirical investigation aimed at exploring the impact of Islamic market orientation, Islamic innovativeness, and halal product uniqueness on marketing performance. The sample for this study consisted of 180 executives from the food processing sector in Central Java, Indonesia. Utilizing Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), the data was analyzed. The results reveal that Islamic innovativeness is positively and significantly influenced by Islamic market orientation. Furthermore, Islamic market orientation exerts a positive and significant impact on halal product uniqueness. Likewise, Islamic innovativeness demonstrates a positive and significant effect on halal product uniqueness. Collectively, Islamic market orientation, Islamic innovativeness, and halal product uniqueness exhibit a positive and significant influence on marketing performance. The analysis of indirect effects indicates that Islamic innovativeness and halal product uniqueness can act as mediators in the relationship between Islamic market orientation and marketing performance.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini ini dirancang ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di tingkat dasar melalui desain dan implementasi media pembelajaran manual yang menarik, mendidik, dan interaktif. Kegiatan ini ditujukan untuk peserta didik sekolah dasar di Desa Tlanak. Metode dan pendekatan Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) diaplikasikan dengan menekankan pada identifikasi, eksplorasi, dan pemanfaatan aset lokal yang ada sebagai dasar pengembangan program yang berkelanjutan. Penerapan metode ABCD terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan keterlibatan yang berarti baik dari para pendidik maupun masyarakat, khususnya dalam proses kolaborasi pengembangan media pembelajaran manual. Tiga jenis media berhasil dibuat, yaitu (1) Roda Putar Baca Pintar untuk pengenalan alfabet dan kosakata, (2) Kincir Perkalian, dan (3) hiasan dinding “7 Kebiasaan Anak Indonesia Hebat” sebagai sarana penanaman karakter. Media-media ini diterima dengan baik oleh para guru dan siswa dengan tanggapan positif dalam kegiatan demonstrasi, sebab mampu mendorong pembelajaran aktif dan menyenangkan.
