Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi model plomp untuk mengembangkan suatu instrument pengukuran keteraampilan professional calon guru matematika dan keseluruhan bentuk instrumen yang dikembangkan memenuhi kriteria kualitas yaitu valid, reliabel, dan obyektif Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas dan gambaran hasil pengukuran keterampilan profesional mahasiswa calon guru Jurusan Matematika FMIPA Universitas Negeri Makassar. Adapun hasil validasi instrumen didapatkan koefisien validitas isi untuk soal pilihan ganda yang awalnya didapatkan 0,41 menjadi 0,98 dengan memperbaiki butir-butir yang dinilai lemah berdasarkan saran dari validator, dan untuk soal essay koefisien validitas isinya 0,917. Untuk validitas konstruknya soal di bagi menjadi dua paket. dari ke-31 butir pada paket 1 ditinjau dari validitas konstruk menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 butir yang digugurkan (butir 3, 4, 5, 27, dan 29) dan 26 butir yang tidak digugurkan dan valid karena butir-butir dapat menggambarkan indikator dari variabel yang dimaksudkan. Sedangkan hasil penelitian dari ke-30 butir pada paket 2 ditinjau dari validitas konstruk menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 butir yang digugurkan (butir 6, 14, 29, dan 30) dan 26 butir yang tidak digugurkan dan valid karena butir-butir dapat menggambarkan indikator dari variabel yang dimaksudkan. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Profesional; Validitas isi; Validitas Konstruk.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the productive pedagogies of the pre-service teachers. Productive pedagogies are measured based on four dimension. This research involved three pre-service teachers in Universitas Negeri Makassar, Indonesia, who carry out teaching practices in schools. This research is a case study. The assessment of productive pedagogies was measured using a questionnaire, observation, and semi-structured interviews.  The lowest average was found on the intellectual quality dimension of 79.6 (high category) based on the overall dimensions. This result suggests that, of all of the dimensions, Intellectual Quality was the least likely to be included in the classes. The highest dimension of the productive pedagogies of the pre-service teacher was connectedness, around 84.7, with a very high category. That means the pre-service teachers mainly focused on Connectedness during their teaching practice, followed by the Recognition of Differences around 82.2 (high category). Meanwhile, the Supportive Classroom Environment dimension is in the high category at about 79.9. Furthermore, for the Supportive Learning Environment dimension, two elements, academic engagement and self-regulation, were frequently observed in all pre-service teachers' classes. Still, student control, in which the teacher gives students chances to determine specific activities or outcomes of the lesson, was not very often.

Abstract

Today the use of software has developed in various fields of human life, including the world of education. These developments also have an impact on learning mathematics in general and linear programming as part of mathematics. The software on the computer that is used to solve problems in linear programming material is POM-QM FOR WINDOWS. POM-QM for Windows is a software that can be used to solve various problems related to linear programming material, ranging from very simple problems to more complex problems that are difficult to solve manually. With this software, it is hoped that it can facilitate the process of learning linear program material carried out by teachers in schools. To be able to solve these linear programming problems both manually and by using the POM-QM for Windows software, then of course these problems must be made/formulated in the form of a mathematical model through the model formulation process or what is commonly known as modeling. Modeling is the process of translating real/everyday problems (linear programming problems) into mathematical language (abstract problems).

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Assessment for Learning (AFL) instrument on a quadrilateral for student at grade VII junior high school students and an assessment for learning model. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The subjects in the study were two expert validators and 34 grade VII students at SMP Tunas Harapan Malaka Makassar. The objects in this study are validity, difficulty, and discriminating power, as well as the AfL learning model. The results showed that: (1) a test instrument consisting of 5 essay questions met the validity aspect; (2) in terms of student learning outcomes, meeting the indicators of completeness of student learning outcomes classically; (3) in terms of the level of difficulty, 5 points (100%) with the difficulty category of medium questions; (4) in terms of discriminating power, there are five questions (100%) that meet the criteria for good questions so they do not need to be revised; (5) in terms of AfL strategy, including Phase I: (Initial Activities) Conveying learning objectives to students; Phase II: (Core Activities) Helping students to know and understand the standards they want to achieve; Phase III: Guiding working and study groups; Phase IV: Engage students in assessment including self-assessment; Phase V Provide feedback; Phase VI: Giving awards. The results showed that the instruments developed were valid, and the Assessment for Learning (AfL) learning model on the quadrilateral material developed in the research has the potential to foster critical attitudes and curiosity. AfL learning, positions students in an equal position in assessment, enabling the student to conduct self-introspection that impacts improving students' mathematical abilities.

Abstract

This Integrating Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. PowerPoint for Office Management training aims to train junior high school teachers in Takalar to optimize Office Management. Solutions to problems that have been achieved in this training are: (1) Introducing Office Management features; (2) Improving teachers' ability to apply Office Management features; (3) Increasing confidence in teachers in implementing Office Management in their work activities; (4) Improve teachers' knowledge and skills using application programs such as Automatic Table of Contents, Fun with Pictures, Page numbering, Design Template, Embedding video, hyperlinks, running text with music, and Calculations in Excel. Furthermore, this training can increase the participant’s knowledge in terms of creating automatic attendance in Microsoft Excel

Abstract

Penggunaan perangkat lunak (software) telah berkembang dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan manusia, termasuk dunia pendidikan. Perkembangan tersebut juga berdampak pada pembelajaran matematika khususnya program linier sebagai bagian dari matematika. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah pada materi program linier adalah POM for Windows. POM for Windows adalah salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan terkait materi program linear mulai dari permasalahan sederhana sampai pada permasalahan kompleks yang secara manual sulit untuk diselesaikan. Dengan adanya perangkat lunak ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah proses pembelajaran materi program linier yang dilakukan oleh guru di sekolah.

Abstract

Investigations of the independent learning-independent campus program still encounter obstacles in its implementation. This research is research that is motivated by the phenomenon of certain obstacles and problems faced by students when implementing independent learning-independent campus program in the mathematics department, FMIPA UNM, so it needs to be reviewed and carried out further analysis as material for further improvements. This research aims to explore student perceptions regarding the implementation of independent learning-independent campus program which is focused on the implementation of existing programs at independent learning-independent campus program which is implemented in the Mathematics Department of FMIPA UNM. This research is quantitative descriptive research using survey methods. The research was carried out at the Mathematics Education Study Program, Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Makassar. The sample in this study were students in semester IV and semester VI from the FMIPA mathematics department who were selected purposively based on research interests and needs, namely students who took part in the independent learning-independent campus program. Data was analyzed descriptively to see students' perceptions of the implementation of the independent learning-independent campus program. Research finds that students majoring in mathematics at FMIPA UNM responded well to the MBKM program, it can be seen that the majority of students were interested in joining the program.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pelatihan ini merupakan salah satu pelatihan terpadu yang dilaksanakan jurusan matematika FMIPA UNM dengan MGMP Matematika SMP Kabupaten Jeneponto. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk melatih guru matematika SMP mengenali strategi kognitif yang dapat digunakan dalam memecahkan masalah matematika. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 13 guru matematika SMP di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode ceramah dan diskusi serta postest. Respon positif diberikan oleh guru terhadap kegiatan ini. Waktu yang terbatas menjadi kendala yang besar dalam kegiatan ini. Luaran pengabdian ini diharapkan mampu membuat guru memperkenalkan strategi kongitif kepada siswa mereka di kelas.

Abstract

Penggunaan Lembar Kerja (LKPD) masih menjadi fokus utama yang masih memerlukan perhatian dalam proses penyusunannya agar sesuai dengan kurikulum yang digunakan, tujuan yang diharapkan, serta mampu menjadi pendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran. Dengan demikian yang menjadi tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk membantu guru matematika SMP di Jeneponto dalam mendesain atau menyusun Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) agar sesuai dengan kurikulum merdeka belajar yang digunakan. Adapun metode yang diterapkan pada kegiatan ini mulai dari pembimbingan, pelatihan, hingga memfasilitasi guru-guru SMP dalam penyusunan LKPD model merdeka. Kegiatan diadakan di SMP Negeri 1 Binamu, Jeneponto, Sulawesi Selatan. Setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan maka diperoleh hasil berupa terjadinya peningkatan pada kompetensi dan pengetahuan guru khususnya dalam menyusun LKPD model merdeka sehingga mereka mampu merealisasikannya dalam bentuk Lembar Kerja yang dapat digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran.
