Abstract

This study aimed to determide how much brand image, halal labeling, and electronic word of mouth influenced purchasing decisions. The research method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The data used in this study obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 MS Glow skincare comsumers located in Karawang Regency. The data was processed using SmartPLS 4.0 application. The results of this study indicated that brand image had a positive influence significantly to purchasing decisions, the halal labeling has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and electronic word of mouth have an influence on purchasing decision.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Operational Risk and Sharia Compliance are indicators contained in the waqf Core Principles, which have been applied by the Bekasi Branch Al-Qur’an Waqf Board in minimising operational risks that will occur and indications of sharia compliance. The Waqf assets issued by the Al-Qur’an Waqf Board to the public are Al-Qur’an mushaf, where the waqif donates by giving a sum of money will be used for all operational purposes from collecting money, printing, storing and distributing Al-Qur’an throughout the country. This study aims to analyse the application of Operational Risk and analyse of Sharia Compliance at the Bekasi Branch of the Al-Qur’an Waqf Board. This method with descriptive research and field research. Data collection is carried out by observation and interview process. The results showed that: From six indicators of Operational Risk and from ten indicators of Sharia Compliance, the Al-Qur’an Waqf Board has implemented all of them based on the Waqf Core Principles.

Abstract

Waqf assets in Indonesia have increased significantly, but the potential of waqf has not been optimized. In Bekasi Regency, the majority of land waqf is focused on places of worship, not yet combined with other functions such as education or the people's economy. Increasing the contribution of waqf requires literacy, regulation, and capacity building of nazir. PSAK 112 is present for good waqf governance, regulating recognition, measurement, presentation, and disclosure of transactions, accountability, and public trust. This study aims to analyze the level of understanding and psychology of nazir in the application of PSAK 112 in Bekasi Regency, especially in the Cikarang area. This research is important because previous research focused on waqf reporting practices, while the current research focuses on the reasons for the low implementation of PSAK 112 by nazir.

Abstract

Self Service Technology (SST) is a technology that allows customers to make transactions or carry out services independently without depending on employees. In the banking world, the Self-Service Technology services that customers can use are Automatic Teller Machine (ATM), Mobile Banking and Internet banking services to make things easier customers. However, you must be aware of various risks or potential incidents that could occur when customers use SST services. This research aims to analyze the security risk management of Sharia Banking Self-Service Technology. This research method uses a qualitative approach with field study methods through interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that Bank BJB Syariah has implemented Self-Service Technology security risk management with various strategies to minimize the security risks of Sharia Banking Self-Service Technology.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price and service quality service quality on repurchase interest in Gacoan Noodle products with halal labeling as a moderating variable. As a moderating variable. This research method uses SPSS 24 software with a sample of 100 respondents. Taken as many as 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that the value between price and Halal Labeling has a previous value (1.966) and a moderating value (1.966). Before (1.966) and has a value comparison (-2.978) then it can be concluded that the halal labeling variable is able to moderate the effect of the Price variable on the.Repurchase Interest variable. And the value between Service Quality and Halal Labeling has the previous value (0.513) and has a value comparison (0.426), so it can be concluded that the variable Halal labeling is not able to moderate the influence of the Service Quality variable on the Repurchase Interest variable.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the use of instagram and fintech crowdfunding on interest in paying zakat and to determine the effect of transparency of the amil zakat agency as an intervene variabel between the use of Instagram and fintech crowdfunding on interest in paying zakat in the people of Bekasi Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research, namely by using primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The sampling used is nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The sample of this research was 100 people from Bekasi Regency using the slovin formula. The data analysis method used the SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis technique with the PLS (Partial Least Square) method and hypothesis testing was carried out by calculating bootstrapping in structural research. The results of this study prove that all studies support the formulated hypothesis, in which researchers find that the variable use of Instagram, fintech crowdfunding, and transparency of amil zakat agencies directly have a positive influence in influencing people's interest in paying zakat and the transparency of amil zakat agencies as intervening variables can mediate effectively the positive relationship between Instagram and fintech crowdfunding on interest in paying zakat. But only the direct fintech crowdfunding variable and the transparency variable of the amil zakat agency as a mediating variable between fintech crowdfunding and interest in paying zakat have a positive but not significant effect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the policy of the free housing program ready for habitation and to determine the free housing program ready for habitation from an Islamic point of view and to determine the relationship between the free housing program ready for habitation in the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia cooperative and Islamic economics. The type of research used is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach that is by using primary data in the form of interviews and observations, as well as documentation then secondary data in the form of collection in the form of journals, scientific papers, dictionaries, relevant reading literature. The results of the study show that the ready-to-live-in housing program run by the Benteng Micro Indonesia sharia cooperative is really provided free of charge to its members and the general public without incurring any costs for development from the beneficiaries. In order to get a free, ready-to-live house run by the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia cooperative, prospective beneficiaries must follow a policy by fulfilling specific criteria and conditions that have been determined by the director of the Benteng Micro Indonesia Sharia cooperative. Then Islamic economic experts argued that the free housing program is permissible in Islam, because the free housing program is a commendable social activity to help the poor in meeting their basic needs, one of which is housing. As well as the free housing program, which is ready for habitation, is very closely related to the Islamic economy because every economic development, especially for the benefit of Muslims, will relate to and also affect the Islamic economy

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consumptive behavior and income levels on student online shopping at Shopee e-commerce. This research uses quantitative methods. The total population in this study was 325 people. The sampling technique in this study was obtained using a purposive sampling method. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique with certain considerations. Based on purposive sampling, the respondents taken in this study were Active Students of FAI at Pelita Bangsa University who worked and had or often used Shopee e-commerce as a shopping medium, resulting in 80 samples by calculating the slovin formula. The data used in this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of the SmartPLS version 4.0 application is used as data analysis in this study through three stages of testing, namely: evaluation of the measurement model (outer model), evaluation of the structural model (inner model) and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that consumptive behavior has a positive and significant effect on online shopping. Income level has a positive and significant effect on online shopping. Consumptive behavior and income levels simultaneously influence online shopping with an R-square value of 0.591 or 59.1% and an adjusted R-square of 0.581 or 58.1%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of government programs in improving people's welfare during the pandemic in the perspective of Islamic economics in the people who receive BLT, BPNT, and PKH assistance in Telukjaya Village. This research is a qualitative approach with a field research. The data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. While the object of research is the community who received BLT, BPNT and PKH assistance during the pandemic as well as several Telukjaya Village staff. The results of this study, already from the results of interviews regarding the role of the Government's BLT, BPNT, & PKH assistance programs are correct. Measured using four indicators, namely: Accuracy of targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program understanding, it shows that almost all indicators are appropriate, except that program socialization has not been maximized due to regulatory constraints during the pandemic. In Sharia, it can be said that the government has implemented the principles of responsibility, justice, defense and security.

Abstract

Sales in traditional markets with the presence of e-commerce has caused a decrease in the number of consumer visitors in traditional markets which has resulted in sales levels decreasing. This is because there is sales competition that occurs on e-commerce platforms which offer very large discount promotions to consumers, thus having a huge impact on traders in traditional markets. The decreasing value of products or goods on e-commerce platforms makes traditional markets less attractive for consumers to visit. The author's aim in carrying out this research is to develop insight according to the topic discussed, namely, to determine the psychological impact experienced by traders in traditional markets on the e-commerce phenomenon and to find out the principles of Islamic economics that can be applied in the context of the e-commerce phenomenon at the sales level. The research method used is descriptive qualitative using field research and this research uses the fishbone method to analyze data. The research results show that traders in traditional markets lack psychological well-being and traders in traditional markets have a high level of religiosity, and in general, electronic trading does not conflict with Islamic law.
