The aspect of Something to See includes the scenic beauty of the Rinjani foothills, waterfalls, and traditional cultural landscapes that enhance the visual appeal of the destination. Something to Do reflects a variety of participatory and educational activities, such as trekking, agricultural tourism, and cultural workshops, that engage visitors with local life. Meanwhile, Something to Buy highlights local creative economy products such as coffee, honey, and handicrafts, representing economic empowerment for local residents. Overall, the integration of natural, cultural, and economic attractions, supported by government programs and digital promotion, strengthens Kembang Kuning’s position as a leading sustainable ecotourism village. The study concludes that participatory management and environmental preservation are key strategies to ensure the long-term competitiveness and sustainability of the destination

Abstract

Sexual violence in higher education continues to increase and poses serious consequences for students, making an adequate understanding of this issue critically important. This study aims to analyze the influence of self-esteem and spiritual intelligence on students’ understanding of sexual violence. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis involving 213 active university students. The research instruments included self-esteem, spiritual intelligence, and sexual violence understanding scales. The results indicate that spiritual intelligence has a significant effect on students’ understanding, whereas self-esteem does not show a significant influence. The regression model explains 77.1% of the variance in students’ understanding, suggesting that spiritual intelligence plays a crucial role in shaping moral awareness and students’ ability to recognize and evaluate acts of sexual violence. These findings highlight the importance of integrating moral and spiritual values into higher education as a preventive effort against sexual violence and in fostering a safe and responsive academic environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the KFC product boycott campaign on the stock returns of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk before and after the issuance of MUI Fatwa Number 83 of 2023 on November 8, 2023, as the t-0 event date. The variables of this study are the boycott campaign and stock returns before and after the issuance of MUI Fatwa Number 83, measured using a periodic data approach. The population of this study is the entire stock price of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (IDX: FAST) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the sample is the weekly closing price before and after the t-0 event with an observation time window of t-40 to t+40, t-30 to t+30, t-20 to t+20, t-10 to t+10 taken by time-series sampling. Data collection was carried out using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive statistical tests, data normality test, paired sample t-tests, and Wilcoxon signed rank tests. The results of this study found no significant difference (<0.05) over the entire observation period, thus rejecting the hypothesis. This means that the boycott campaign had no effect on stock returns before and after the issuance of MUI Fatwa Number 83 of 2023. Keyword: Boycott, Stock Return, PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the compliance of Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) taxpayers and to evaluate its contribution to Local Own-Source Revenue (PAD) in Takalar Regency. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, supported by quantitative data on tax revenue targets and realization for 2020–2024. Data were collected through interviews with four informants (three BAPENDA staff and one taxpayer), and documentation, then analyzed using the interactive qualitative model of Miles and Huberman. The findings show that taxpayer compliance is influenced by four main factors: delays in the distribution of Tax Due Notification Letters (SPPT), limited taxpayer understanding of taxation, cultural barriers and limited access to information, and taxpayer behavior that tends to wait for reminders before paying. In addition, the contribution of PBB-P2 to Takalar's PAD during 2020–2024 remained very low, ranging from 2.37% to 2.94%, and the nominal increase in tax revenue realization was not followed by a proportional increase in its contribution to PAD. These findings underline the need to strengthen tax services, optimize digital technology, and raise public awareness so that the contribution of PBB-P2 to regional fiscal independence can be improved.
