Abstract

Due to its high biodiversity, TWA Gunung Tunak is susceptible to disturbance. In order to develop as an ecotourism destination, management must implement proper sustainable measures due to the limited supply of natural resources. Descriptive qualitative methods are used in data analysis procedures, such as participant observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. This approach places a strong emphasis on in-depth knowledge in order to support the creation of guidelines and procedures for the growth of ecotourism destinations. Human resources, destination management, environmental sustainability, sanitation, security, and comfort are just a few of the barriers that may stand in the way. The following strategies are implemented in order to develop potential and find solutions to these obstacles: weakness-opportunity (W-O) strategies with tourism destination promotion strategies and security and comfort improvement strategies; weakness-threat (W-T) strategies with human resource development strategies and institutional development and destination management strategies; strength-opportunity (S-O) strategies with tourism destination development strategies and tourist attraction development strategies; strength-threat (S-T) strategies with environmental quality improvement strategies and ecotourism tourism development strategies. In summary, there is a great deal of potential for the development of TWA Gunung Tunak as an ecotourism destination. This potential encompasses socio-cultural elements like local knowledge and the warmth of the locals, as well as natural elements like the scenic beauty of the mountains, beaches, and woods.

Abstract

Outbound Tour Packages are packages that provide tourist facilities for tourists to visit a destination and carry out all kindsof fun activitiesin the form of outbound activities. This research was motivated by the author’s desire to see innovation in outbound tourism packages in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village, Pringgarata District, Central Lombok Regency. The aim of this research is to find out how to develop outbound tourism packages in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village. The empowerment of women and high solidarity from the community was the beginning of the development of the Bilebante Green Tourism Village. The research method used in this research is a desciptive qualitative method. The data collection stages were carried out throught observation, interviews and documentation stages and the result of this research were the discovery of the advantages and disadvantages of the Outbound Tour Package in the Bilebante Green Tourism Village which the researchers innovated into an Outbound Tour Package in the form of a Flyer Tour Packages

Abstract

Desa Wisata Tumpak di Lombok Tengah memiliki potensi alam dan pangan lokal yang besar, namun pengelolaan profesional dan pemasaran digitalnya masih terbatas. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, tim pengabdian menyelenggarakan pelatihan peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia, mencakup komunikasi berbahasa asing, pengolahan makanan dan minuman lokal, serta pemanfaatan media digital untuk promosi desa. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, penyusunan materi, pelatihan praktis dua hari, evaluasi, dan pemantauan hasil. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan peserta dalam membuat produk lokal dan mempromosikan desa secara digital, mendorong kemandirian promosi, menarik wisatawan, dan memperkuat daya saing desa berbasis potensi lokal
